Well…it’s been so damn funny to hear the idiot trump’s enablers trying out all of the reasons why they say he isn’t guilty of multiple felonies after the FBI raided his tacky golf club…and now they have settled on a wild lie that trump set up a “blanket declassification” for any top secret papers that he took to his quarters in the WH…which really isn’t a thing at all…there are procedures that have to be followed for declassification and they didn’t follow one of them so, in reality, none of the stuff found was declassified…but, that doesn’t matter anyway since the laws that were broken don’t even mention whether the papers are classified or not..it doesn’t matter, what matters is that he took them and didn’t give them back when asked…and for every page they found, it’s a 10 year sentence…so arrest this prick already…and while you’re at it, get the finger printing of the papers and boxes done asap and the arrest anyone else who handled these documents since just doing that is against the law, too…oh, and one last thing…from the laughing and joking happening on Russian state tv, they already have copies of the stuff that idiot boy took…and that right there is treason and you know what the penalty is for that…the Rosenbergs were hung for giving Russia state secrets…geez…oh, and the title of this one is from a Joe Walsh song…wanted to give credit where it’s due..

It’s the espionage act…
Well…now we know what the idiot trump is being investigated for and why the warrant for his tacky golf club…it’s the espionage act…three laws actually…18 usc 793, 2071, and 1519…three damn serious charges that should put him in jail for years…and the first one is a slam dunk since it covers the”willful or grossly negligent removal of information related to national defense…and finding boxes of this information unlocked in his damn golf club makes this an easy case to make…and the 2071 statute deals with the concealment or removal of documents and 1519 deals with the destruction of alteration or falsification of documents that are part of a federal investigation…and idiot boy has done them all…and let’s remember that Reality Winner took one page of this type of documents and is doing 5 years for that one page…so with the boxes and boxes found, trump could be looking at being in jail for the rest of his life…yay! Couldn’t happen to a bigger asshole….geez…now just indict the prick already and let’s see a perp walk….now!

Well…damn, I can’t wait for 3 pm and the release of the search warrant and supporting materials for the idiot trump’s tacky golf club…so far, idiot boy hasn’t sued to stop the release and I’m not sure how that would work…I mean, did John Gotti get to sue to stop the release of any of the warrants used to search his house? I think there really can only be two reasons the idiot stole 25 boxes of classified material…the first is to make money off it since he is the most amoral, venal person in the US who only saw profit for him when he was installed as president…or, he was going to use them to trade to get him out of any indictment that he knows is coming…why else do you steal nuclear secrets? He can’t even pronounce the word nuclear correctly and I’m sure he didn’t read any of them since it’s been well reported that he doesn’t read…and the big problem here is two fold…he had some of country’s biggest secrets stored in an unlocked closet in his spy riddled club and I’m sure that every damn one of them has already been photographed by those spies and he doesn’t understand that is enough to make them essentially worthless now…but that isn’t the point…the point is that doing what he did is a felony for every page that he took and he finally is going to pay for this bullshit and I hope for his whole damn life…I’ll be back to comment here after I see the documents….more later…
Merrick Garland’s mic drop moment…
Well…if you saw or read the news since the serving of the warrant on the idiot trump’s tacky golf course, the right has been going on and on and on if the search warrant was legal, why doesn’t the DOJ release it and the list of things seized…they must be covering something up…so today, Merrick Garland gave a press conference saying that he has petitioned a judge to allow him to release the warrant that will list all of the laws that were broken and the things that were to be seized…and he has given idiot boy til tomorrow at 3 pm to file a motion with the judge why it shouldn’t be or it will be released…something that trump could have done himself since he has copies of both but he knows that he will really look like a criminal if it is. All I can say is well played, Garland…he is calling all of the bullshit that has come out of the right since the warrant was executed…so what do you say now, fox news? I may have been wrong about Garland and my bitching that he and the doj were not doing enough to hold the criminal trump accountable…and I will say it…I was wrong…Garland is doing exactly what the doj should always do…following the evidence wherever it leads no matter who it leads to…good job….

Well…normally, when you hear 440 fifths you think that someone is going to have a hell of a party or there was a booze hijacking somewhere…but no, that’s not what this is about…that is how many times the idiot trump took the fifth in a deposition yesterday on his fraudulent activity where he inflated the worth of his properties to get loans and the deflated them when it came time to pay taxes on the property….this is a common activity that idiot boy has engaged in since his daddy gifted him with 400 million dollars when he died…now, I’m the first person to say that using your constitutional rights is the right of any American and in a criminal court, it can’t be construed to mean the person is guilty….but, in a civil court, taking the fifth can be highlighted as the person having a “consciousness of guilt” that can be used against them…so I guess his lawyers thought it was better to plead the fifth than to expose him to perjury charges since idiot boy lies as much as he breathes….and that put’s him in the lead of time the fifth was taken as the investigation of his companies continues…doubling the number of times his kids did it….so, I hope James does bring another civil suit against this criminal asshole and finally puts him away…it’s race to see who does it and my money is on the prosecutor in Georgia investigating voter fraud there…someone get him…geez…

