Well…if you’ve read the news out of Wisconsin over the past year, you would have seen the idiot walker and the double idiot trump wielding their golden shovels at a groundbreaking for a manufacturing plant for Foxconn, a Chinese company whose previous claim to fame is that they make most of Apple’s I-phones and the working conditions at it’s plants are so terrible that they had to put up anti-suicide nets to keep their workers from throwing themselves off the roof. trump has been touting the plant as evidence of his dealmaking prowess and this has been joined by the repubs in Wisconsin who gave Foxconn over 3 billion dollars to buy their plant for them but guess what? As of yesterday, Foxconn has said nevermind…they are not going to build a plant or hire the 15,000 people they promised….it was all just a scam and one that Foxconn has pulled in multiple locations across the world and in the US. I wonder how the idiot trump is going to spin this one? The people of Wisconsin are already on the hook for site improvements like roads, sewers, and electricity to the site and there are hundreds of families who had their property seized for this debacle who can’t go back to the nice little small town that is no longer there….and the repubs still don’t give a damn…they specifically set the whole deal up with walker and his cronies so there would be no consequences to Foxconn or anyone else involved in the “project” if it failed…they won’t fund the schools there since they claim poverty but they have hundreds of millions to invest in this scam…this is normal repub bullshit folks and they all need to go…impeach…

I should be dancing…
Well….with the results trickling in, it appears that the dems had a pretty good night last night with taking back control of the House and Whitmer winning the governor’s race here in Michigan, I should be dancing but I’m not sure why I still feel a sense of unease about the election…part of that is the fact the the repubs gained a couple of senate seats even though the dems got 10 million more votes across the country. That is a direct result of the repubs rigging the election and that will continue until we take back the senate in 2020…an election I may not even see. Yep, kind of depressed this morning and I don’t know why…I should be dancing at the fact that Scott Walker lost in Wisconsin…I should be dancing that Dana Rohrbacher, Putin’s buddy in the house, lost and will be gone….I should be dancing that the notorious vote suppressor and racist Kris Kobach lost in Kansas…and I should be dancing that all three proposals passed here in Michigan and the 2020 re-districting will be fair and out of reach of the repub gerrymanders that have allowed them to win this state with much less of the vote than the dems got in every election since 2010. I think part of my sadness this morning is that many right wing repub assholes still got elected even though they are under indictment or investigation for things that any dem would have resigned over but the repubs treat as a badge of honor….oh, well…at least there will be no more repub nonsense here in Michigan and look forward to taking both the state senate and house when the fair maps are used in 2020…then the state can move forward again…I can hope anyway…
Why not just give people the money?
Well…you’ve heard me talk about the stupidity of states bidding for manufacturing plants with tax breaks that cost more than the state will ever get back…now there is another one that was just announced…that Foxconn, the Chinese electronics manufacturer has just announced they are going to build a plant in Wisconsin and trump and walker are crowing that it is repub policies that got the plant to locate in Wisconsin. Yeah…I’d like to differ with that…Wisconsin is on the hook for over a billion dollars to bribe Foxconn to locate there…and as I’ve said many times before, why not just give people the money? With that tax break, each job is going to cost Wisconsin taxpayers from a half to a million dollars each…yep, you heard it right…walker and his cronies just paid Foxconn almost a million dollars each for each job…I wonder how many small businesses that are owned by Americans could have been helped by that billion dollars? You also have to look at Foxconn as a company…they are widely reviled as the worst company in China and even have anti-suicide clauses in the contracts of their executives…yep, you heard that right…the conditions at Foxconn’s Chinese factories are so bad that they have to give bonuses to keep people from killing themselves and have installed suicide nets at their factories to catch the workers that jump off the roof trying to kill themselves to escape the horrendous conditions there. Okay, now I get why the repubs just love Foxconn…they hate workers just as much as the Chinese do and find them to be disposable….can the repubs get any worse? Impeach….
Are you surprised?
