Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool…and I felt pretty good but that has gone away today and I feel just as crappy as I did last Saturday…but more symptoms have revealed themselves and I feel clammy with coughing and and a sore throat this morning…darn….slept crappy again last night, too, and that doesn’t help….so today looks like a maintenance day and I will just have to roll with it and hope to feel better tomorrow….I am going to take the bike ride today to try to burn it out but I’m not sure how good of an idea that is….T has been sick, too, but I haven’t seen her in over a week so I don’t think we gave it to each other….it took forever to get through the papers this morning and I am running late today…broke my sunglasses on the bike yesterday but was able to fix them so that made me feel better that I don’t have to go out and try to find another pair…I really like these since they stay on my face without falling down my nose….not much to do today…I do have a funny one on ole Marco that I want to do in a bit and the maybe one on the primaries from today…need to get caught up…again…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I lost at pool…but it has been a long time since I lost so that was okay…slept okay last night but I still feel a little off today so I think I’ll take it easy for a while and have some more coffee….didn’t get on the bike for a second day but today looks like I may be able to get on it in a while….just feel worn out today and have no energy even with working on the second cup of coffee….but I have no pain anywhere for the first time in a while and that is a good thing….one thing I need to do is get motivated to get caught up here by doing a couple that are lucid and mean something but that seems like a lot of work right now…not much to do today…need to get back on track with exercise and then get some cleaning done but that is about it…I think moving to the couch will be all I can do in the near future…more later….

Well…it was a pretty crappy day yesterday and that’s how I felt all day….my intestines felt like they were on fire and I had no energy and that led to getting nothing at all done…barely got off the couch all day…no bike ride, no nothing except watching sports….I did try to get more calories in and I think I failed at that….it’s hard to get over 1500 a day for me and that may be part of why I felt so crappy…still don’t feel great but I do feel better than yesterday so that is something…I know that it is a bug and that is comforting since I can’t afford a trip to the doctor….at least my back doesn’t hurt so that is something, too….it is a pain getting all the clocks reset for springing forward but I did get the car done so I feel good about that….not much to do today…maybe pool but that will be about it for me…no cleaning or anything else since I don’t have the energy for it…more later…

Well….it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done….made some cash so I can pay the rent next month so that takes a load off…slept like crap last night and it’s my fault…haven’t been eating enough and that has started to affect my digestive tract with lots of pain last night that continues to this morning….so today I’ll have to try to get over 2,000 calories to try to fix that….I think it’s the reason I’ve felt kind of sluggish that past few days and I do need to do something about it…I wonder if part of it is the allergies, too….just feel like crap today and need to go back to the couch…..not much to do today….I will clean some if I feel better and get a bike ride in…but, it has to warm up before I do that…still in the thirties and I won’t put the thermasuit on again this spring…more later….

Well…it’s been kind of a boring day with no pool…but I made some cash so that was cool…but, I don’t really have anything to talk about in politics but I will do one tomorrow on the violence at the Drumpf rallies but I just can’t work up any outrage right now…it was nice getting a couple of ride in with the top down today….oh, and somehow, other peoples posts started showing up on my page here so I need to figure that out…so you may see some weird stuff that is not like me…I will be monitoring it to make sure it doesn’t happen again….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool…went out to have a couple with G and that devolved into another shouting match so I won’t be doing that again…ever….slept okay but lost an earplug and that woke me up during the night so I am a little grumpy today….and the Wings lost again which puts them out of the playoffs for the first time in 24 years and that is a little depressing…..oh, well….I did get the car cleaned and waxed yesterday and it looks pretty good….had to put some injector cleaner in it since I haven’t for six months or so and it was idling a little rough…hope it gets warm enough to put the top down today….it’s nice and sunny now but too cold….won’t even be able to get on the bike today since I have an errand to run this morning….not much to do today…pool, maybe, but that is about it…going to just veg it out and watch sports…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done…but not much….did get a nice ride in all the way to the park so that was cool….slept okay last night and was good so I feel pretty energized today…when was the last time you heard me say that? I did tweak my back changing the tires on the car but it’s still not too bad so I guess I won’t bitch too much….I am loving this weather and it so much better on the bike in a t-shirt but today looks like sweatshirt weather but that is okay since I can still go out in shorts…almost switched into shorts for the year yesterday but that may be premature….will probably do that tomorrow but my all year rule will probably be broken this year….not much to do today…going to go out and wash the car again so I can wax it and do the glass today and then Michigan plays in the Big 10 tournament at noon so that will take up some time….more later….

Well….as you know, I have been working on restoring the bike to a more usable condition…about a year ago, the fiberglass frame repair that I did a few years back started to fail and that made the seat loose that annoyed me but I didn’t think much about it until it got really bad over the winter…so, I used the rest of the repair kit last week to fix it and I am so surprised by how much of  a difference it made….it seems like I put about 25% less work into going faster with the seat now being stable again….and it now changes direction again with just a little shift of my hips and that makes riding it fun again…so much fun that I am in pain right now from bombing around and doing the full 15 miles today…..and I found and fixed the squeaks, too, so it is silent running again…I think it irritates the people on the trail since I sneak up on them in pure stealth mode…kind of fun to see them jump when I come by…..already over 150 miles so far this spring….heading for 3,000….

Well….it was an okay day but another blowup with G colored that a bit…slept crappy again and I am going to see if that comes in cycles and If there is anything I can do about it….I did get a few things done yesterday…got the car washed and the summer tires back on the car along with a good, long bike ride so that was something….but, it looks like I’m chasing squeaks in the bike again and that is annoying….I think I may know where it is but this morning will tell….even with carrying the tires in and out and putting them on the car, my back seems to have held up and it just has a little twinge…and no pain anywhere else so I have my fingers crossed….not much to do today…just a workout and a bike ride to do today…then some cleaning that I have been meaning to get to but haven’t….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash so that was cool…but it was a busy one with Tom’s appt, then errands, and then the bike ride…didn’t get everything done until almost 3:30 and I started at 8:30…was good last night so I feel okay today but I have another busy one with voting, washing the car, getting the bike ride in, and then out with G for a couple later….and in between that I have to make lunch….didn’t sleep for crap last night with being up and down since 2:30 so that could be a little trying later in the day…had the Aquinas dream again last night where I just stop going to class and didn’t get my degrees…not sure what that is about but I have that once in a while….I did get a nice bike ride in yesterday but the route was shortened buy the remaining snow that I hope has melted since yesterday….not much to do today…well…that’s not true…going to get on it right now and go vote and then out to wash the car…will probably do that a few times this week to get the salt off the car…more later….
