Well…I need coffee….and my back is still hurting this morning…it’s tough to bend over at all without pain so I guess I won’t be doing that much today….I did win at pool yesterday so that was cool…but I didn’t get anything else done….and I’m not sure what I’ll get done today…don’t feel that hot this morning and I am having a hard time getting going…and the cold is not helping my mood..it is only 15 degrees outside and that is way too cold for March….and that will continue all week which is depressing, too….oh, well…I do have an errand to run this morning but that will be later after I have my coffee….okay….not feeling this right now so I am going to have more coffee and just veg for a while….more later…

Well…running early today and I’m not sure why….I’m trying out the no dish antenna this morning….have to get ready for turning off the dish at the end of the month…Mork and Mindy is on and that will make a good background noise for the morning…I did get my internet fixed yesterday…or my son fixed my internet I should say…it is weird to watch him working on the computer remotely but cool, too….my  back has been hurting in new areas over the past few days and that is strange…haven’t done anything to hurt it and I hope it’s not just getting older…..I did have to go out to get groceries I forgot this morning…and they had eggs on sale for 69 cents so I had to buy them….not going to do much today…pool, but that is about it…more later……

Well…have been trying to get my internet company to fix the intermittent problems but on the phone with the earlier, it is OF COURSE problems with my equipment not their line coming in…so, I had my son remote access my system to try to figure out what is going on…haven’t figured out really what is going on yet but I am going to stream all day and wait for it to crap out again so he can see what is going on…kind of like a car that has an intermittent problem…the mechanics can’t figure it out until it does it while they have the car….more later….

Well…running a little late today since I had to do the grocery run this morning…..yesterday was pretty wild with the wind gusting to 60 in the aft and I am glad I had my grill chained down since it tried to fly away 3 times and I had to go out and pick it up and put it back together…needless to say there was no bike ride yesterday and I don’t know if I’ll go out today…if it gets to 40 or better I may consider it but right now it looks like just another day of vegging….I think my neck is a little better today and I hope that continues the rest of the day…I did finally get some food around here and actually bought some fruit this week…and some veggies…got carrots buy one get one free so I now have 6 pounds of carrots that I don’t know what I’m going to do with them….think I’ll make some for lunch with some pork loin that I got cheap….I do need to talk to the internet company today since my new speed is so damn variable that I’m not getting what I paid for…supposed to get 12 mbps but last night it was all the way down to .17 so I couldn’t run anything….that will be the project for the day…more later….

Well…running a little early today and I think it’s because I’m bored already and need something to do….got a bunch of stuff done yesterday and even got a bike ride in…but that won’t happen today with the wind already blowing over 30 and gusts of over 50….the ride was brutal yesterday with the wind lower than today so I won’t feel guilty skipping….and it looks Like I won’t be on the bike again for about a week since it is going to be cold with highs in the 20’s and 30’s….just hope it doesn’t snow…not too sore this morning but my neck pain is still there but lessened so I guess I can live with that…I did get my internet speed raised yesterday but it still varies a lot during the day…but, I am still going to cancel the dish at the end of the month since they just raised it to 97 bucks…and tv is just not worth that much….more later….

Well…as you know, I am always looking for things that amuse me in the world and I have commented on lots of them here…oh, not sure if there is going to be a political one today since I have just finished up after having things to do all day so far…and the one last thing I wanted to do is declare this winter “Miata free”…after looking for another one on the road this winter, I have not seen even one so it is Miata free….as time goes on, there are fewer and fewer Miatas like mine…the A version, but I haven’t seen any of the B,C, or D versions either….you would think with over a million of them on the road around the world, I would have crossed paths with one…but, no…oh, well….

Well…it was pretty much a wasted day yesterday but I hope today will be different…I have some work to do around here and an errand to run so that will take up about an hour…my damn neck still hurts this morning and I’m not sure how I keep hurting it….there will be ibuprofen today since it is tiring to be in pain all the time….I did get a bike ride in yesterday and I hope to today…but, I ‘ll have to wait for the rain to move through…it is supposed to get colder and colder the rest of the week so I think I’ll be off the bike for a few days….maybe that will help my neck….don’t have a lot to do today but I should clean the kitchen after I get my work done….more later….

Well…running late again this morning and my damn neck hurts again…really annoying and I’m not sure what to do about it…didn’t get much done yesterday but I did get out on the bike and it looks like I will again today…it is already over 50 so I can do shorts again…feel pretty crappy this morning and think I’ll ease into the day with some coffee and trying to feel better…..I think I’ll have to cook today since I bought some chicken thurs and it needs to be used or frozen….I am getting tired of chicken again so I think I’ll get a pork loin this week…or, I should just use the food that is in the freezer…not going to do much today but work out and get the bike ride in…and some work around here….more later…

I did get some work done around here yesterday and finally have a clean bathroom….but that was all done in the morning so the rest of the day was a waste with just watching sports all day….my neck is a little better today and I may test it out by getting on the bike later but that will have to wait til it warms up to over 40 this aft….haven’t been on it in 4 days or so and that needs to change…and I do need to eat more to support that…have lots of food here so that should be easy…..need to get more fruit, though, since I haven’t had any here in a while….not going to do a lot today other than clean the kitchen and get on the bike…and one more of these…more later….

Well…running late this morning since I got distracted by Man U playing…oh, and I won at pool yesterday…it was a pretty good day yesterday and the rides out and back were nice….but, I didn’t get anything else done so that will have to change today…I am going to get to the bathroom today and make some stir fry for lunch…but not much else since I don’t have a lot to do…my neck is better but it still hurts and I hope that gets better later today or there will be some ibuprofen needed…..looks like no bike ride again today since it will be only in the 30’s and I am not going to do full thermasuit anymore….but, the second half of Man U is on and I need more coffee….more later….