Well…with all of the evidence that the repubs economic plans of tax cuts for business and the rich do not work to create economic growth, are you surprised that another state has weighed in and it is not pretty…for workers, that is…for the rich it’s great. The latest analysis centers on Wisconsin and the tax cuts that the idiot Walker said would magically create jobs even though they have never worked anywhere else. But, that’s not the worst part of the whole scheme….these idiots missed the projections on what the tax cuts were going to cost the state and now they are more than doubled to almost 300 million dollars a year….and these cuts were a direct transfer to the rich with people with incomes of over a million dollars a year getting almost 80% of the cuts…a direct lie from ole Scotty who said the “middle class” would benefit. Where did the money for these cuts come from….hmmm…it seems like it just matches the amount of money they cut out of the University of Wisconsin system…after all, there are no repubs who want educated people…it makes them much harder to lie to. After the wreckage of Kansas and now the unfolding one in Wisconsin…and in every other state run by repubs that are in dire fiscal states, shouldn’t we be able to bury this tax cut nonsense once and for all? Probably not…since there are so many people driven by hate in this country….and they are all on the repubs side…geez…

Well…just had this bit of wonderful news come over my Twitter feed…ole Scott Walker is dropping out of the race for the repubs…yep, I’ll bet that bit of news put a smile on your face, too…that this smarmy little cretin even was considered a front runner a few months back made my skin crawl as his only claim to fame was the destruction of Wisconsin’s economy while his cronies stole everything that was not nailed down. Now that the Koch’s have lost their golden boy, what o what are they going to do now? Who are they going to get to try to outlaw unions, to hate on women, and to continue to lower their taxes? I would have really liked to see this idiot go up against either Hillary or Bernie in a debate…since he has shown throughout his creepy career that he can’t think on his feet, either one of the dems or even Joe Biden would have demolished him. Well…as much as I hate the smarmy Scott Walker, I hate him even more today as he told an audience yesterday what he will do to labor when he is elected president…if you hate unions and the great things they have done to lift workers into the middle class..you are going to just love this idiots plan to make the entire US into a right to work country, to take the right to organize and bargain for pay and benefits from all federal workers, and make it almost impossible for unions to stay certified….yep…we now hear the Koch brothers coming through loud and clear with this crap…my question to ole Scotty is: Why do you hate US workers so much? All this coming from a guy who has never held a real job in his life..since his early 20′s, ole Scotty has been in government of some form…never once having to actually work for a living like union members do…how anyone can listen to this idiot talk about destroying the middle class and still vote for him? I know, they have the rubes snowed somehow so they just keep voting against their own interests….I am just glad this moron will never be president…geez…
Scott Walker is still an idiot…
Well…I know, this is like shooting fish in a barrel but I just have to do it after ole Scotty’s latest bit of genius…in case you haven’t heard, ole Scotty was trying to burnish his immigration credentials the other day and came up with just the greatest comment…he thinks that we should consider building a wall on our border with Canada…yep, a 5,500 mile wall with our northern neighbor to do what? Keep out the Canadians? Why the hell would they want to come here? Especially into Wisconsin? I am, as always, amazed at how stupid this guy is…and we’ve all seen that he can’t answer any question on the fly…and the only reason he got re-elected is that the Wisconsin media is in the tank for the repubs there and the Koch’s wallets were wide open…it is good to see that the latest polls in Iowa show him with only 8% of the votes there…I think once he gets the national media attention that is coming, he is going to implode just like sister Sarah…where do the repubs find so many dumb people to run? In my day, this guy would have been a dog catcher at best…what a maroon….geez…
Scott Walker and foreign policy?
Well…yeah…I’ll bet you’re laughing just as much as I am with that title…for the transparent one, the guy that says his favorite foreign policy initiative is when Saint Ronnie fired the air traffic controllers…yeah, that’s right…and this idiot thinks that he can take on the world just because he and his cronies screwed the public sector unions in Wisconsin…the last time I looked, the unions in Wisconsin didn’t have an army or nukes….and, if I remember correctly, ole Scott snuck out the back door to avoid talking to anyone that was protesting his gutting of the unions….that’s some bravery right there. What is going to be different about idiot boy’s foreign policy? I’m sure he is just going to tick off the boxes that all of the other repubs have in the campaign…no Iran agreement, bomb Iran on the first day….yadda, yadda…..look, this guy can’t even talk unless it is from the script handed to him by the Kochs so why should anyone listen to him? Well…I have been thinking of what to write about this afternoon and have come up empty…Trump hasn’t said anything today and the rest of the idiots on the right are just doing the argle bargle that they normally do…Rubio came out and said he supports what BLM is trying to do but then said that the government has no role in fixing the disparity in policing that is felt by blacks in this country…trying to have it both ways much? Just another mealy mouthed nothing from the water boy…and we have Walker saying that he would appoint a Wisconsin education activist to his cabinet and the activist saying “no frickin way” he would serve in a Walker administration and he hasn’t even talked to the idiot in over two years….another lying lie from the liar who is trying to blur his hard right hatred for education and teachers on the back of dems who are actually trying to make things better….I can’t believe there is even going to be another repub debate in September…really, what’s the point? they all read from the same talking points and are interchangeable, so why listen? The first one was for entertainment value and to laugh at their incompetence…but, that wears thin after a while so I won’t be watching the next one…geez…
Short thoughts on the repubs…
Well….have had a bunch of stuff swirling around in my head about the repub candidates and how stupid they appear when they are on tv with seemingly no ability to do any response or think anything but the talking points they have been handed by their billionaires the day before. Starting with ole Scott Walker…his latest jaw dropper happened a couple of days ago where he said he would be ready to attack Iran on his inauguration day…that right there is enough to disqualify that idiot as is his assertion that he is not sure if gays are born gay…even though all of the studies have shown they are…that kind of ignorance is strike two…okay, let’s do strike three on this idiot…that his favorite foreign policy decision was ole Ronnie firing the air traffic controllers…what the hell that has to do with foreign policy, I don’t know….I think I’ll turn this into a series and take them one by one…JEB! is next tomorrow….
