Well…running really, really late today and it’s because I had my first flat on the new bike and had to walk it back 4 miles…and that was not fun with wet shoes and socks…have a huge blister on my left little toe that is going to hurt all week…but, I’m glad I had the chance to walk in these new shoes before I go to NYC so I won’t have to take them if they will blister my feet…I guess I’ll go with the new Sketchers instead…have been up since early with the storms waking me up at 5:30 but I think I slept okay before that….had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get a lot done and today looks the same with the F1 race and then Man U and then two more races on this afternoon….I did change out the tube on the front of the bike and put the tire liner in to prevent any more flats…I found what looked like a piece of black glass stuck in the tread…I had been thinking about when the first flat was going to come…got to almost 2400 miles before that first one but now I have to think about the rear going flat…I may just put the liner in this week…more later….
September 1st
Well…I have a tip for you…do not ever go out on the bike before you have coffee…did that this morning and the entire ride was torture…and I still feel lousy right now and that may mean I didn’t eat enough yesterday…yep, that’s it…slept okay last night but man, I do feel crappy so I may need to make some toast here in a minute…and I need to get this done before F1 qualifying starts in one minute…didn’t get a lot done yesterday and I probably won’t get much done today with all of the sports on…soccer and racing is going to fill the day and I really should clean some and I might…but, I’m not going to think about that right now…I need the coffee to start to work right now and it isn’t…probably should just slam this first cup….more later….
More money laundering…
Well…haven’t done a placeholder in a while but I wanted to remind myself that it just hit me with the latest guilty plea, the trump inauguration was just a front for more laundering….okay…let’s talk about this for a minute…it has always been a little shady how much money was raised for the idiot trump’s inauguration…almost twice what was raised and needed for Obama’s…and trump had many fewer events and less than half the people attending those events…so, what happened to the 107 million dollars that was raised and where did it come from? We got a little taste of where some of the money came from with the guilty plea of another of Manafort’s buddies for taking Ukrainian money to wash and give to trump for his inauguration….and they used the old “straw donor” scam where a US citizen gives the money but is then reimbursed by the Ukrainians through an offshore company….the same methods that are used to launder money through real estate that trump uses. The other burning question is where did the 107 million dollars go? We know they paid an “event planner” 26 million dollars out of the pot…but where did the money go after she got it? This is again a typical money laundering technique that trump used in selling a property in Florida to a Russian oligarch for twice what he paid for it in the middle of the great recession when property values were in free fall. There never has been an outside auditors report on the financing for idiot boy’s inauguration, just an internal one that basically says “nothing to see here” and I hope that this will be the focus of the House in November when we take control…cripes, by then trump could be gone…I hope….impeach…
Something’s happening here…
Well…trying to find a topic…again, and just ran across a couple of articles that I think can be the basis for one…speculation is rampant on the the old interweb today that Robert Mueller is going to drop something big today but I’m not sure if that is going to happen…everyone is going on and on about some damn “deadline” that exists for Mueller to only work until the 1st or it will interfere with the elections…yeah, no such “rule” or deadline exists as seen by Comey releasing the Hillary letter a few days before the 2016 election…so the idea that Mueller has to go silent by tomorrow is just not going to happen…so anyone who thinks that is wrong and that makes today just another Friday to me. The second article I read was about new polling that just came out on the idiot trump’s approval rating and how far in the tank it is…I mean 36%? There has never been a lower one in the history of polling at this point in his term and almost 60% of those polled strongly disapprove of the idiot’s performance…but the coolest part is that half of the people polled think trump should be impeached right now…and that is even before Mueller drops the hammer on him…now, this is something that makes me smile…and if Mueller drops some more indictments today, I may even smile more…impeach…
August 31st
Well…I was going to get out on the bike before the F1 practice but I just can’t get going so I’m having coffee and doing this instead….I will have to get moving tomorrow since I won’t miss qualifying but I’m not sure if I can even do that….slept okay last night but I’m not feeling that hot today… just have no energy right now and I hope the coffee will help…I think I’ll ease into it….I do have all day after all and nothing to do so I can do whatever I want….didn’t get anything done yesterday…no, that’s not right…I did clean the stove top but that wasn’t enough to keep the guilts away so I’ll have to do better today….not much to do today…I should go over to Target to get some more allergy medicine and I do need to stop and get my Mega tickets for tonight…but, I’ll do that on the bike today…should go to the bank and get some cash…and I might but right now there’s not enough energy to do anything…more later…

