Well…it was a good day yesterday with having a nice, long HH with T on the eve of her going back to work…great conversations and lots of laughs…made my day…slept okay last night but had the lost car dreams again last night where something was just preventing me from remembering where I parked it….that one has happened quite a bit over the past month or so…I guess I’ll have to write it down when I park in my dreams….didn’t get much done yesterday and today looks much the same but I am going to make the rest of the pork shoulder that I had in the freezer…the upper back pain seems to be easing but I am still curious how I hurt it in the first place….need to avoid doing that again but how to do that if I don’t remember? I did make a mistake in yesterday’s post…I’m coming up on 2,000 miles on the bike, not 1,900, so there are only 400 left to go to get to 25K….not much to do today…just cooking and cleaning…I did have to order a new Roku since they have stopped supporting mine and I can’t load any channels anymore…I did get a nice one for only 55 bucks delivered so I guess I can live with it….more later…

Well…it hasn’t been too weird on the trail lately so whenever anything out of the ordinary happens, I think I need to use it for a topic since i am a little bored with politics lately. Today, when I was on the sidewalk heading to the little park at the end of Hanna Lake on 60th street…I saw probably the worst deer accident that I have ever seen outside of the e-way….this small deer was smeared over the pavement for almost 50 feet and the only thing you could recognize were the hooves…whoever hit this thing must have been moving pretty fast or it was a semi or something like that….but, the car parts that were left behind were not semi parts so I guess it was just a car…there was a side mirror lying on the sidewalk along with glass fragments and other sundry pieces….not sure how they drove away from that one….if it was the Miata, it would probably be totaled…and I’d be dead….yow….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done…didn’t have much to do so I guess that worked out…slept crappy again last night and I think it may have something to do with the upper back pain I have had the past few days…it doesn’t hurt that bad but it is stiff and annoying…didn’t bother me on the bike yesterday and it will be the same today…I hope…but, there has been pain all over the past few days so I’m not sure what that is about…I’ve had shin splints and cramps in my calves that are really annoying…so, there will be ibuprofen in the near future….getting close to my goal and will get over 1900 miles today leaving me with only 500 to do….it’s looking like the first part of November to get there unless I start to do a few doubles soon…not sure I want to do that, though….I’m sore enough as it is…not much to do today…going to meet up with T for HH since she is going back to work tomorrow and I probably won’t see her for a while…but that is about it….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and a i got some stuff done so that was unusual…slept okay last night but I think I have some kind of a bug today since I am just so darn tired I just want to go back to bed…and I’m coughing again, too, so maybe that’s the reason….had a weird dream with James Franco in it for some reason and that is right up there at the top of the strange scale…I am still sore all over my back and I can’t figure out what that is about…I usually hurt in my lower back but this time I’m stiff and sore above that…makes it hard to turn and I wonder how hard that is going to make the workout and bike ride today…I did get the bathroom done yesterday and it really needed it…so, two days in a row getting things done is a pretty good record for me….not much to do today…I may have to take it a little easy until I can figure out my back problems and I do have to wait for the temp to come up again to get on the bike…and, I will come back for another one of these that won’t be about Hammond B-3′s….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I finally got some things done around here…my kitchen is cleaned and today will be the bathroom’s turn…slept okay last night but feel a little slow this morning and I’m not sure why…it might be the antihistamine I took to try to unplug my sinuses…who knows? I am still sore everywhere and I am wondering if it is the weather change we’ve had the past few days…it is only in the 40′s right now so it looks like another wait to get on the bike today…but, it is going to warm up this week and I am happy that the cold is going to stay away for a while….not much to do today…still have leftovers to eat so no cooking and the Lions start today but late so that will be something…more later…

Well…as you know, I’ve been doing this thing where, when I listen to music, I try to see if the band plays a Hammond B-3 organ…not sure why I started this but it has become a little bit of an obsession…so the count goes up today….Buddy Guy, CSN, Lynrd Skynrd, and Donald Fagen….more to come….

Well…sitting here watching the Chelsea/Everton match and I am smiling a little since Everton is up 2-0 in the first 30 minutes…not sure why I hate Chelsea so much but I do…it was an okay day yesterday but a busy one with errands and pool…which I won and that was cool…slept okay but had to get up early since I did need to hit the grocery store before the match and that started at 7:30…and, I am waiting for the temp to come up for the first time since April so I can get on the bike…it is only 46 and I need it to be at least 55 to go out in a t-shirt…so, it looks like I’ll watch the whole match while I’m waiting…I do need to get some cleaning done today with both the bathroom and the kitchen needing work….don’t need to cook today so that will make it a little easier to get some work done….not much to do today…Michigan and Man U play at the same time so the remote is going to get a workout and then Sate later…a full day of sports today…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I did get a few things done…the car is finally cleaned after the run to Mt. P Monday and that is cool….slept okay last night and woke up sore again so I’ve already taken something for it….that is getting old but the tendons in both elbows hurt like crazy today and I’m not sure what that is about…I did have to take a run out in the dark last night and I still love my new headlights…I haven’t been out in the dark in months and it was pretty cool going out with the top down….didn’t get any cleaning done yesterday and won’t today with the busy day that I have going today…but, cleaning is a weekend thing anyway and I’ll get it all done tomorrow or Sunday….I did get 1900 miles for the year yesterday and that makes it 500 miles until 25,000…hope to get there by the end of October…..not much to do today…nope, that’s not true…have two errands and pool this aft so I will be in the car starting at 10:30….but I will make some cash so that is cool…more later…
