Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made some cash so that was cool…and, I got a 6 mile bike ride in but had to stop when I got the trails in the woods that were just too icy to ride on…slept okay last night and I was good…again…so I feel pretty good today and will accomplish a lot….I hope….had to do some late night laundry last night when I found my favorite travel bag had gotten a case of the molds and I wanted to see if it could be recovered…worked out okay but I forgot I had tissues in one of the pockets that left it coated in a shredded mess…another wash and it was okay…I did get to see the latest “Mission Impossible” movie last night and it was pretty good….and my son added a feature to his server that lets me order any movie or tv show I want…that could get dangerous and use a few more terabytes of memory…have to try to restrain myself…not much to do today…that’s not true…already have the grocery run in and now I have to get a bunch of stuff done before Man U comes on at 1…then out with G for a couple later and then races and Wings on tonight….gonna need a rest tomorrow morning….more later…

Well….it was an okay day yesterday and I got some stuff done around here so that is cool….and my lungs seem to be getting better with much less coughing along with tolerable pain in my back so maybe it was a good day…slept okay last night with some weird dreams that I just won’t relay here since they were really odd…even though I got some stuff done yesterday, I need to continue that today and do the workout I skipped yesterday…wanted to get the stuff done around here and I am getting bored with working out…can’t wait til the trails clear again and I can get out on the bike…I have been doing better on my weight this winter but the calorie restriction has taken away some energy when I go overboard….it has been a good winter so far….just read that we have had half the normal snow for this time of the year…only 30 in  when we normally have 60 by now….and, I’m okay with that….not much to do today…going to clean a little and maybe run some errands but that is about it…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but with feeling kind of crappy, I didn’t get much done….one good thing is that my back didn’t hurt walking into the store to get the papers this morning…that hasn’t happened in a long time and I am happy that it has….slept okay last night…no, that’s not really true…slept pretty crappy since I decided to not take an antihistamine so I could breathe just to see where I am…still need it so tonight will be different…and I was good last night so that might have had something to do with it…I do have work to do around here today but I may put that off until tomorrow….the kitchen still needs work and I do need to do some meal planning for later in the week…just way too much chicken in the freezer…not much to do today….still feel a little slow so whatever I do, it will be in low and slow mode….maybe I’ll work on some new music…more later…

Oh, one last thing…a belated happy birthday to Peter Gabriel who turned 66 last week….

Well….it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done but laundry…..still coughing like crazy and I’m not sure why….must be a bug…oh, I said that yesterday didn’t I? So, I feel a little crappy today and I am going to take it easy…easier? At least my back is better today…but it always is in the morning so I’m not going to get my hopes up too much…..at least it’s not 2 degrees like yesterday morning but the cold was still bad going out for the papers today…just another indicator that I am not feeling that hot…and my reading light crapped out today but I was happy I had an extra bulb to fix it…just don’t need a complication for my morning routine…not much to do today….going to just hang out and take it easy as I try to feel better….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool…it is nice to have a clean bathroom again…slept okay last night but have been coughing like crazy again and it feels like a bug…again…this is the third one this winter and I am tired of it….at least my back doesn’t hurt as much as it has over the past few weeks so that is something…I did make some slow cooker chicken that came out pretty good so there will be no cooking today and that is okay, too….I should clean up the kitchen after making a big mess yesterday and I might…but as I feel right now, that will be put on the back burner for now…..not much to do today….I do have to come back and do one on Scalia dying…the hypocrisy of the repubs on this one is just breathtaking…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool…slept okay last night but no dreams again so I guess I’ll just have to get used to it…there were two good music shows on last night that I watched..one on BB King and another on David Bowie…and Bowie did Young Americans live so that was really cool….and I wasn’t good so I don’t feel that hot today…I have gotten the slow cooker going already and that is really an accomplishment for 8:25 in the morning…I decided to bake the chicken first instead of just putting it in the cooker…just didn’t want to have to pick the bones and skin out of the cooker…and I don’t really like the way chicken tastes in the cooker anyway….not much to do today…watching Man U right now and then I’m just going to veg it today with a little cleaning…the bathroom needs some work but that will be it….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool…slept okay but the dreams are gone again and that is a little disappointing…oh, well…I just wish my back would stay as it is when I get up and not hurt all day….not sure what the heck is going on with it….I did make a good batch of chili yesterday and that was good and I got out to get some chicken for 29 cents a pound so I am going to make a slow cooker chicken dish tomorrow if I can get it to thaw by then…might have to use the hot water trick since it is a 10 pound block of ice right now….and I don’t have any room in the freezer for it but I couldn’t pass it up…not much to do today…pool, then back here for cocktails later with the Wings…but, I am not going to do what I did last week…way too long of a day not getting home until 7:30…more later….

Well….it was an okay day yesterday and I got a bunch of stuff done so that was cool…slept okay and had some really weird dreams that included cell phones, and me playing for the Wings but street hockey…pretty cool having a great dream for a change….and I feel okay this morning so that starts it out good…already have the grocery run done but spent too much money to get nothing…had to re supply all my cleaning supplies and that is not cheap….I did hear from T this morning for the first time in a while and that made me smile…her week has been extra crazy and I didn’t expect to hear from her so that was a pleasant surprise….my back hurt like crazy doing the groceries but that was expected…at least nothing else hurts and I’m not coughing…not much to do today…going to make chili and clean some but that is about it…it was nice to have the car start with no problem with it being only 12 degrees outside…takes a load off….more later….

Well…just finished up doing my taxes and I am still laughing at the absurdity of it….my taxable income this year was $271 dollars…yep, you saw that right…after my exemption and standard deduction my taxable was the lowest it been since I was in my teens…and I only paid $21 dollars in tax on that amount….just damn funny that I only owed that for the year….but, I don’t feel bad…there were years that I paid more than 20K in taxes…and I didn’t mind even paying that since I used to make a lot of cash….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done…slept okay and feel pretty good this morning with being good for the third day in a row so maybe I’ll have to keep that up…I think my back has plateaued with some pain that I may have to live with and I’m not happy about that….but, I’m not coughing too much anymore so I’ll take what I can get…I did get my printer working again yesterday and got my fed forms printed out so I can get that in today…and that will pay my car insurance but not much more since I took out less from my IRA than last year…a good and bad thing….I did want to get a new laptop but there is not enough money coming back to to that…oh,well….not much to do today…need to get the taxes done and then I need to work on the leaning tower of papers to get them recycled today but that is about it….more later….
