Well…it was an odd day on the trail today but I felt okay so that is one little plus…and, there were snakes on the trail again but there shouldn’t be…in one two mile section, there were about 20 little snakes about the size of just hatched ones sitting on the trail…had to swerve to miss them and I wanted to stop and pick some of them up but I’ve done that before so the attraction was much less…there was one other thing that happened that was just so cool I had to talk about it…on one of the downhills in a tunnel of trees, a hawk was flying right up the trail at me…when he got about 20 feet away, he did a 5 G pullup straight up and disappeared into the treetops…fun thing to watch….

Well…running late again today and I think I may have to alter my routine to fix that problem…but is is a problem? After all, I really don’t have anything else to do so why try to fix it? Slept okay last night but had some dreams that were not the fun ones that I like…and I still feel kind of strange so I’m still not sure if I have a bug or not….I did get out to meet up with the youngster Miata guys last night for a while and that was fun with how nice a night it was….not much to do today…pool, of course, and I think I’m going to smoke some fish after I get back from the ride this morning…have had it marinating overnight and need to cook it today…more later…

Well…running late again today and I really can’t figure out why…just did a grocery run but that shouldn’t have done it….hmmmm…and, I chipped my favorite coffee cup and I am really depressed about that…have had the thing for 20 years…it was a freebie from the National Starch rep when I was working and can’t be replaced…maybe I need to buy one…slept crappy and feel crappy this morning but I wasn’t good last night so that is one of the reasons…I am really tired of the guys working on the roof here and I hope they finish up today since I am getting annoyed with all of the pounding…not much to do today…I have stuff to do around here and I want to smoke some fish but that is about it…more later…

Well…it was a long day yesterday but I got a bunch of stuff done so that is okay…and got the chance to hang out with G for a little while..it was nice to get out of here for a while…and it was needed since they are re roofing my place and it is so noisy that I can barely think…at least that’s the excuse I’m going to use…feel a little crappy today but I think it’s still the bug that I’ve had for almost two weeks now…just wish it would get worse or better and not just go along the same…not much to do today…going to take it easy after the bike ride although I do have some stuff to do around here….might just wait until tomorrow to do it…and I will be back here for another one or two today since there are topics I want to talk about…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I still feel a little crappy from the bug but maybe there are glimpses of being better…I have a sore throat this morning, though, and that is normally not a good sign…slept really crappy again but that’s not news anymore so I won’t talk about it….it looks like the next week is going to have some of the best weather all year so I need to take advantage of it…they are replacing the roof here today so that will be a big mess and I hope I’ve parked my car far enough away to not get all that crap on it….not much to do today…I do have sports stuff to talk about but I needed to do the Perry one yesterday since it just wrote itself and we all need to continue to expose the idiocy that is the repubs these days…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I felt a little crappy all day and I am having problems shedding this darn bug I’ve had for a couple of weeks now…woke up after a fitful night of sleep coughing and with my head plugged up but it seems to be better now…It is nice to have all of the wedding stuff done except taking my son to the airport this aft…I think I’ll need to take the aft off but I do need to wash the car since it got muddy going over for the after wedding brunch yesterday…and I do need to get more consistent here and that is going to be the goal for the next week..to actually make some sense and have some of these matter…and get caught up since I find myself behind again…just need to find some topics..oh, I think I’ll do one on sports since there is some stuff going on that I want to comment on…Man U I’m talking about you…more later…

Well…it was a nice day yesterday with the wedding coming off nicely and beating the rain that came just as the ceremony was ending…got the photos and everything done and the reception was fun but way too loud for me so I spent a lot of time on the porch…slept pretty crappy so I feel a little tired this morning…just vegging right now watching the race and waiting for Man U to start…need to get a bike ride in before I head over for the brunch this morning…I think I’ll make today a relaxing day and just watch the Lions lose along with the race….other than that, I need to have coffee an head back tot he couch…I will be back for another one today since I have been lazy the past two…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I’m not sure who won at pool since my daughter’s husband came out to play with us and it was a kind of round robin thing….and had a nice dinner out at the mex place near me and then a nice night of relaxing….but, today is the big wedding day so there won’t be much rest…should be fun, though, and I am looking forward to it…slept pretty crappy last night and that is normal and my allergies are just terrible this morning….it looks like it may rain today so it will be interesting to see how the picture are handled…other than that, not much to do today…have an errand to run this morning and have to touch the suit up with my iron to get some wrinkles out…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday…had some fun at the rehearsal and the dinner and it was good to see the kids…and I wasn’t good last night so I feel it a little today…but, I think coffee will take care of that…slept like crap again but that is pretty normal…I did lose an earplug during the night and that just felt weird and may be part of why I didn’t sleep too well…not much to do today…it looks like I have time for pool so that will be okay and my daughter’s husband is coming to hang out with us while she gets her nails done and then it’s out to dinner for her birthday….and then an easy night back here….more later…

Well…just sitting here and remembered I didn’t do another one today so I thought I’d get this one done before I take off in a while so I won’t have to think about it…with the wedding thing going on over the next few days…it seems like everyone is pretty crabby and I’m not sure why…I guess I’ll see in a while when I go out to the rehearsal…haven’t heard from anyone but my daughter and I’m not really surprised about that…but I am a little surprised that no one is going to be there for her birthday tomorrow….not sure what is going on there…but, things usually work out and we’ll see after the dinner tonight…that’s about it…need to sunscreen up and get ready for a drive…no more later….
