Well…I’m getting pretty tired of rich people getting to do all kinds of crimes and then just walk away tra la la….and you’re probably tired of me talking about the idiot trump but damn, another instance of tax fraud at one of his golf courses was just reported yesterday and there appears to be enough evidence to indict the criminal for the same damn thing he has been doing all of his life….inflating the worth of his golf course to get bigger loans and then deflating it when he was paying taxes on it…this is felony tax fraud and he has done it on every property he has ever owned and yet no indictment, no arrests, no consequences….I wonder why he never has to get an appraisal to get loans…is that just for the little people? I know I had to get one when I got the loan for this place…or I wonder if he has appraisers who are in on the scam? Whatever the case, these simple actions are against the law but not one damn prosecutor has the guts to charge this asshole…and the corrosive effect on the rule of law is seen every damn day…and the repubs are the ones who are doing it…they are even trying to protect Steve Bannon to keep him from being held accountable for plotting the January 6th insurrection by blocking his arrest for ignoring the house subpoenas…this bullshit never would have happened when I was younger…but the modern repubs are truly the party of lies and cheating and they are going to kill this country…geez…

Ivanka is involved in the fraud…
Well…yep, the normal repubs are out today with excuses for the idiot trump not paying and taxes for 15 years and they all are basically “rich people don’t pay taxes” and “he’s pretty smart if he can figure out how to not pay taxes”…but with the release of idiot boy’s financial records, it’s not the fact that he didn’t pay taxes but the how he did it…and that gets us to the fraud that oozes out of every page of the information. One of the ways they converted cash on hand into deductible business expenses involved Ivanka getting paid millions in “consulting fees” even though she was an employee…magically turning them into deductions that trump didn’t have to pay taxes on and even offsetting other income by just laundering them through that scam. This is not the first time Ivanka has been involved in shady fraud…there were three other times that she was inches away from being charged and then poof, the charges just went away. But not this time…the whole damn trump family is going to end up in jail…the moron son Eric has been forced to testify this week about his shady dealings with the family business and he is probably going to lie to them and end up being charged with perjury along with fraud….god, I can’t wait for these grifters who have done more to ruin this country that any family in history go to jail for a long, long time….tick tock, donnie…you’re next…
A good day in the courts…
Well…there is a reason to smile today with two court actions that were revealed today and over the weekend….the first on was the biggie, to me anyway, when it was reported that Duetsche Bank has already complied with a subpoena to turn over all of the idiot boy’s records and everything is in the hands of the Vance and I’m sure they will be shared with the attorney general of NY state for any state charges that could come from them…one important thing that comes from that is it reinforces the subpoena that the supreme court just ruled is enforceable against trump and his accounting firm, Mazars…and Vance is already making the argument in court that the Mazars records are necessary to compare with those from Duetsche to see if idiot boy and his kids committed tax and bank fraud by inflating and deflating the value of assets to get more loans and to keep from paying taxes…as we all know they did. Let’s remember, these are state charges that are out of the reach of a pardon or from meddling by Bill Barr…so it does look like the criminal in chief is going to have another “first” after his name…the first former president to go to prison after he is out of office…and I am gleeful about that and the fact that his grifter children are going down with him…okay, this one is long enough…I’ll talk about the other case in a new one in a few minutes…
Did he really lose a billion dollars?
Well…sitting here trying to decide if I’m going to do a second ride today and a thought just popped into my head…with all of the news stories of how much money trump lost in the 90′s, getting to over a billion dollars, my question is: did trump really lose a billion dollars? With all of the evidence of tax fraud throughout his life, are these losses just paper ones that allowed him to not pay any taxes? I mean, how the heck do you lose 950 million dollars in one year? I can understand that happening to a corporation, but for the closely held trump criminal organization, really losing a billion dollars would be a lot of money and would be pretty hard to do…and we know that idiot boy didn’t pay any taxes for almost 10 years. So, what I think this is is just the extension of the fraud that trump has run since he and his siblings inherited 450 million dollars from daddy and didn’t pay any taxes on that…I’m sure he has the same attitude that most rich people have, that only “little people” pay taxes and wasn’t careful committing fraud his entire life…explaining the death struggle he is engaged in to prevent anyone from seeing his tax returns…impeach…
trump’s sister…
Well…if you had any doubt that the entire trump family are crooks, the latest news should wipe that out right now…just yesterday it was announced that trump’s sister was resigning as a judge to end an investigation into…wait for it…fraudulent tax schemes that she participated in as part of the family’s tax fraud that ran all the way through the 80′s and 90′s….this is a continuation of the earlier story that the NY times ran that trump and his family manipulated their net worth to avoid paying taxes on inherited money from donnie boy’s father….and this is all under investigation by the state of NY and guess what would really help with getting to the bottom of this fraud? Yep, trump’s tax returns and it is just another reason why idiot boy is fighting so hard to keep them secret…they’re all damn crooks and need to go to jail….
