Well…just learned something I didn’t know that may surprise you…the streaming service Tubi is owned by fox and any add dollars from that service goes into fox’s coffers so they can use it to spread their hate and lies…I am going to delete it out of my Roku so I don’t have to even look at the logo anymore…if you don’t watch fox news, don’t watch Tubi or you will be supporting the murdochs…

Well…I wonder when the people of Florida are going to get tired of the sooper genius ole ronnie boy? Just today, in response to ronnie’s attacks on it, Disney pulled the plug on a 1 billion dollar office complex that was planned to be built in Orlando…it was supposed to bring around 2,000 jobs to the area that would average 125,000 dollars a year but nope, not anymore…and here’s the sick thing…ole ronnie is out there bragging the he prevented 2,000 liberal families from moving to Florida who would never vote for him….that is some pretty sick crap there…I can see the ads being written right now…”pissy little wannabe dictator stamps his feet and gets his way…2,000 good jobs are gone”…geez…oh, and let’s not forget the billion dollars of property that won’t be giving it’s tax money to Florida…sooper genius I tells ya…

Well…damn, I am getting so damn tired of articles that spend the whole damn thing hand wringing about what will happen if the idiot trump is indicted again…look, nothing happened for the first 34 counts and that isn’t even the point…the point is “did he commit a crime?” Just read a sickening article on CNN that went on and on about how unprecedented it would be for a presidential candidate to be indicted and the goes on and on how Jack Smith has to be very careful to have a strong case in the stolen documents crime that idiot boy committed…he took the damn things, he didn’t give them back and lied to the FBI about it…all three of those are crimes that the idiot admitted to so how hard should it be for smith to get an indictment and a conviction? Seems pretty clear cut to me…just being an ex president doesn’t give you immunity from every damn crime in the country that he has committed…so, let’s stop with the damn hand wringing and indict him…again, already…geez…
May 18th
Well…up at 5:53 this morning but I think I woke up at least once around 4 or so…probably should consider that a good night since I don’t feel too bad right now…I sure hope I’ve figured out why I’ve lost my sense of taste and it comes back soon…eating without flavor is just not worth it….I can kind of taste the coffee today so there is some hope….it is damn cold out there and the heat is running near the end of May and that is wrong…got down to 40 degrees last night and I guess I should be happy we didn’t get the freeze that they got in the thumb area…not really giving up on the garden but there won’t be any tomatoes this year and that is disappointing since one of the great enjoyments is slicing up a fresh tomato just off the vine and having it with just salt and pepper…things change I guess….don’t have a lot to do today unless I want to tackle the kitchen and I might….but right now all I want to do is sit here and have more coffee….it’s going to be a long wait to get on the bike today….the temp needs to come up almost 10 degrees so I guess I sit here for a bit…more later….
Got some things done…
Well…so much for taking the day off today…got it started with the grocery runs and then on the bike for the first ride…as soon as I got back here, I picked up my checkbook and headed over to city hall to pay my water bill that never came…but I did find out they just sent it yesterday so it would take a few days….then I took off for the second ride from the city hall and got the chance to ride through town…lots of changes going on with a new breakfast place opening in a few weeks…my legs went flat on the way back and I think it was from no rest between the rides…but I got that done and back here where I put the laundry in and then cleaned the bathroom top to bottom…and now I need to go out and water the garden and do my teeth…then I’m done for the day…maybe I can take the day off tomorrow….

Well…I wonder if there is a contest with the repubs to see who can be the worst person in the world? The latest contender for the title is Simon Bar Sinister, AKA rudy giuliani who it was revealed is a serial sex assualter, racist asshole and the woman who is suing him for all of this has tapes of him doing it…oh, and one other thing, she has him on tape trying to sell presidential pardons for 2 million dollars each…and guess who he was splitting it with? Yeah, that’s not hard to figure…it was the idiot trump…so when are the charges coming for this one? Garland, Garland…anyone there? I wonder if rudy can share a cell with idiot boy? They are both going to be charged in Georgia so that would be fitting…Jack Smith, are you listening? Can you add a few more charges to the ones you’re going to hit both of these morons with? May 17th
Well…damn, I have two hours to kill before I can do the grocery run and it’s too cold to get on the bike so what the heck do I do? Slept okay last night and had some interesting conversations on Mastodon so that was fun…but I am worn out today and in a little pain from the yard work but I’ll live through it….darn, it’s only 41 out there but I’m still going to put the top down on the car for the grocery run today….it was nice to get the yard work done yesterday but that leaves me with nothing to do today…okay, I have cleaning to do and the bathroom and kitchen are on that list so at least one of them will get done….it’s a leftover day today so I don’t need to cook but I do have to figure out meals for the rest of the week…no protein is on sale this week so I’ll eat out of the freezer….lots of stuff in there and I really should empty it a bit…2.5 pounds of chicken thighs and a couple of bags of Italian sausage so I’m not going to starve…not much to do today….waiting is pretty hard when I’m task oriented…just need to get stuff done but I know I have no schedule…but that doesn’t make it easier….more later…
yard work=sunburn
Well…finally had the time to get outside and do some yard work today and was out there for over two hours after doing the weed walk, spraying the long grass in the fence with grass killer, and then weeding the east side of the house so I’ll be able to see all the flowers I planted that that have started to come up….oh, and I found a huge ant city that I hit with bug killer, too…and I got sunburned even with sunscreen on so I have have to buy some new stuff soon…and the asshole who is rebuilding that dump next door decided to thump the whole neighborhood so I made a call on him but didn’t look to see if the cops talked to him…if he does it again, I’ll call again…and one of his asshole buddies pulled in the alley thumping away and then just parked his truck so the alley was blocked…he got out of his truck and did what all of them do…he left the frickin music on as he went inside the house….it does look like I may not have any tomatoes this year…I’m done trying…I’ll have radishes, lettuce and maybe some beans but they are looking iffy, too….oh, well…

Well…I’m sure you’ve heard all of the hype about Russia’s hypersonic missiles that ole vlad has been bragging about what seem like forever, saying that nothing that anyone has can shoot them down and he will use them to attack anyone he wants…there’s only one thing wrong with that…he fired 6 of them at Ukraine last night and the American Patriot missile batteries shot them all down…so, how’s that feel, vlad? Most everything about the Russian military is just hype as more an more of the rot in it is exposed every day the invasion goes on…Armata tanks? Nope, no one can find them anywhere and now the most lethal weapon in the world is being shot down like some second hand Turkish drone…life sucks for you, Vlad…geez…
May 16th
Well…it’s the middle of May and it’s only 45 degrees out there and that is just wrong….slept okay last night and smelled the coffee this morning and I wonder it it’s a sign that my taste is coming back…I can kind of taste the coffee today and I would like to be able taste something since it’s so boring eating without it….got a lot done yesterday but I’m going to take it easier today…just going to do the rides and take care of the garden…still looking for that feeling I used to get when I had a day in front of me that I could do what I wanted when I was younger…man, I just looked at the crepey skin on my arms and that makes me feel really old…I am really old but I really don’t need reminders of it….I wonder what happened to have warts sprout on my foot and left hand over the past month or so…have had them before but it’s been years and years since then….it was quieter here last night and I needed that….have been stressed out about having to make noise calls every day and have thought about selling this place but then the reality hit me that at the present interest rate of nearly 6%, I couldn’t afford the payment…and that sucks….oh, well…not much to do today…going to have more coffee and wait for the temp to come up…I did marinate some chicken thighs and I think I’ll cook them for lunch with some roasted potatoes…I have a green pepper in the fridge that I am going to take the seeds and plant them today just for grins….more later…
