Well….I’m sure I don’t like feeling sore all the time but I’m not sure what to do about it…forgot to take ibuprofen before the bike ride yesterday and that hurt me all day….the bike is getting weirder and weirder…the pedal arm started out with a little looseness but as the ride went on, it tightened up and the annoying little pop went away…yeah, not sure how that works, either, but we’ll see how that works out this morning….it looks like a busy day today with lots of stuff to do around here and then meeting up with T this aft for a couple…will make a little cash today so there will be groceries again but I really don’t need anything…have to start emptying out the freezer since it is full and I do like to have a little room in case there is venison….okay, need to do some work on the bike before I get out and I need more coffee so I’ll end here….more later….

Bye, bye first amendment….
Well….I wonder if you have been paying attention to the asinine, dangerous crap that has been spewing out of Trumps mouth for…okay, forever….and yesterday, in the aftermath of the bombing in NYC, he let another mouth fart go…blaming the first amendment for the bombing…yeah, I know, just reading about his torturous logic make my head hurt, too, but bear with me….his reason for blaming the first amendment is that magazines and newspapers have instructions for making bombs in them and he would arrest the people running the mags since they are “accomplices”….and any website that had anything he didn’t like…arrest them, too…even though it is illegal to do…this is what the repubs have given us…the first candidate who waves the constitution with one hand and the wants to shred it with the other….now, who else thinks this is disqualifying? Yeah, I know, it really doesn’t matter what Trump says…he is the first post truth, post knowledge candidate that over 40% of the country says they’ll vote for….I knew there were lots of stupid people in this country, but not this many…geez…
September 19th
Well…another Sunday, another wasted day and I’m not sure how I feel about that…and I feel pretty crappy today so I am having a hard time getting going….there were lots of sports on yesterday so I am going to blame my malaise on that….I am so tired of Man U being crappy so I think I’m going to give up on them for a while…I mean, losing to frickin Watford? Oh, well….and the new bolt for the pedal arm didn’t work so I don’t even want to get on the bike anymore….one cool thing…two actors on two shows that I like won emmys last night Rami Malek and Tatiana Maslany won for Mr. Robot and Orphan Black and that is really cool…not sure if it validates my liking the shows…but, I never need that anyway…..okay…I need more coffee and to get caught up on the news…more later….
Oh, my daughter turns 39 today….I still remember the day she was born….yep, I’m old….
September 18th
Well….didn’t get a damn thing done yesterday…that’s not really true…I did make a great pork loin…did a dry rub, wrapped it in foil, and cooked it at 275 for 5 1/2 hours…just the most tender thing I’ve ever made…and, I did get out and get a new bolt for the pedal arm on the bike with a lock washer under the head just to see it that will help….not sure what happened to make it continuously come loose and I hope this fixes it….not sure what I’m going to do today but watch the F1 race that is on right now and Man U who is stinking up the place and are behind at the half….I forgot the Lions are playing today, too so that will give me something to do later….okay, want to see the race so I’ll end here…more later…
The NRA can go to hell…
Well….just saw an add by the fricking NRA that basically says that if Hillary is elected, everyone is going to die by crininals since she will take away everyone’s guns….and that is just such a huge lie that it pisses me off….not once has Hillary or anyone else on the left said they are going to “take away people’s guns”…they do say that some sensible gun regulation is needed…like background checks that over 80% of the American people support and only the guns everywhere crazies are against. But, when did the truth ever matter to the right and the NRA? Never….I think the NRA should be labeled a terrorist organization since they and their guns everywhere crap is responsible for many more deaths in the US every year than all of the terrorists attacks that have ever happened on US soil….that is the definition of terror…geez…
September 17th
Well…it’s raining outside and that throws my whole schedule off for the day…oh, I did win at pool yesterday and that was cool..but the best part was getting out of here for a while….didn’t get anything else done so today will have to be different….I wanted to get the bike ride in before F1 qualifying comes on but I don’t want to go out in the rain so I guess it will have to be later…I did get a pork loin in the oven at about 6:45 and I am cooking it low and slow today….made a dry rub that it sat in all night and wrapped it in foil to try to keep the moisture in….we’ll see….I do need to get everything done before 3:30 since Michigan plays then and that will run into the State/ND game at 7, and there are races on in between so I will be busy with that…okay…need more coffee so I’m going back to the couch…..more later….

Well…just sitting here watching a documentary on James Brown and guess what I saw at the back of the stage…yep, a Hammond B-3…and it looked new since the clip was from the early 60′s….so, add another one to the B-3 count….
September 16th
Well….I wonder how I can be so busy when I have nothing to do…have been out to the grocery store again this morning…got a bunch of stuff really cheaply so I guess that makes it okay…and I need to get on the bike in the next 5 minutes to get back here to see F1 practice at 9:30 so this one may be short…I did get the car cleaned yesterday and that made me feel good but it’s supposed to rain later so it may have been futile cleaning it….I figured out the pain I’ve had in my chest the past couple of days…it was acid reflux….had a suspicion it was but heart problems were on my mind since all of my brothers had them at some time…but a zantac cleared it right up so that is a relief….and it wasn’t related to exertion so that was another clue….it’s pool day today but I don’t really have anything else to do so I won’t…more later….

Well…this one may rate as a trail weirdness but it’s not really weird….everyday, I ride through this huge debris field at the intersection of Hanna Lake and 60th street where Hanna Lake t’s into 60th….someone missed the stop sign at the end of the road and went over the sidewalk and into the swamp that is right next to it….the skid marks show that they tried to stop, but it didn’t work and they spun the car or truck onto the sidewalk, leaving many, many shards of plastic, glass and many other things that I can’t recognize. Usually, there are big enough parts that I can tell what model the car was that crashed…not here. I think this is number 8 or so over the past 8 years….just strange…maybe not even interesting…but it is to me…
Deplorables…
Well…unless you’ve been avoiding the news lately, you’ve heard about the controversy where Hillary called Trump’s supporters a “basket of deplorables” and with what we have seen since he started his campaign, the statement is mostly true. In it, she said that half of Trump’s supporters were deplorable for the violence and hatred they show…and being part of the “white supremacist” movement that wants the US reserved for just white people. But, I think I agree with what Keith Olbermann said on his webcast this morning that it is not true that half of Trump’s supporters are deplorable…it is 100% of Trump supporters that are deplorable. Anyone who could still follow and vote for any candidate who has said what Trump has said, is deplorable…and this deplorableness is highlighted at every Trump rally…just look the one in SC where one of his supporters sucker punched a 69 year old female protester….and at the same rally, another supporter grabbed and beat another protester inside the rally…and guess who got ejected…certainly not the violent Trump supporter…and this is the definition of deplorable….and it needs to be shouted that anyone who supports Trump IS deplorable….geez….
