Well…it was an okay day yesterday but not pool so I didn’t win or lose…slept okay last night and don’t feel too bad today and I really should….not sore anywhere and even the back is better today so the bike ride will be okay today…but I can’t get out until later since F1 qualifying is on in a few minutes….it was kind of hot yesterday so I didn’t get much done and today looks the same…will have tot put the air on later with it getting to 96 today and it is really humid right now….the bike ride is going to be a chore and I may take tomorrow off it storms…I have been on the bike for 3 months straight now and the legs could use a rest….not much to do today…need to do the bathroom today since the spiders have gotten quite bold and I need them gone….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool…slept okay last night but had to but the air on since it was so humid…and today is starting out the same since it is already almost 80 and it’s not 8 yet….my back seems to be better today but I am going to take some painkillers before I get on the bike…should do that right now….okay, done with that….I did shim the rear swing arm on the bike yesterday and it make a difference in how it rides….just wearing out after all the miles on it and I think I need to start thinking of getting a new one….won’t keep this one if I do…will just strip the new parts off it and trash the rest…it will be weird to see it go after 8 years of riding it almost every day….not much to do today…need to get the ride in after coffee and then nothing else until pool….it is going to be a hot couple of days with the temp peaking at 96 tomorrow…yow…..more later….

Well…running a little late today and it was a long grocery run that did it…slept okay last night and feel pretty good today but my back is really sore for some reason and I’m not sure why…haven’t done anything different but it hurt like crazy carrying the groceries this morning…oh, well…the pain free time had to end sometime….I did have to put the air on yesterday after I got back from the bike ride since I just couldn’t cool down without it….will probably need it again later today with it being even hotter today…it is really humid out there right now and that will make the bike ride a little bit of a chore…I am coming up on 1500 miles for the summer today and I’m not sure if that is enough to get to 3K for the year yet…going to be close…I do need to clean the car since C lives on a gravel road and it is covered in dust….not much to do today….had a craving for chili dogs so I am making those for lunch today along with making some homemade pickles…should clean the bathroom and I just might if I continue to feel okay…and I have some errands to run so maybe not…more later…

Well….running early today since I have another busy day today with lots to get done….slept okay last night and feel okay today with being good last night and I could get used to this….the trip to Mt. P was good yesterday with the car being flawless again but I think the 30 sunscreen I bought is not really a 30…came back a little scorched and was only in the sun 3 hours….got about 30 mpg on the trip which is pretty good at 80…..so it only cost about 15 bucks to go up and back…I did get the bike ride in yesterday since the guilts got to me…went out around 6 pm and that was way too busy on the trail but it leaves me with the option of skipping today with all the work I have to do….still do need the rest day for my legs but we’ll see how long the work takes…if I can still get out this morning, I’ll probably go…lots to do today….need to get going on the workout and then get right into the work for the day….more later…..

Well…running early this morning since I have to travel to Mt. Pleasant and need to prep for it….slept okay last night and Had some dreams again but not any good ones but, there were vintage planes in them so that was something…did get a few things done yesterday but today will just be travel…won’t even do the bike ride today since I have been thinking of taken a maintenance day for my legs and today is as good as any….travel is tiring anyway and I won’t feel like getting on the bike after 3 hours in the car….I can’t wait to come back and do one on the first day of the repub convention and the plagarized speech that Trump’s wife did…along with the other crazy assed things that were said…those people are just not grounded in reality….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a little done…not enough, but something….slept okay last night but I feel exhausted this morning and I’m not sure why….I think the heat may be getting to me some with little or no relief the past week or so…I am tired of being damp all the time….and my allergies are getting worse and worse so I guess I’ll start taking medicine for it today….I counted 8 spiders in the bathroom this morning so that will have to get done today along with cleaning the rest of it….maybe I’m not eating enough and causing the exhaustion? Can’t think of anything else and all I want to do is go back to the couch an take a nap and I’ve only been up an hour and a half….not much to do today…just the bathroom and the normal stuff today and a nap later…..more later….

Well…just looking through the comments and saw that my brother wished me happy birthday Friday and I need to do the same since we were born on the same day 13 years apart…so, Happy Birthday!

Well….running a little early today with the storms coming…want to get out on the bike before they get here…it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash so that was cool…but I didn’t get much else done but cooking and today looks the same…still need to do spider patrol in the bathroom and some other work around here and it should be nice and cool with the rain….still don’t hurt so I guess I should stop talking about that….but, I’m an old guy and that’s all they talk about…not much to do today…need to have more coffee and then get going on the ride but that is about it…I will come back for another one today since there are many things to talk about…more later…

Well…it was an okay and long day yesterday with all of the stuff I had to do for my birthday…and I feel pretty crappy today since I was on the go from noon to 7…slept okay last night and the weird thing is that I am still not sore anywhere this summer and I should be with going hard on the bike every day….but, I am not going to complain….the damn squeak is still in the bike so I need to try something else this morning…will probably go back to the stinky gear lube since that worked last time….not much to do today…need to run an errand this aft and I am going to make a little cash so that is cool…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool….slept okay but have been up since way too early so I think I’ll take a nap after the bike ride…was going to take the day off for a maintenance day but it has cooled off so nicely that I should go…and I don’t want to deal with the guilt that comes with taking a day off….had to repair the top on the car yesterday since the abrasion had worked it’s way through and it came out pretty good so that was cool, too…got it washed and waxed, too so it will look good on the run out to pool…..the damn bike was squeaking again yesterday but I splashed some water on the swing arm bushing and that stopped it so now I know where to lubricate….not sure how I feel about it being my birthday today…was pretty depressed last night but today seems better…not much to do today…pool, of course, and maybe lunch with T but that is about it….more later…
