Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done…again….slept okay last night but I know I have a bug with my lungs being filled with crap and coughing like crazy…I knew there was something wrong yesterday since I felt weird and warm….oh, well….not sore today so that is something….but, I do have a sore throat, too…so today looks like a day to lay low especially with the rain that is coming in about an hour or so…have been wanting to take a day off the bike just for body maintenance so today looks like a good one…yeah…probably not…I’ll just wait for the rain to move through and then go later….not much to do today….should clean a little but feel so worn out that I probably won’t….just need more coffee but only had a cup and a half left in the maker…could make more, I guess…but it seems like too much work….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I lost at pool, finally, and that was okay, too….slept okay last night and don’t feel as bad as I should so I guess I’ll take it…no dreams to speak of and I am over the idea that it is disappointing…just normal, I guess….the cut on my finger has healed up some and doesn’t hurt anymore so I am going to let it stay in the air without a bandage and hope it doesn’t get infected….not sure if I like the new knife…my old Henkel is still a better one but I did need another one….not sore at all today so the bike ride will be a long one again…I do have to reset the pins in the rear shifter since they are working out again and the shifts are not right….should put the new one on one of these days but it just seems like too much work right now…not much to do today….I think I’ll just veg out and watch soccer…no motivation right now…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got the car cleaned so that was cool…how it go so dirty I don’t know but it is cleaned now…not sure why I’m running so early today but I guess I’ll just go with it…slept okay last night but no dreams and I was kind of getting used to them so it is a little disappointing….I did slice open one of my fingers using a new chef’s knife I bought the other day…it is about an inch longer than my old one and I think I didn’t compensate enough for that…and it is much sharper, too, so I guess I’ll have to be careful….not sore today and I should be with the ride being such torture yesterday…I just can’t figure out why that is with Wed being such a good one…not much to do today…pool, of course, and maybe lunch with T…haven’t seen her in almost a month and I’m not sure why…and I am going to make a little cash today….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool…was good again last night and fell pretty good this morning…even slept okay…kinda….so that helps, too….I did scorch myself a little trying to even out the bike tan yesterday…only an hour in the sun and my skin feels it today…but, the bike tan has gotten so bad that I had to do something…will do that again today if there is sun…I am a little irritated that the storms all stayed to the south yesterday but the change in humidity today is welcome….would have been nice to get the car cleaned…so, I’ll have to wash it this morning and do the interior since the dust is getting bad and it is looking old….I did get a new chef’s knife yesterday for only 4 bucks and it is pretty sharp and weird with the blade being powder coated with designs on it…not much to do today…going to wash the and get the bike ride in, then I am going to clean….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done so that was cool….slept okay last night with dreams of my Fiat 124 Spyder and the weird thing was that I dreamed exactly like it drove when I had it…weird…there were other things, too, but I don’t remember those too well so I won’t relate them now…..I did get the bike cleaned yesterday but it will be 3 days of trying to get the squeaks out…at least it is not the greasy thing it was anymore….and I haven’t been sore for a few days now so I think I finally got over the pain hump for the summer…..didn’t have any spiders last night and that was cool since they were kind of freaking me out….I do need to de-spider the bedroom today while I wait for the storms to come….and that is why I’m early today…it is supposed to storm later so I am holding off washing the car until tomorrow….not much to do today….need to clean a little and run an errands but that is about it….more later….

Well…running late today with some computer problems that I think I have resolved….slept okay last night but had a damn spider in my bed that woke me up around 3 and never really got back to sleep after that….I might have to spray again to make sure I don’t have more of them….feel okay this morning with being good last night and I think I need to do more of that…and, I’m not sore at all today so there will be a long bike ride today…I do need to get out and get tickets for the Mega tonight…333 mil and I can use the cash….the US plays Argentina tonight in the semis of the Copa and I’m not sure if I want to watch them get taken apart…will probably watch until they go down by 2 or 3….not much to do today….just the normal stuff and soccer…should wash the car but have to look at the weather first since there is just so much dust in the air that it will be filthy again later today….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but it was another one that I didn’t get anything done….slept okay last night and feel okay today but just a little slow…did hear from 3 of the 4 kids yesterday and that was cool….got a good bike ride in and feel good about that and will do the same this morning after the workout….l was hoping that it would storm and get ride of the humidity but it looks like that won’t happen…it’s almost warm enough to hit the beach one of these mornings and that might just happen this week…I do like to get the swim in early and there is not much else going on….not much to do today…just the normal routine and I do need to clean the kitchen but that will be about it…I am already sweating like crazy just sitting here so I should be soaked on the ride today…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get a lot done….did get a nice bike ride in and watched a lot of races so that was cool…and LeMans is still on right now and I am waiting for the F1 race to start in a while…slept okay last night and feel kind of crappy this morning…slept on my left eye and it is fuzzy so I am having a hard time even seeing this as I type…..I’m not sore, though, so that’s something….will have to wait to get on the bike until after the races and that is okay…might have to sunscreen before I go out since I have the ugliest biker tan going on….may have to lay out later today to start evening it out….not much to do today….going to kind of lay low and just veg out the day…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool…and the drive out and back was fun but the 3 beers were hitting me pretty hard and I’m not sure what that was about other than I didn’t eat much yesterday…slept okay last night but feel a little slow today…tried to get the pedal off the bike and it was a no go….might have to take the arm off and heat it but I’m not too worried about it since the pedal is still good…my mp-3 player gave me a scare this morning when it wouldn’t work going out to get the papers….must have left it on when I got home yesterday aft and ran the battery completely dead…it is charging now and that takes a load off….it is going to be a cool race day today with the 24 hours of LeMans, and F1 this morning…so, I am going to wait to get on the bike until later or I may even take the day off…not sure yet….more later….oh, forgot to do the not much to do today…going to clean a little and make an omelet for lunch…remembered to get the green pepper and cheese this morning so I can make a good one….now, more later…

Well…running a little early today since I want to see the F1 practice at 9 and need to get the bike ride in before then…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get anything done…and today looks much the same…but I am going to make some cash today so that will be cool….feel okay today but shouldn’t…it was a cocktail night last night and I stayed up late for me….okay…need to get going…not much to do today…pool later but busy this morning so I will end here and come back later when I have time…not even going to have my second cup of coffee until I get back….more later….