Well…if the corruption didn’t run deep enough with the trumpsters, just wait a few minutes and the hole gets deeper and deeper…this last outrage concerns the leaking of a dem candidates security clearance form to a super pac the is run by Paul Ryan so they could use the information in attack ads against Abigail Spanberger, a former CIA officer who is running against Dave Brat in Virginia. The excuse they used in getting the information was that they submitted a FOIA and got the information that way…but, these security clearance forms are not subject to FOIA and are never released in an unredacted form….never…but somehow the repubs got this form and just the act of getting it is against the law…so now we have trump and his minions breaking the law again with the help of Ryan and the rest of the repubs…these people have no morals and no respect for the rule of law….another impeachable offense that Ryan should pay for, too…god, I am so tired of these criminals…impeach…
August 30th
Well….running on time today but I am not really okay with it being 51 degrees outside in August…slept kind of okay last night but flipped and flopped a lot and it took an hour and a half to get to sleep so that made it about 5 hours last night but I don’t feel too bad so I guess I can live with that….after all, I can always take a nap later if I need it…didn’t get much done yesterday but I do have a couple of errands to run tsis morning since Meijer’s is so screwed up with the rebuild that they only had about half of the stuff I needed so there will be a trip over to Aldi’s to get the rest of what I need for the weekend…I am going to clean the kitchen today since I do feel a little guilty about not doing it this week…I did get a good bike ride in yesterday between the raindrops and I’ll do another one today as soon as it warms up to 57…not sure how long that is going to take but I do need more coffee and to read the news so that should work out….more later….
Just some thoughts…
Well…haven’t been able to come up with a big topic for this afternoon and I was almost going to bail until some information started to ooze into my brain by osmosis, I think, so here goes….one of the things that got trump elected was the persona cultivated on his reality show of a successful, forceful businessman that is reality to people who watch those kind of shows…I wonder if we can call them “reality show voters” and do some research on how many of them voted for trump….that would be interesting to me since I really don’t understand “reality” shows that present at best a scripted reality that normalizes the terrible behavior we see in most of them…I think I’ve seen one of them and I immediately knew that I didn’t like the people who infest those shows and sure as hell didn’t want to waste one minute of my time watching it…one thing we need to remember is the reality of the idiot trump…that everything he touched ended in bankruptcy until the Russian mob got involved with him…just a useful dupe, not a good businessman…impeach…

Well…running early today and maybe that is the new normal with not sleeping too much…or too well…had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get much done…still not feeling 100% so I think I’ll continue to take it easy today and only clean a little…I do have a couple of errands to run this morning after the workout and bike ride…my allergies are going nuts right now so I need to get some more medicine for it…I am trying to eat a little more healthy getting ready for my check up next Tuesday and I’m taking the week off from cocktails, too, and that makes it a little boring at times…but necessary so I guess I can take it….didn’t get much done yesterday but I will clean the kitchen today and maybe vacuum some but not right now…I need more coffee and to read some news first…after all, it’s only 7 am and I really have no place to be….more later….
Devin Nunes, superspy…
Well…just read an article that I wanted to comment on that made me laugh out loud at it’s absurdity…it seems that earlier in the month the superspy Devin Nunes went over to England to try to dig up dirt on Michael Steele who has been the big bad boogyman ever since his mostly confirmed dossier on trump’s conspiracy with Russia was exposed….and it is still freaking the repubs out and they are still, two years later, spending time and our money on this bogus task. Not sure where Nunes got the idea to go over and try to get a meeting with MI5 and MI6…but I think it was from bad spy movies or maybe even from “The Beverly Hillbillies” modeling his behavior on Jethro who fancied himself a “double naught spy”…when I think of it, that’s the better description. So, ole Devin goes over and wants to have meetings with the heads of all the spy agencies and all they do is roll their eyes and avoid him like the plague…so, he spends thousands of dollars of our money to fly to England to support a conspiracy theory that has no basis in fact and comes back empty handed…which would have happened even if those folks would have met with him since, let me say this again, more than 90% of Steele’s dossier has been proven to be true so far with more to come. What a waste of space this idiot is…Californians, do us a favor and vote this moron out in November….geez…
