Well…not sure if you saw Joe Biden’s speech that he did yesterday but the consensus is that it was a good one…and I thought so too as he called out the right wingers trying to destroy this country…and even mentioned the idiot trump by name for all the crap he pulled and called out fox news for being cheeerleader for the plot…and boy, they have their fee fees hurt and are sulking and trying to spin it to the point that they are now calling a really hopeful speech “divisive” while trying to puff themselves up by saying most of the country watches their channel…and that made me laugh when it is well known that maybe 1 percent of the country watches fox regularily and the major networks have 10 times more viewers each than they do…I think Biden hit them where they hurt by using the truth to call them out and they really, really don’t like truth….suck it up snowflakes…geez…

Bye, bye tucker…
Well…it’s a small bit of good news but it IS good news…it was just announced the fox news has fired tucker carlson effective immediately…not sure what the reason is but I don’t care…anything that gets that asshole off the air is fine with me…and he has now been fired by every national cable company…MSNBC, CNN, and fox…and his rabid fans are reacting typically, by threatening fox with boycotts and even investors are reacting…driving the share price down by almost 20% in trading today…ha, ha, ha….787 million dollar settlement to Dominion and now another couple of billion down the drain…couldn’t happen to a worse family but I won’t be happy until the murdochs are penniless and living on the streets….geez…
Dominion settled…
Well…cripes jury selection just started yesterday and fox news decided to settle the lawsuit Dominion filed against them for 787 million dollars…and I will be the first to say I’m pretty damn disappointed that dominion didn’t inflict more damage on fox and drag their dirty laundry of lies out into the open….and force rupert murdoch, his son , and the on air liars to testify in court that they knew they were lying and didn’t care…and while 787 million dollars seems like a lot of money, the murdochs won’t pay a penny of it…all of you who have cable or satellite tv are going to be the ones who pay since you pay for fox now even if you don’t watch it…they will just raise the fees that all of the carriers pay them and probably end up making a profit off settling the suit…one silver lining in the whole thing is that the head of Dominion said they were just getting started and there would be more suits…and I’m hoping that individual suits will be fired against tucker and the rest of the on air liars…and remember that Smartmatic still has a 2.6 billion dollar suit that an appeals court has said can go forward so we still have that one to look forward to….geez…
The fox news trial is on…
Well…there was a lot of consternation by commenters and the news media that the Dominion/fox news suit was going to be settled before trial but jury selection has started today so I guess those talks are off…I wanted to see the suit go to trial for selfish reasons…that a trial will do much more damage that any settlement since settlements can be kept secret and we might have never known what happened and fox would be able to continue to lie about it…and I know why there was concern in the media about a settlement…since that would take away an easy story for them that will stay in the news now probably for months as the trial goes on…with the earlier summary judgement earlier that Dominion’s evidence gotten in discovery already proved fox’s liability, the only thing that Dominion needs to prove now is what’s called “actual malice” that fox new they were lying and kept it up anyway…and that may be a little difficult but is certainly doable….can’t wait to read more about the trial…and remember that this is just the first suit…Smartmatic has another, bigger one in the pipeline and if fox loses the Dominion suit, it will be in a world of hurt for the second one….geez…

Well…with the release of testimony from all of the execs and on air personalities in the civil defamation suits that Dominion Voting Systems, all I can say is wow, fox news is in trouble….and the suit is for 1.6 billion dollars and I wonder if there can be punitive damage levied if they win their suit? It is clear from the testimony that fox knew that they were lying about Dominion when they constantly pushed the idea that their software switched votes to Joe Biden from the idiot trump, but they kept on doing it even after Dominion sent a cease and desist letter to them after the election and it is also clear that fox was panicking that they were losing viewers to newsmax and oan and they had to do something to bring the maga idiots back into the fox bubble…so they picked Dominion and Smartmatic as their targets of made up conspiracies and hammered it on every show for a month…and Smartmatic has an even larger suit of 2.7 billion dollars against them for the same lies…could we see fox nees bankrupted if they lose these suits? Probably not but it will put a big dent in them…and will maybe change their lying propagandic behavior…we’ll see…geez..

