Well….trying to get moving today and it is harder than expected….feel pretty crappy and have no energy right now…and my brain is not working at all…didn’t get anything done yesterday and I’m not sure if I’ll do better today…I am going to work out and get a bike ride in this morning before the storms come….it is already 65 out there and I want to take advantage of that….then tomorrow the temp crashes for a couple of days…I do want to get the summer tires on the car this week but that won’t happen until wed….my legs are sore today and they probably will be tomorrow….and I still have that bug…or the allergies are starting up way too early this year…..more later….

Well…just can’t bring myself to write about the idiot trump today so I think I’ll do something else…..it is just such a nice day today that I went out on the bike in a t-shirt today and got a long ride in..did have some pain in the legs while I was riding but that is normal after being off the bike for a while…and there is a new art project with pool noodles going on out on the trail…but most of them disappeared today just leaving one red one left…can’t wait to see if they come back tomorrow….other than that, not much going on out on the trail lately….didn’t do much today other than the ride and this…my lungs are still plugged up but I think the ride made them better today….and no dizzyness on the bike so that makes me feel better…felt really strange on the bike yesterday and I was a little concerned that it was going to continue….okay…more racing is on so I’m going to watch that….probably not more later….

Well…running a little late today and I can’t seem to get going…waiting for Man U to start and F1 is keeping me entertained until then….still feel the bug today and have been coughing again this morning…could really feel it on the bike yesterday and I’m pretty sure it will be the same today…was really sore from the ride yesterday and I can still feel it today…I did remember to take ibuprofen yesterday and I need to do that today since it made the ride much more pleasant….I did get some work done around here and I should clean the bathroom but I’m not sure about that….okay….need more coffee and to shut my brain off so  that’s what I’m going to do…more later….

Well…still feeling the bug that I’ve had for two weeks now and the cough is getting really annoying….but, I did get out on the bike yesterday so that is something…no pool with Tom’s power still being out so I didn’t win or lose….was a little dizzy on the bike yesterday and I know it’s from not eating enough but I just don’t feel like eating lately….might have to have some ham and eggs for breakfast….but probably won’t….I do have some work to do around here this morning but I don’t feel like it right now….need more coffee before I do anything….I do have to remember to take some ibuprofen before I get on the bike today to try to keep my hands from cramping….and I do have to clean some today, too…but that will be later…..more later….

Well…running late this morning and I just can’t get going…feel pretty crappy today and it feels like a cold…have been coughing all morning and I feel warm…and this has been going on for over a week now and I am getting really tired of it….the huge storm we were supposed to get kind of fizzled out yesterday but I did have snow on the car in the morning and it rained all day…didn’t get out on the bike with how hard the wind was blowing and I’m not sure if I’ll get out today…don’t think it will be warm enough before I head out to pool later….and I can’t get warm this morning so I don’t want to go out and get really cold…I am going to wash the car so I’ll have quarters for pool, though….more later….

Well…woke up this morning, got yourself a gun….nope, ha, ha…but the Sopranos theme has been running through my head for some reason today…and my car had 3 inches of snow on it when I went out for the grocery run today and that was a little depressing…but it is going to be 70 Sunday so I guess I can live with it…still have that damn bug that left me coughing all night last night but I don’t feel too bad so maybe I’m getting better…but, there will be no bike ride today and that will be three days in a row….hope to get out tomorrow and start burning some calories again….just don’t feel right without exercise….I did get a huge ham that I am going to cook today…just couldn’t pass it up at 99 cents a pound….don’t have a lot to do today but I think I’ll try to clean the bathroom….more later….

Well…had a pretty nice day yesterday with getting out to see T for a while…but, I didn’t get a bike ride in and today looks the same…we are supposed to get 3-5 inches of snow in the next day or so but it is going to start as rain all day today…almost an inch is expected so I’ll just work around here today….still feel a little slow today but I slept a little and had some dreams so that was cool….I was going to put the top down on the car yesterday but I have it sealed so it doesn’t leak and I didn’t want to disturb that…oh, and I did make a little cash yesterday so I have money for groceries for two weeks on hand….okay…need to have more coffee and get the day started so I’ll end here….more later…

Well…running a little late today…stayed up late to watch the basketball game and then couldn’t get to sleep until after 2….and the rest of the night was pretty fitful so I am feeling it today….and I still have that overall soreness that has me creaking….did get a nice bike ride in yesterday but it looks like it will be raining all day today so it will just be a workout day today….and will probably clean a little today…I did get some work done yesterday but I don’t think I have anything to do today…might meet up with T for a couple later but, with her schedule, that’s only in pencil at this point….haven’t seen her for quite a while….I may even make some cash today so there will be groceries later in the week….more later…..

Well…running a little late today…I think I’m late…not sure…slept on my right shoulder last night and now that hurts…to go along with all the rest of the hurts…having problems with my back, too….feel a little off kilter….didn’t get a lot done yesterday with my problems with motivation…I did make some cash so I can buy groceries this week and I am going to get a ham that will feed me for a week or so….it looks like I will be riding between the raindrops today and it is too cold to get wet so I’ll have to pay attention to the radar before I go….and it looks like rain all week so putting the summer tires back on the car will have to wait til next week…..not going to do a lot today…..other than clean…more later….

Well…still feel pretty crappy this afternoon and I think I’ll take it easy other than doing this…and I won’t do any trump today so this one will probably be pretty short…just read that M-6 is going to be shut down completely for 6 months to repair the crappy concrete…and that going to be a pain since I use it every couple of weeks….okay…this one is like pulling teeth so I am going to stop here and turn the race on…..
