Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done…I did get out to have a couple with K and K and that was fun….but no cleaning or anything else so I do feel a little guilty about that…I have been trying to watch some of the best picture nominees but I don’t have them all…I am going to watch “Bridge of Spies” later today just to see if it is any good…watched “Sicario” last night but realized it was not nominated…and I didn’t think it lived up to all of the buzz…slept okay last night and feel a little worn out today so I’m not sure how much I’ll get done today…Man U is starting in a few minutes so that will take up most of the morning and then there is a race on at 1 so there will be napping later….not much to do today…just soccer and racing….will try to clean but I don’t have a lot of hope that it will happen….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done other than some errands….slept okay last night but my back is having twinges of pain this morning like I slept wrong….but, it’s not too bad so I can live with it….my allergies are bad today so far and I’m not sure why…with all the snow, there shouldn’t be any allergens to react to so that is a little puzzling…I am a little tired this morning so I guess I didn’t sleep as well as I thought…I do remember waking up four or five times and I’m not sure why…oh, well…I just realized that the glue that I used to put the handle back on one of my coffee cups has lasted for almost a year now…didn’t think cyanoacrylates were supposed to be able to take water…I still think about it every time I lift the cup….not much to do today…going to clean a little and watch some races but that is about it…more later….

Well….it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get a lot done…going out to get the papers was a pain with all the snow but the roads are clear now and it is going to be almost 50 tomorrow…slept okay last night and feel okay today even with not being good last night…I may be getting close to balancing my food intake with calorie usage and that makes a big difference on my energy levels….but, I won’t be on the bike for at least a week so I need to adjust some, I think….and I need to clean around here today and make a run out to Tom’s later in the day…not much to do today…I do need to do three more of these today to catch up and there should be topics with the repub debate last night….not much to do today…oh, already talked about that….more later….

Well….it was an okay day and I spent some of it prepping for the snow that came all day….I was able to get the car out this morning but the heavy, wet snow was hard to push and I almost got stuck in the FF parking lot…the snow was so heavy that the plows broke and left huge pile in all of the roads that I had to try to avoid…was plowing snow with the front and bottom of the car all the way and had to keep the momentum up to get back here…hope this is the last one….slept okay last night and feel pretty good today with the fourth day of being good under my belt…I could get used to this….got the grocery run in yesterday so I wouldn’t have to go out today and that now looks like a pretty good idea….my back is still good today and I think I’ll stop reporting on it since it’s 5 days now it hasn’t really hurt….not much to do today…going to just veg it out around here and do some cooking and cleaning but that is about it…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash so that was cool….slept okay and feel okay today since I was good for another day and today will be the same…I am sitting here waiting for snowmageddon to happen today and even moved the grocery run up a day to make sure I don’t have to go out if it does get as bad as forecast….hope this is the one last blast for this winter….my back is still holding up with just a little pain and I hope that continues…just a little stiff and creaky but I can live with that….have been feeling better with being on the bike almost every day but the wind is blowing too hard already to go out today…so, I’ll just work out and then on to work around here….not much to do today…T is going in for some dental implants to replace a couple of teeth and she will be in my thoughts….and I should do some cleaning after I get my other work done…more later….

Well…running early today since I have a ton of stuff to do today…and I have already started that by fixing the shifter on the bike…the pivot pins came loose again so I had to put them back in place and try to drift the holes over so they will stay put….slept okay last night and feel pretty good today with being good…and that will help with getting things done today….my back is on the 4th day of no pain and it is just so nice being able to get up and down without thinking about it…I wonder if it’s the fact that I’m back on the bike….but today looks like the last day for a week or so with the snow that is coming tomorrow…might be able to get out if I go early tomorrow, though…not much to do today…I have errands to run this morning and then again this aft…going to make a little cash and spend a little today so I guess it works out…more later….

Well…..have lost the cursor here so I have to restart the computer…okay…back now….it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done….just kind vegged it out all day and I am a little guilty about that but I’ll live through it…slept okay and feel a little slow today so I am hoping the coffee starts to work soon….the one good thing is my back doesn’t hurt at all today so it looks like this pain episode is over…finally….took a couple of months but I am happy that it didn’t end up permanent….the bike ride yesterday was brutal with just no energy in my legs and I am hoping I got enough fuel in yesterday so that won’t happen again today…but, I’m not sure about that….it will be a full thermasuit day on the bike since it is back to being cold again but I’m okay with that…it is February in Michigan after all….not much to do today….and that is the truth…might run an errand but that will be about it…more later…

Well…it was a pretty good day yesterday…how many times have you heard me say that? Had a three hour lunch with T that I am still smiling about and had the chance to put the top down on the car and do some cruising around to get a few things done…even got sunburned on my face that I have had to use aloe on but today looks a lot colder so it will be full thermasuit on the bike today….slept okay last night but no dreams and that is normal….my back is not hurting at all today so that is a plus but the allergies are flaring again and that is not fun this early in the year…didn’t get a lot done other than lunch yesterday but that is okay…will try to get some cleaning done today since this place needs it…not much to do today…going to just veg it out some and clean a little…and Daytona is on later so that will be the first napcar race of the year and I will nap some during it…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but no pool…so I didn’t win or lose….slept okay last night but woke up without my earplugs so I must have tossed and turned like crazy…oh, and I made some cash yesterday, too, so that was cool….I did get a bike ride in before the wind got crazy but it was still blowing around 25 when I went out…that made the southbound legs just brutal and I hope today will be better…it looks like it’s blowing about 15 or so so it will be better when I go out in a few minutes….I did get out to have a couple with K and J last night and that was a nice surprise….but, it gave me a head start that I am paying for today….didn’t win the mega last night so I am disappointed in that…but, no one else did either so I still have hope….not much to do today…might have lunch with T but that is in pencil so I might not..then back here for the race this aft and maybe some cleaning but probably not….more later…

Well….it was an okay day yesterday and I made some cash so that was cool…slept okay and had some weird dreams that had T in them and that doesn’t happen very often….my back feels okay today but my allergies have gone overboard and I’m coughing again and that is not fun…I did get out to have a couple with G and there were no arguments so that was cool, too…but that really wore me out and I am feeling it today….feel a little slow this morning so the bike ride will have to wait until after I run an errand at 10….it looks like it will be warm enough to put the top down on the way out to shoot pool today if it’s not raining and I am looking forward to that….not much to do today…pool, of course, and I am making a little cash this morning with my errand…and I’m sure I won’t do anything when I get back here so that will have to wait until tomorrow…more later….
