Well…even though it appears nowhere in the constitution, the corrupt supreme court appears like they are going over rule two other courts and grant the idiot trump immunity from crimes he committed when president…and once they establish that presidents have that power, guess who gets that, too? Yep, Joe Biden will be able to do whatever the hell he wants including locking trump up indefinitely if he feels like it…folks, this is what corruption looks like at the SC…and this now makes the president what we fought against in the revolution…a king…and I’m sure that is nowhere in the constitution either…and the “originalists” are showing that this is just bullshit excuses for them doing whatever the hell they want to further the political outcomes they want…all of the right wing justices should be impeached and now…geez…

It’s the courts…
Well…if you needed more reason to vote for Joe in the fall than all of the good stuff he’s gotten done, just think about the damage the idiot trump has done to the courts and the resulting damage to our democracy….for the first time in history, the supreme court has taken rights away from US citizens and it’s all because of the corrupt justices that idiot boy put on the bench…and just this week they were up to the same corrupt antics again when the conservatives voted that the states couldn’t enforce the 14th amendment by keeping the criminal in chief off the ballot after he led the insurrection on January 6th…that amendment is plain and was used to keep hundreds of confederates from running for office and yet this supreme court ignored precedent, as they always do, making trump more equal than anyone else…so if you want that fixed, vote for dems up and down the ballot so we can take back the house, keep the senate and return one of the most effective presidents in the last 100 years to the WH…it’s up to us to save this country…so vote…geez…

Well…we knew this was going to happen…the SC put the idiot trump back on the ballot in Colorado and that means the two other states that barred him will have to put him back on the ballot, too…and that just about trashes what little respect I had for the court…and they made sure the 14th amendment can now be ignored since they have said it doesn’t matter what idiot boy did, he stays on the ballot if elected in the primaries…and this doesn’t bode well for idiot boy’s claim of “absolute immunity” that it looks more than likely they are going to give him…and they will write the opinion so narrowly that it will only apply to the idiot and not Biden…and that makes it imperative that we take back the House and
Senate this fall…geez…
The supreme court is gone…
Well…with the corrupt justices voting to review the unanimous appeals court decision that the idiot trump doesn’t have “unlimited immunity” in the January 6th case, the last nail in the coffin of the supreme court is driven in…the only reason they have voted to take this case is clear…to protect trump and makes sure this trial doesn’t start until after the election…and we know that these corrupt justices don’t care about the law at all wit the many times they lied about “settled law” during their confirmation hearings and have overthrown 50 years of precedent in overturning Roe…but, what the hell could they be thinking? Nowhere in the constitution is there any mention of presidential immunity against overthrowing the government and if they grant it, it will apply to Biden, too, and he could have idiot boy locked up for the rest of his life…the 56 page ruling by the appeals court was hailed by law scholars across the country as well reasoned and forceful and for the SC to take the case at all shows how political and corrupt those justices are…and we need to vote repubs out across the country so the SC can be reformed and expanded to take power out of the hands of the corrupt…geez..
Telegraphing the ruling..
Well…was just reading that the SC is telegraphing what they are going to rule in the case that got to them from Colorado where their SC kicked the idiot trump off the ballot and it can’t be worse…we all know that this SC with all of the unqualified, lying, right wing hacks on it put there by idiot boy is poised to ignore the constitution…again..and rule that idiot boy can stay on the ballot no matter what the 14th amendment says…just as they did when they killed Roe and are going to kill the EPA and every other department of the government except what was in the constitution in 1787…they have shown that this is the most illegitimate court in the history of the country and John Roberts has a lot to do with that and is going to go down as the worst chief justice in the country’s history…he can’t even get thomas to recuse in this case even though it’s been shown that his wife was in the thick of the January 6th attack…corruption personified…geez…
Legislating from the bench…
Well…this supreme court has to go…it is so corrupt that the right wingers on it are legislating from the bench to get what their repub cronies can’t get through legislation since the ideas are so despised…just yesterday, the right wing 6 decided that it is perfectly fine for people to discriminate against the LGBTQ citizens of this country…and it was done with a fake case that is full of lies and perjury…essentially a woman in Colorado said that she wanted to start a business making websites for straight people but the law made her cater to anyone…but the thing is she never had that business and still doesn’t and it’s 7 years later…and the supposedly gay person that she said asked her to make the website never heard of her…and it turns out that she lied about that in court filings since the person is a straight married man who lives in San Francisco….but that didn’t matter to the right wing 6…they took the case anyway since it would allow them to make it legal to discriminate against the LGBTQ people and anyone else…black, latino, Muslims? Yep, it’s now legal for someone to shout christian and they can get away with any type of discrimination…how much more corrupt can the SC get when they are now not following any rules? I guess we’ll see…geez…

