Well…with the repubs only controlling the House and the fact that they won’t be able to get any legislation passed through the Senate, it is pretty revealing that the only thing they are doing is setting up their “investigations” into almost everything that Biden has or hasn’t done over the past two years…and they are just salivating at investigating the January 6th committee and the justice department but especially the FBI who is investigating all of the criminals who were in on the January 6th plot…including the people who will be running those “investigations”…so Merrick Garland has to get off his butt and charge these assholes before that happens….or before they figure out how to derail all of the real investigations into the traitor trump….I still think this is going to backfire on the repubs in the house…and their infighting has already started the downward spiral of their approval ratings that are going to keep dropping if the talk about cutting SS or Medicare which they will never get through the senate, either…and in 2024 we will take back the house, hopefully for good and then back to repairing all the damage these morons are going to do…

I think idiot boy is confused…
Well…I am just laughing my butt off this morning with idiot boy’s latest tweetstorm going off on the fact that Adam Schiff is going back to the start with the Russia investigation of trump and how the Russians affected the election in 2016. I think one of the problems is that trump is confused on how the government works but even more than that, he is confused that the bluster and bullshit that has always worked to intimidate people and protect him from consequences of his criminal behavior is no longer working….and he is just not bright enough to think of what else to do…one of the funny things that the bloated moron whined about this morning was that “they never investigated Obama like this”…hey trumpy…Benghazi for 5 years, your damn birther conspiracy that went on for 8 years, e-mails, etc, etc. so no, they did investigate every damn thing that Obama did but his wearing of a tan suit…but the key here moron? Obama followed the rules and they found no wrongdoing….no bribes in the guise of renting hotel rooms, okay…I don’t need to list all of the lawbreaking and scandals…let’s just leave it at every damn thing you have ever been involved in is rife with criminal wrongdoing and that is why your “life” is being investigated…not some “deep state”, not some grudge, but elected officials who see their duty to the constitution, not to some tin pot dictator like you…so, buckle up buttercup…you’re in for a bumpy ride…oh, and prison…impeach…
Just the best investigations…
Well…just saw a little article that made me laugh out loud…as you know, there are investigations of trump and his cronies everywhere but it never dawned on me that everything trump is under investigation…yep, with the announcement yesterday that the trump inaugural is now under investigation, every damn thing that trump has touched in his life is now under investigation for criminal acts….let’s compare that to Nixon even…nope not everything Nixon touched was under investigation…not for money laundering, not for working with a foreign power to steal his election, not for looting his inauguration fund, not for having a fake charity that was used like a personal piggy bank….you get my drift…until now, Watergate was the worst political scandal in the history of the country but trump beat that out even before he was elected…or kinda elected…you know, for a while there, I thought trump was going to get away with it with the repubs conspiring with him to protect him from his criminality…but not now…he is already implicated in two felonies and will pay for them when he is out of office…and the new AG of New York is going to investigate everything trump as soon as she takes office in January….and, if there are no crimes there, I’ll shut this site down and go live in the woods like a hermit…and, there are no pardons that can save idiot boy from state crimes….is it too early to grin? Don’t think so…impeach…
There are no adults left on the right…
Well…waiting for the dryer to finish so I can get out for the bike ride and thought I’d just put down a couple of thoughts…first, the right seems apoplectic that a solar film company that got a government loan went out of business after Obama touted it as being part of our energy future and there are howls for investigations of any lawbreaking….which I really can’t disagree with. But, where the heck were the republicans when Halliburton was getting all of the no-bid contracts and stealing billions of dollars when ole GW was in office? And, where were they when GW and Cheney were committing felonies by approving torture and warrantless wiretapping? I just can’t believe that the American public keeps electing these folks when it has been clear for a long time that they have no principles or honor…that they are all too happy to put the future of this country at risk for political gain….they just remind me of a 6 year old…and that may be insulting to the six year old….geez…
A couple of things…
Well…don’t know where to start this morning but I know I have to deal with Chuck Krauthhammer and Darrell Issa…and the crazy assertions they make in the papers this morning…first, let’s start with Chuck…the headline of his article was ‘Obama’s secret plan: governing by regulation”…and he goes on to assert that since Obama can’t get bills with what he wants passed through congress, he is going to use the regulatory apparatus of the government to bypass congress and enact all kinds of scary things…his prime example being the new Medicare regulation that will pay for end of life counseling that the repbs labeled “death panels” last summer and was left out of the bill because of those scare tactics pushed by the rabid right wingers. Where have you been for the last 30 years Chuck? This type of thing has been done ever since these regulatory organizations were first enacted by legislation….so now, you don’t want Obama to keep the government functioning just because you don’t like it…elections have consequences, Chuck…look what your boys did with financial regulation in the 8 years of ole GW. At least Obama is doing something for the middle class, not just the rich that your party bows to every day.
Then, you have Darrell Issa saying that his primary focus as the chair of the congressional oversight committee is going to be investigate Obama and his administration and to blanket them with subpoenas until they can’t do anything except answer them…since he calls them the most corrupt government in American history. Oh, really Darrell? Didn’t see them authorizing torture, or letting the oil industry write our energy policy, or providing sweetheart no-bid contracts to all of Cheney’s cronies, or removing enough financial regulation that allowed the banks to almost steal the whole country. What about the people of this country Darrell? When are you going to focus on jobs? When are you going to focus on healing the divide that splits us? Oh, I get it, never…just another political hack that chooses to put party before country….again, and, again, and again….geez…
