Well….on time today with getting up at a normal time….and I even slept okay and that was really needed….the past few days have not been good and I was just worn out….I think I’ll take it easy today and just let the day happen but I do need to get a few things done…I did get out to get the battery switch for the car and got a free head light that I can use when I’m working on the car….but I did forget a bunch of groceries so I may have to go back to Meijers today or tomorrow….got the bike washed and it looks quite a bit better…I am tempted to take it out for a ride but it snowed last night so I probably shouldn’t take the risk…have been doing pretty well on controlling my weight so far this winter and that may be why I haven’t had a lot of energy lately….not much to do today…I do need to clean some but not until I have much more coffee….more later…

Well….running a little late today with doing the grocery run…but, I did get the top down on the run over to Meijers so January is taken care of…slept okay last night and feel great this morning so there is something to be said about being good at night….well, not sure if it’s great or not but I feel okay and have a lot of energy today so the kitchen will be done today since there is no soccer to watch this aft….I am going to wash the bike, too since it is filthy….and it looks like the rain will keep me off it today….I am a little excited that I am getting to the time that I can order the new bike but I do need to get rid of the carcass of the old one…T has been gone for almost a week now and I think I miss her less this year than any other year….haven’t gotten any texts this week and that is kind of weird….but okay…not much to do today…going to clean the kitchen…I did do the bathroom yesterday…forgot to say that….but it’s a leftover day so I won’t have to cook….more later…..

Well…running a little early today and don’t feel too badly…actually feel pretty good even with not getting a lot of sleep….tossed and turned all night and probably got around 5 hours but I was good last night so I feel okay….I did watch one of the oscar nominated movies last night and I’ll talk about that later….I did get out and get the salt off the car yesterday and I think I found my new car wash….after they tore down my old one, I have been searching for a convenient one that was not too expensive….I may be able to get the top down in the next couple of days but then it goes back to highs in the teens for a week or so but I can live with that as every day we get closer to spring….and I have noticed that the light is getting longer every day…it used to be dark by 5 pm but now it’s almost 6 and that is progress….didn’t get a lot done yesterday with getting sucked into the Seinfeld car show but today will be different….I will get my bathroom cleaned and maybe even get some dusting done…more later….

Well….watching Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in cars getting coffee” that just dropped on Netflix and I am getting some pretty good laughs from it…oh, buried the lede…the show is just Jerry and his comedian guests riding around in old cars trying to make each other laugh…and then they go have coffee at a place around LA…but, that not the cool part…you know my brain works a little differently than most peoples…and that difference drove my thoughts to some small detail that happens sometimes…the car breaks down and then the crew swoops in and fixes it…like having your own personal pit crew…now, that would be cool…having a support staff that their only job was to fix your car whenever it breaks down and strands you….or they just bring another car to drive…which happened in last years show when he was driving a Delorean that puked it’s water pump…by the time they were done with coffee, another one had been delivered to finish off the show…..yep, I told you I was weird…..

Well…man, I feel pretty crappy today and I just started the coffee so that won’t work for quite a while….oh, I did lose at pool yesterday but it was nice to get out for a while….and the car really did need to be run up to temp since it had been sitting for a couple of weeks….my elbows were killing me last night and it was so bad that I took something for it…not sure what that is about but it is annoying….and my damn heel is still cracked and hurting….I think I may have to just take a day off and just hurt…cripes I’m getting old….didn’t get anything done yesterday but I do have to try to get something done today….the trash needs to go out and I need to clean the kitchen or the bathroom…I think I said that Sunday, too….oh, well….more later….

Well….running on time this morning but still can’t get started again today….wasted another day yesterday and that is almost getting to be a habit…I did get to watch a bunch of sports and that was a good distraction so I wasn’t too bored….didn’t even have to cook with all of the leftovers and trying to keep the calorie count down to around a thousand for the day with not being on the bike…but, that might be a little too severe since I feel that I don’t have any energy…I didn’t win either of the two big jackpots over the weekend and that is a little disappointing….will have to check to see if I won anything when I go out for pool today…..not much to do to today…pool, but not much else…I need to clean the car off in a few minutes so it will be clear for this aft…..more later….

Well…..another cold morning today but at least there was no ice on the car today…..didn’t even warm the car up this morning even though it’s only 13 degrees….slept okay last night but I am trying to figure out how I lose the covers every night…even though it’s 75 in here, it’s still cold without them….my elbows are not as bad today and I can actually move my left one without it popping and that is a welcome development….but, my heel is still hurting and I really do need to find out how to fix the cracks in it….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I’ll go to the bathroom today and maybe even the kitchen floor…not sure yet….there are some soccer matches on this morning that I’ll put on for some background noise but we’re in the dead zone of no sports I really care about…and that is going to make the day pretty boring…more later…..

Well….running a little late today and just can’t get started…I do have a reason…T left for the Bahamas this morning and I got a text from her at 5 that she was at the airport and had already had her first beer….that made me laugh and made it hard to get back to sleep…I was already up so I guess it wasn’t that much of a reason….slept okay last night but feel slow this morning with the cough still here and my heel pain….just feel a little rickety….didn’t get a lot done yesterday other than cooking and today will be the same…I should do the bathroom and I might but who knows?  Today appears to be the last day of the deep freeze we’ve been having here in GR…might even get up to 40 by Tuesday and that means I need to wash the car….the cold has been wearing on me and it will be good to have it be normal for a while…..not much to do today….soccer starts in a few minutes and I do need more coffee to get moving…more later…..

Having a little trouble keeping my skin from cracking this winter with the cold…my right heel is really bad and it hurts like crazy when I walk….and coping with that makes everything else hurt…damn, I’m getting old….not much to do today…I do need to clean a little but not until the coffee works more than it is now…more later…

Well…running a little late today and it’s weird that I can’t figure out what day it is…kept thinking that it was Friday but it’s not…I did get the grocery run in today and spent less than I expected which was cool…didn’t get much, though, and still spent 50 bucks….slept okay last night but almost broke another pair of glasses…need to remember to put them where I can’t do any damage….the tendonitis has moved into both elbows as of yesterday and it is almost as painful as my split heel…I’ve been limping around here for over a week now and it’s not getting any better….I think I’ll go out on the net today and see if there is a fix for it….not much to do today….I did clean a little yesterday and will continue to do that today if I feel like it…more later….