Well…when you hear the repubs complain when they are called fascists for doing fascist things…just remember that they have a scheme to ignore voters and just install whoever they want in whatever office that is in the supreme court today…it’s called the independent legislature theory and it’s main tenet is that state legislatures are the only bodies who can set rules for voting in federal or state elections…and they argue the legislatures can ignore any votes they want…so dem votes will never be counted in repub controlled states again…how do you guys feel about that? This crackpot theory that is based on a lie is being argued right now and all of the conservative justices are just drooling that they can help out their repub cronies to just nullify elections they don’t like…that’s not fascist, right? Yeah, in reality that is right out of the fascist playbook on the first page….and the only reason it was taken up is alito wanted it so we know it doesn’t have to have any basis in law, truth, or reality for him to embrace it….look, if these guys are allowed to make this legal, this democracy is gone but that is what the repubs want…they know demographics are slowly dooming them electorally so they have to get the ultimate cheat authorized by the court…geez…
My brain isn’t working…
Well…have been looking for a topic all morning and I’m not sure what it is but my brain just isn’t working today…and nothing interests me right now so I wonder what to do? There was an interesting development yesterday when it was reported that the chairs of both the House and Senate Judiciary committee sent a letter to chief justice John Roberts asking him where they are on investigating the leaks that happened with the Hobby Lobby and Dobbs decision and it was reported the other day that it was Alito who leaked both of them to shore up conservative support for overturning Roe….the chairs essentially said to Roberts if he can’t or won’t do that investigation, then it will be done by congress…you know, it has been on my mind lately that everything the repubs touch is ruined…and now they have don it to the SC…and something needs to be done to enforce ethics rules on the repub hacks on the court…it would be a perfect time for both houses to pass SC reform that would put a check on the hacks on the court…and make it easier to remove justices that lied to the senate in their confirmation hearings…as all of the conservative justices did….geez…
John Robert’s whining tour…
Well…it looks like SC chief justice John Roberts got his fee fees hurt from the protestors outside the supreme court there to voice their displeasure with the court taking rights away from more than 50% of the country when the gutted roe…and he is whining and whining about it saying that people shouldn’t do that just because they don’t agree with any court ruling. Yeah…pretty damn tone deaf when he allowed alito to reach back before the constitution was even written and use the ranting of a witch burner as justification for taking away rights for the first time in the history of the court…and Johnny boy, you fully supported ignoring settle law and precedent when he did that…and you are a grown man whining like a little kid when someone doesn’t like you acting like a frickin king and criticizes you… and you have telegraphed you are going to let the right wing hacks on your court continue to try to come for voting rights as you did when you wrote the opinion gutting the voting rights act saying that “racism no longer exists in this country” so the VRA is no longer needed…so quit your whining…you did this to the court…you engineered this collapse of the legitimacy of the court and you still allow Thomas the seditionist to sit on the court as his wife tried to overthrow the government…so just quit your bitching until you fix the damage you’ve done…geez…

Well…with the corrupt supreme court just itching to strike down the rulings that made contraception and gay marriage legal, it appears that there are some repubs that are working with all of the dems to get them codified into law before the SC can destroy those precedents and make them illegal. Now I just relish the fact that Thomas was telegraphing when he and the other illegitimate justices would be dragging this country back into the 1800′s with their attack on the rights of US citizens and they were just salivating that they could do it to us and there was nothing anyone could do about it…but now, there appears to be enough repubs who are listening to their voters to make sure that the will of the people is done and not the will of the court…now, if they can just get a federal law allowing women to control their own bodies instead of repubs everywhere, we would be getting someplace…that’s next folks….but, even with the good news, I’ll believe it when I see the law on Biden’s desk at the signing…
