Well…it was an okay day yesterday and i won at pool so that was cool….but that was the last one at CSB so that wasn’t….didn’t get anything done so today will have to be different…the spiders are taking over again so at least the bathroom will have to be done…sitting here right now in my Man U jersey watching the first game of the season and that will give me something to do sat and sun mornings….and Man U is ahead 1-0 halfway through the first…not much to do today…going to just watch football and clean…have to stop at the produce stand to get some tomatoes but I think I’ll do that on the bike since I ride near it….more later…

Well…it has been a day of change with Jon Stewart leaving the Daily Show…just watched the last one and all I could think about was the laughs I got out of that show…but, things change…and Tom and I had a big change today when we found out that the place we go to shoot pool on Fridays is closing so we now have to find a new place and that is a huge pain in the butt…have been going there for 5 years and it was just damn convenient and comfortable…oh, well…there was one thing about the Daily show that I think Tom will get a laugh out of…when we were playing today, I was going on about how many bands have used the Hammond B-3 organ in their music…it’s just an instrument that sounds right to me…well…the last part of the show tonight had Bruce Springsteen and his band on and guess what they had on stage…a Hammond B-3…and that is kind of funny since the last one was made in in 1975….still don’t like change and probably never will….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got my check back from the feds so that was cool..now I can pay my car insurance without taking the living money that I have saved…slept okay, I think, but I was a little numb from watching the debates and having cocktails to tolerate them…that will be the topic of one for later today…didn’t get much done yesterday and today looks the same with pool later and having to run some errands this morning…the spiders will have to wait until tomorrow….crap…forgot the ibuprofen…okay..that’s done…I do need to remember to take it since it really helps with the wrist pain when I’m on the bike….not much to do today…didn’t make it to Jon Stewart’s last show last night so I need to watch that later today but that is about it…and pool, of course, looks like a nice day for a top down run out and back…more later…

Well…running a little late today since I had to do the grocery run this morning..how do you spend 45 bucks at the grocery store and come home with nothing? At least I had the 45 bucks to spend….slept okay last night but no dreams this time and I’m okay with that…I was good again last night but that is going to go away tonight…after all, how can you watch the repub debates without a cocktail or four?  I do feel okay today but there is a general soreness that I haven’t felt in a while….okay…going to go get some ibuprofen…that’s done…have to prep for the bike ride or my wrists and right tricep will cramp up on me…not really cramp but I think it’s tendon swelling from irritation….I do like my new coffee maker…it makes better tasting coffee than the last one and it has chrome accents on it that I like…not much to do today…going to do the bathroom since I counted 12 spiders in there this morning and the shower needs to be cleaned…I do have to watch Jon Stewart’s last show but I’m not sure I’ll make it tonight…probably have to watch the rerun tomorrow night…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I was good again so I feel okay today..slept okay again…not as well as the other night but still better than normal…my back hurts today, though so the ibuprofen will be necessary for the bike today…there were dreams again and my Miata keeps turning red in them so I don’t know what that is about….I did finally get out to replace the coffee maker and got a nice one for 15 bucks that I just ran for the first time…pretty good coffee so that is cool…I also made some cash yesterday so I can pay my car insurance next week….I am happy that the car is so reliable…have not spent anything on repairs in over two and a half years…I know I don’t drive a lot but that is still pretty cool…put 15 bucks in the car last week and it still has 3/4 of a tank in it…not much to do today…the normal stuff but that is about it….I do need to do something before the summer is over and I’ve already done the beach thing so I’m not sure what that something would be….who knows?  More later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but another wasted one that I need to change today…slept pretty good last night and I feel okay this morning…which is something I didn’t think I’d say anymore…I think the no cocktail idea is a good one and I think I’ll do that for a week or so to just see how it works out….but, no…I’m going to need a cocktail for the repub debate and Jon Stewart’s last show thurs….but that will be a late starter since I’ll have to stay up until almost midnight…and that’s late for me….have been making progress toward the goal of 25K miles on the bike and it’s down to only 900 more miles to get there….feel pretty good about that and my legs are back to normal finally….it looks like a week of great weather so I do need to wash the car again but I’m not sure why it gets so dusty so fast…..not much to do today…I do have to go out for the new coffee maker today and get some cleaning done but that is about it…..more later….

Well…it’s back to the old routine today after getting the site back up Friday…so, here we go….it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done…again…so today will have to be different….the storms were a little disappointing but the fog this morning wasn’t…pretty cool to wake up to but it is burning off now before I get the chance to ride the bike in it…slept okay but went to bed dearly out of just sheer boredom so that made for an early morning today….but, I feel okay so it will be a workout and bike ride day….not even sore at all but I will still take something before I get on the bike since my wrists have been killing me when I ride….not much to do today…need to clean and go out for a new coffee maker but that is about it…and then come back here for another one after I read the news to get some topics…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done…I did drag the old coffee maker out so I could have coffee this morning…slept okay but no dreams again and that disappoints me some….not really sore today so I think the aspirin and ibuprofen is working quite well…and yesterday’s ride was almost normal so that was cool….and it looks like I need to get out early today to beat the storms that are coming later in the day….I sure hope we get some since some damn bird crapped on my car and I just washed it….not much to do today…going to just take it easy and clean a little…don’t even have to cook today other than veggies so I’m just going to enjoy it and let it flow…more later….

Well….have been sitting here today thinking about things…one weird thing that happened today still has me shaking my head…the wind was blowing pretty hard and I had the windows open with a flower pot on the sill…well…a gust comes up and pushes that 2 lb flower pot off the sill and into my coffee maker, breaking the damn carafe and spilling coffee everywhere….never have I seen anything like that…looks like I’ll have to drag the old 9 dollar one out to make coffee tomorrow…glad I kept it….is anyone else kind of creeped out by the new Col. Sanders? Every time I see those commercials, I think of Jon Stewart’s GW impression….I think I may have said that before….I have been making some money lately and that has meant lots of food around here…I think that has helped the dead legs on the bike but it is still hard to keep eating more….it is sure nice to have this thing working again….I missed doing these and having something to do…said that, too, I guess….it has been a nice day today but I haven’t really done anything but veg out…and that looks like the rest of the day, too….okay, that’s enough…going to watch part of the auction…..

Well….with the site being down, I am now working on remembering all of the thoughts I had over the past week and getting them down here…so, since my memory is not linear, there will probably be little order to them…but, there really never is so that shouldn’t be a problem…as you know, when something unusual gets my attention when I am heading out on the bike, I just start counting to kind of quantify how weird it is with numbers…you’ve seen me do that with tiny bunnies, snakes, deer, turtles, and anything else that is on the trail…some time last week, I started out and saw a couple of dead moles on the way out of the lot here so I started counting…and at the end of the 15 miles I had counted 47 dead moles…not sure why they were dying on the pavement like that but is was kind of strange…in the days since, I haven’t seen even one of them…weird….