Well…damn, the idiot apologists at fox news have a brand new talking point that they are using to help justify Putin invading and annexing Ukraine…listen to this one: it is okay for Russia to invade since Ukraine used to be part of the old soviet union and all Putin is doing is re-capturing what used to be theirs anyway…now, yes, this is just as stupid as it sounds…so let’s think about this for a minute…under those terms, England has every right to invade and annex the US since it used to belong to them before the Revolutionary War….or go back farther…the Native Americans have every right to attack and annex the entire US since it belonged to them before white people came here and took if from them…or how about England attacking and annexing India since it used to be a colony of theirs and belonged to them…or France or Portugal could take back any part of Africa that used to be colonies of theirs…you get the idea…there are no great minds at fox news…and in my long lifetime, I can never remember a “news” organization in the US that rooted for or is rooting for the US to fail and for our enemies to defeat us….this is some sick crap and there should be a law against it…the first amendment be damned…okay, yeah…the only way the first amendment works is for all speech to be protected…not just what you agree with….geez…

Well…as Russia keeps threatening to invade the Ukraine, every damn person on fox news is parroting Putin’s talking points that the only reason he wants to go to war is to keep Ukraine out of NATO since that would “threaten Russia’s security”….and Tucker and the rest of them are all essentially saying that it is Biden’s fault since he won’t knuckle under to Putin’s threats…if Biden would just give in to the Russian thug, everything would be just hunky dory and Putin will stop his threats…and all of this from the party who thinks themselves to be the toughest on the world stage but that is just bullshit since their only go to is appeasement to the thug dictators who are threatening the world…and they just love themselves some dictators like Putin and Orban and are doing everything they can to make the job of the US harder trying to rein in these thugs and support them at every point…what the hell happened to the understanding that conflicts over foreign policy ends at the water’s edge? Well…if you watched fox news Thursday evening or Friday morning, you saw every damn one of those ghouls rooting their damndest for America to fail on job creation…with the comfy couch assholes just gleefully predicting that we probably would lose up to 300K jobs and blaming Biden for what I don’t know but blame they did…and that doocy ass who is daily shredded by Jen Psaki at the WH briefing was standing outside the WH calling Biden a failure and predicting Joe would try to spin the job losses by saying he had created more jobs in his fist year than any other president…but that doesn’t matter anymore because losing 300K jobs is so bad that it offsets the gains of the past year…you see where I’m going here, right? Yep, the meme they were pushing fell apart spectacularly when job gains of 467K were announced for January and November and December were revised up by almost 700K jobs gained…and you know what happened next, right? Yep, fox completely stopped talking about jobs and went straight into their puff pieces on the asshole truckers in Canada who are protesting vaccine mandates and spouting even more outrage at the January 6th committee…normal stuff for them when their propaganda is stuffed right back down their throats by the truth…god I hate those assholes…geez…

Well…as the lying propaganda network they are, fox news pushed and pushed the conspiracy theory that Dominion voting machines rigged their machines to give Joe Biden trump votes….which wasn’t true by the way….so Dominion sued fox news for 1.6 billion dollars for ruining their business…of course fox appealed and guess what happened? A Federal judge just yesterday said that the suit could go forward and that means discovery starts as soon as possible…and it will be the first time that this has happened to fox and it makes any communication fair game…like strategy sessions, w-mails, texts, and any other records that have anything to do with how this lie came to be pushed so hard by fox…and that puts all of the on-air personalities in the crosshairs, too, and they could be liable for criminal charges if it is found they broke the law…I can hardly contain my glee that these assholes who have done so much damage to this country may be held accountable by a private company and fox may even be liable for treble damages and that would put them in hock for 4.8 billion dollars…I sure hope they lose it…maybe then the cancer on this country that fox is can finally be cut out…geez…
