Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a bunch of stuff done for a change so that was cool….slept okay last night and did it without earplugs for the first time in over two years….the furnace in the unit above me has stopped making noise so I can sleep again without them…not sure what I think about that yet but it is nice to not have that high pitched screeching all the time…my furnace crapped out last night so I had to call maint here and that means a lot of work on my part….but the fix was quick and it seems to be fine now so that is cool, too….was a little cold in here until they fixed it….didn’t get a bike ride in yesterday with all the snow and I’ll have to wait until later today to go so the ice will melt off the trails….not much to do today….have a little cleaning to do but that is about it….so it will be low key….more later….

Well….it was an okay day yesterday but pool sucked so that was not cool….slept okay last night and the Wings won a game they had to so that helped some…didn’t get anything done at all yesterday so today will have to be different…I do have a bunch of stuff to do around here so that will keep me busy today…no pain for the 5th week now so I think I’ll stop updating that…the allergies are normal so I won’t talk about that either…cripes, I may not have anything to talk about if I omit that stuff…oh, well….I did get a bike ride in yesterday and got pretty cold and it took forever to warm up….and my legs were very flat and I’m not sure why…not much to do today…..going to get some work done around here and then clean…and watch some soccer with coffee but that is about it…more later…

Well….it was an okay day yesterday and I made some cash so that was cool…and I got the ham soup done and it came out great, to me, so I think I’ll set that recipe in stone and not change it anymore….slept okay last night but feel a little slow today and that is okay…need some time for coffee and to just ease into the day….it looks like it is going to be damn cold again for the next week and I know it’s Michigan and that happens in April but that doesn’t mean I have to like it….will be back in the thermasuit and gloves again today on the bike but it will be dry so I guess that is something….almost decided to go out on the bike yesterday afternoon but didn’t…and that was a good thing since it started to pour about 10 minutes later….not much to do today…pool, but that is about it…the bathroom needs a cleaning and I may do that before pool but I might not…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I had a nice lunch with T so that was cool…slept okay and had some dreams that involved this site getting hacked (which really happened a few weeks back) so I couldn’t get to it….but, I figured out what was happening and repaired it so I guess that’s why I didn’t mention it…and they had put posts here that were in Russian so I guess it must have been the Russians….damn Russians….I am not sore anywhere for about the third week in a row and now I am wondering why….I always have some pain somewhere and the moving tendon pain is even gone…wonder why that is? Not taking anything for it so that is a little confusing since it has been going on for years now….not complaining….not much to do today….with the rain, it looks like I won’t get on the bike today…going to try if I get a break in the rain since it is already almost 60 and I could go out in a t-shirt….but, I’m not going to freeze and get wet…that just has no appeal to me today…I am making ham soup today and I have some errands to run…going to make a little cash today, too…so that is cool…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool…slept okay last night for a change but still feel a little slow this morning and I think it is the allergies flaring up…and, Target is changing it’s pharmacies to cvs and they no longer have the allergy stuff I have been using…so now the hunt begins to find something that works…I did get the chance to run some errands with the top down yesterday and that made me smile a little…and I got gas before it went up 30 cents a gallon so that was cool, too….I’m hoping to get out on the bike in shorts this morning but it will have to get to 47 or better before 10….or I can wait until this aft to go but it is supposed to rain….not much to do today….might have lunch with T but that is about it…I do have to clean some today, too, but not too much in the kitchen since I’m going to make ham soup tomorrow and that usually makes a big mess….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done….slept okay…no, not really..slept crappy and feel it today…the allergies are getting bad and I had to pry my eyes open this morning…might have to do the two allergy tablet test today to see if I can tolerate it for more relief….got a nice bike ride in and went really hard for the first time…my legs feel it today but that’s okay….and, if I wait long enough, I may be able to get out in shorts today….I can tolerate half thermasuit if I have to…..it looks like I may have to get more shows set up on my son’s server if Dish and the networks don’t stop their pissing contests…going to lose a few channels Friday so I need to do something…I wonder if these idiots don’t understand that there are other ways to get their content without Dish? If you don’t mind time delaying everything….not much to do today…need to run errands this morning…my white socks are all shot so I need to replace them…going to splurge today…more later….

Well…I have finally been getting out into nature again and with the snow going away, there is finally a bunch of wildlife to see when I’m out on the bike. And yesterday, I saw a really cool thing that I was going denote “trail weirdness” but “duck skills” fit too…so you decide.
While I was on the bike going through a little cut that leads to a bridge that crosses a creek, I noticed a duck coming from behind me over my left shoulder at about 30 feet or so in the air….once it passed me, it did a 6 g 180 turn with it’s wings completely vertical so I could see the tops of them along with it’s back…when it reached the creek, it slammed on the brakes and stalled, folded it’s wings and fell 20 feet straight down into the creek that is no wider than 3 feet where it landed….one of the coolest bits of flying I’ve seen in a while…made me laugh like crazy….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and it was nice to get the windows open for a while…slept okay last night but I am having a hard time getting going today…just have no energy…at least the long bike ride yesterday didn’t leave any lasting effects….it was nice to be out in a t shirt and shorts but that looks like the last one for a while with the temp crashing later in the week…I am getting tired of this crappy weather and need it to break soon….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I did get some cleaning done and look to do the same today…need to run some errands later but right now I just want more coffee and the news….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I lost at pool…I did get to put the top down on the car on the way back so that made up for it…slept okay last night and woke up early today so there will be a nap later….I did get to watch the new Star Wars movie last night and it was pretty good…and my son updated the plex software so I can run it at the highest resolution so that is cool…and the new interface is quite modern looking so that is cool, too….will probably watch Deadpool tonight or watch the Wings game since they are struggling to get into the playoffs, again…I really hope it warms up so I can get back on the bike today since I have been off for a few days….not much to do today…going to clean a little and make a blt for dinner…Tom made a suggestion that I put mozzerella on it so I am going to try that today….more later….
