Well….as you can probably tell if you come here often, my output has dropped over the past week or so and I think the problem is I can’t write when I feel lousy…and feeling lousy started about a week ago and is still here to some extent and I’m not sure how long this will go on…I did have a great bike ride but popped something in my left thigh that hurts like crazy right now even with the ibuprofen….probably shouldn’t have gone so hard this early but my lungs were feeling better and I had 4 way street on in the ears and there are times that you can just get lost in what you are doing….and it looks like it will be a day off tomorrow with the rain coming in later today….and, I’m even going to go look at the news and try to find a topic to do in a few minutes…so come on back in a few….

Well…still feel pretty crappy today…and I’m chilled…and it is 75 in here…and I’m coughing so there is a bug….first one of the year and that is little consolation….didn’t get anything done yesterday and I should have so that will have to change today….I am thinking of getting my hair cut this morning but that would take everything out of me and would mean I won’t get anything done again today….I still hurt everywhere, too…man, I feel like a wreck today and should just take it easy….I have been getting used to not having the dish…haven’t even turned it on in three days so I think I can survive it…and the 97 bucks a month will come in handy….more later….

Well…didn’t do much yesterday but get the bike ride in…I did go out to have a couple with G and, with the bug, I feel pretty crappy this morning…don’t have any energy and I am sore everywhere so I think I may take the day off and just recover…we’ll see after the coffee….I could go back to bed or take a nap on the couch…but, I won’t….I know it’s getting to be a broken record but I didn’t eat enough again yesterday and I think that doesn’t help….I wonder why that has gotten to be such a problem lately?  Oh, well….I need more coffee so I think I’ll end here…..more later….

Well…had another total veg day yesterday and that can’t continue today….just haven’t had any energy for the past few days and my lungs have been congested so I think it’s a bug…but, I am going to get on the bike today…..have been off for three now and that is just too  much…..but, it’s only 42 right now so I think I’ll wait a while…have been sore everywhere for the past few days and I’m not sure why…even my neck pain has come back and that is disheartening…..I know I’m getting old but I am not going to accept that pain is going to be constant…..I am going to get going in a few minutes but I need coffee first…more later….

Well….what a wasted day yesterday…..didn’t feel that hot so I just took the day off and did nothing….it was a good thing that it rained all day and I didn’t have to feel guilty about not getting on the bike…and it’s raining again this morning so I don’t have to think about the bike right now…I will try to get out later in the day but it needs to warm up quite a bit before that….I have been sore and my hips are killing me today so I think that may be part of the bug, too….my right shoulder huts, too but that is from sleeping on it I’m sure so I’m not going to worry about that one…not sure what I am going to get done today…I am going to clean a little and then I have some work to get done but that is going to wait after the next cup of coffee….more later…..

Well…it was a such a nice day yesterday I had the top down on the car out and back and got a little sunburned…and pool was a tie so that was cool…..didn’t get anything done yesterday but a couple of errands so today will have to be different…I am going to cook today so does that count? I did get a nice ride in yesterday but it is already raining so I don’t think I’ll get out today…it is supposed to be cold all day, too and I don’t want to be cold anymore….tree pollen is already getting to be a problem and I woke up to a sinus headache to go along with the normal aches that I have every day….it looks like a  veg weekend for me this weekend….don’t have any plans to meet up with anyone or go anywhere so I am going to ease into today with more coffee and F1 qualifying….more later…..

Well….haven’t been feeling that hot over the past few days but I think I may be better this morning…we’ll see after coffee…didn’t do anything at all yesterday but clean a little… a very little….I am a little depressed that Michigan lost last night but that’s not as bad as the Wings missing the playoffs for the first time in 25 years….I have been sore the past couple of days and I’m not sure if it’s the bike or not…or the bug I think I might have had…..all I know is that everything from the waist down had been in pain…I’ll need to take some ibuprofen before I get on the bike later….I do have an errand to run a little later and I’ll make a little cash…a very little cash but every penny counts….more later….

Well….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but a couple of errands and I’m not sure how I feel about that….this place needs to be cleaned but I just can’t get motivated to do it…maybe today…might have a little bug today…when I hit the bed last night, the slight coolness of the sheets sent me into a bout of shaking from the cold an I’m not sure what that is about….and I am sore everywhere today and feel like there is something going on…I guess I’ll find out later today…I do need to eat more today since my whole system is out of whack…maybe that’s why I’m sweating today? That normally happens when I don’t eat enough…not sure about the bike ride today…I skipped the past couple of days with it being so cold and today’s high of 47 is on the borderline….I am looking forward to Michigan playing tonight and I think I may get out my gear for it…more later….

Well…running a little early today with getting up so early today….didn’t get a lot done but some errands that needed to be done and getting the bike ride in…..today my legs are burning a little and that is to be expected…but, I’ll be taking the day off the bike today with it being pretty cold today…the damn furnace here is acting up again and it looks like I’ll have to have someone come and look at it if it continues…what a pain in the butt if they have to come….thought I had a bug coming on but I feel okay today so maybe the record of no bugs all winter will stay intact….I do need to make a run out this morning to pick up some groceries since I want to have some fresh green beans with lunch…and they have eggs on sale for 59 cents a dozen…might even buy bacon since that is on sale, too…and roast potatoes with green beans and bacon sounds good…more later…..

Well…still feeling a little run down today but I’m here early so maybe that’s something….and I made some cash yesterday and got to run errands with the top down so that was cool….I did get the chance to talk to my daughter yesterday for a couple of hours and that was fun…ran the entire battery out on the phone….not too sore today and that is confusing…I should be feeling the effects of getting back on the bike and it hasn’t happened yet….maybe tomorrow….I am going to get on the bike a little later but I have errands to run again this morning….I did get my fed check in the mail so I can pay the rent next week and that takes a load off….and I have grocery money in the drawer so I can breathe for a few days….I am finally done with the leftovers so I’ll get to cook again today but I’m not sure what to make…have to look in the freezer…..more later….