Well….guess who won’t talk to the prosecutors in one of the NY cases against him? Yep, the big orange satan has taken the fifth for every question he’s been asked today…never mind that he has a famous quote that says “only criminals take the fifth”…and he’s justifying it by saying the investigation is corrupt and everyone is out to get him…damn, that sounds just like a mob boss and guess who never had to take the fifth….Hillary, Obama, Fauci, and every other dem that the repubs have lied about for the past twenty years….and I know the idiot thinks that taking the fifth negates all of the evidence against him and it’s just like a get out of jail free card…but it’s just one tiny bit of evidence against him and you can be sure prosecutors have enough to convict him with all of the financial records from his banks, accounting firm, and insurance company….but none of this matters to his cult…as they are out there already saying the FBI planted evidence against him when they raided his tacky golf club in Florida and will say that he is a “tough guy” for taking the fifth and will swallow his lies and love it…but the court of public opinion is not where he is going to be tried…and PR doesn’t work in court….tick tock trump…lock him up….geez…

Well…I’m not sure that the maga folks know that the arguments that raiding trump’s golf club was “the first time ever that a president’s home had been raided” with breathless repetition are such good ones when you sit back and think about it for a minute…let’s turn that around a bit using the same “it’s the first time ever” as a descriptor of the idiot boy’s criminality….ooo, let’s start with taxes…it’s the first time ever that a presidential candidate lied about this tax returns being under “audit” and kept them secret from the public…here’s another one…it’s the first time ever that a president was under criminal investigation in more than one jurisdiction in the history of the country…see how this works? It’s the first time ever that a president was impeached twice in his first term…it’s the first time ever that a president conspired with a foreign power to throw the election to him…it’s the first time ever that a president led an insurrection against the constitution he has sworn to protect…it’s the first time ever that a president ignored a pandemic that killed and extra half million Americans from his inaction….I guess I could keep this up all day…oh, and let’s not forget why the FBI raided his house yesterday…idiot boy walked off with 15 boxes of highly classified papers and would not return them in direct violation of at least three felony statutes….and I’ll bet they will find he was trying to sell some of them to enemies of the US, he is just that amoral and venal…hey, maga assholes…want to play this “first time ever” game some more…no, I didn’t think so…cretins…
Isn’t threatening the AG obstruction?
Well…we all know that the repubs are not too bright but Kevin McCarthy went over the top when he actually threatened Merrick Garland by name that he will be investigated for the raid on trump if the repubs take back the house in the fall…to me, this looks like trying to derail an active investigation into the criminal trump and that is obstruction of justice…it’s not free speech that is protected by the 1st amendment that they go on and on about…imagine if a mob boss made this same threat against the Ag of the US in an active criminal investigation…he would be sitting in a jail cell right now after being charged…and don’t give me the bullshit that this is a political investigation…there had to be probable cause for the warrant to be issued that a reasonable person would look at the evidence and conclude that a crime had been committed….and Merrick Garland had to sign off on that warrant and the evidence presented along with a judge and the FBI director…all trump appointees by the way….all of this is just projection on the repubs part since they know that the Benghazi hearings and investigations were purely political and found no wrongdoing by Hillary…but that didn’t stop them from doing at least 8 investigations…and McCarthy was on record saying they were specifically to hurt Hillary’s election chances…let’s remember one other important part of the law that idiot boy has broken…if convicted, trump is barred from ever holding office again…something that needs to happen to protect this country…geez…

Well…I wonder how much evidence the feds have of the idiot trump’s crimes to be able to get a judge to sign off on a warrant to raid his tacky golf club in Florida? That just happened a little while ago…a no knock raid by the FBI who broke into idiot boy’s safe and everything…okay, I can’t stop laughing…and idiot boy is out there on his twitter clone whining his ass off that he is being persecuted and the Russia investigation and the two impeachments were all a hoax and he is the most persecuted person in the history of the country…blah, blah, blah….the feds must be getting close and I am curious which of his hundreds of crimes this is about? That should come out in a couple of days and I am going to smile all that time as I wait…ha,ha,ha…..about time…
Now what are they going to run on?
Well…the plan for the repubs for this fall’s election was to hammer the dems on inflation and gas prices…blaming Biden for all of it when inflation is world wide and high gas prices are a result of price gouging by the oil companies. But, guess what? With reports out this morning, the expectations for inflation to moderate back to pre pandemic values by early next year and gas prices have been falling for 60 days in a row now and are under 4 bucks a gallon out here…so now what are the repubs going to run on? Making sure diabetics have to pay thousands for insulin instead of the 35 dollars a month cap that the dems wanted? Or gutting Medicare and Social Security like ole Ron Johnson the senator from Wisconsin has just publicly stated and that is the holy grail of shredding the social safety net that the repubs want….I guess they can run on being against everything that the dems want but most of it is pretty popular so that probably won’t work….more guns on the street? 80% of the country doesn’t want that…outlawing abortion in the states? 70% of the US doesn’t want that so that won’t work…look, they have nothing but hatred to run on in this election and I think the US is getting tired of that bullshit…so maybe this could be a good election for us especially after getting the inflation act passed…once people know what is in it, they will love it…and not one repub voted for it…but that hasn’t stopped them from lying and taking credit for it and the good things it will do….it’s what they do every time…geez….
