Well…have been pouring over all of the media that I read every day trying to come up with a political topic with no luck at all…okay, a little luck when I read about a new poll that states the phrase “adults in the room” has started popping up in comment in the polls…and it has started to move the needle toward the dems since Joe Biden got the debt ceiling threat taken care of and the repubs had their shiny toy of the debt ceiling taken away…oh, and Fani Willis has expanded her investigation that most pundits are saying signals a possible RICO charge for the idiot boy…and that is a minimum of 20 years in prison with a conviction…oh, and there is some rep from Colorado named Buck who thinks that idiot boy being indicted for 34 crimes so far and losing the 5 million bucks in the civil suit and facing all the rest of the coming charges is going to be good for him since it shows that idiot boy is “tough”….man, what the hell are these guys drinking? Geez…

June 4th
Well…up a little before 6 this morning and have just spent almost 2 hours getting my emby guide re populated so I can use it today…and that made me too late to get a bike ride in before the F1 race at 9…I am just so damn worn out today and I’m not looking forward to all of the damn medical crap this week…might even take the day off the bike today but you know I won’t….there is a red flag warning for wildfires today with no rain, wind, and high temps for today….it looks like we are going to go another 10 days with no rain out here and that will get up to 50 days without any and I don’t think I’ve ever seen that in my long life….we’re into June without any storms at all? That is pretty darn strange….didn’t get much done yesterday and today looks the same with very little motivation going on with me…I know that half a pork chop, two spoonfuls of potato salad, and some asparagus is not enough to support two rides but without being able to taste anything, I just don’t care about eating anymore….not much to do today….just going to sit here for a while and have more coffee as I try to figure out what the day is going to look like….more later…
Almost forgot…
Well…darn, I almost forgot to come back here and do another one today…and there really isn’t any reason for it other than I’ve been bored…the tv service my son runs and where I get all my live tv has been down all day and that sucks since he isn’t talking to me…I did text him this morning but won’t hear back so I missed all the races today and will probably miss them tomorrow, too…sucks…I did get a few things done today…pulled the weeds in the lawn, did laundry, and made dinner of asparagus in the air fryer…it looks like I’m getting my bills again with getting the electric bill yesterday and a credit card bill today…so that takes a load off…I need to spend the day getting all of the paperwork done for my consults on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday…and I can’t wait for them to be over…my daughter sent me another care package today that had 2 Contego coffee cups, 2 instant pot cookbooks, 2 pairs of compression socks, and two huge, 100% cotton beach towels in it…they are selling the summer home and she said I’ll be getting lots more home stuff like sheets and bath towels over the next few weeks…I can use anything and I have room for it so why not?
June 3rd
Well…damn, emby is down this morning so there won’t be any races for me today and that sucks…and that means I really don’t have to hurry to get on the bike to be done before F1 qualifying….still so damn worn out that it is going to be a chore to do anything today…do I text my son and tell him? Not right now…I think I may take the day off tomorrow…the little widget at the bottom of the screen just flashed “record high” so it’s going to be a bad one today but we may get some rain this afternoon but I’m not holding my breath about that…had an okay day yesterday but I don’t think I ate enough but with not being able to taste anything, eating is not something that gives me any pleasure anymore…and that sucks….not too sore today but my right shoulder hurts from sleeping on it last night…nothing new but annoying….it is strange to be living in this old body and remembering what it was like to not be so damn old…I mean I’m never going to get better and it’s nothing but decline from this point forward….and that sucks…more later….
Hot, hot day…
Well..its been a hot, hot day today and even with running an errand this morning, I still got the rides in by 10 to beat the heat…but that’s all I did today except find a bigger container to put out for the animals…washed it and put it under the tree but also left the little one out…and you can guess which one they are using….they have ignored the big one since I put it out around noon and I thought at least the Bluejays would splash in it since some of them are too big to fit in the small one…but I’ll leave them both out there and see if they warm up to it….still haven’t put the ac unit in yet and slept okay last night and I didn’t even put the fan on me so that was nice…might have to tonight….
Joe gets it done…
Well…I’m still laughing at the “freedom caucus” repubs in the House who were willing to burn down the world economy thinking they had absolute power to control what bills come out of the House….but, as of yesterday, the senate passed the debt ceiling bill that the dems helped get out of the house and even with the bomb throwers all voting against it, Joe will be signing it into law…taking away all of the idiot’s power until 2025…and with that, I think Joe Biden’s is one of the most consequential in my lifetime and this is just his first term…if we all get out to vote in 24, we can keep the senate, take back the house, and then get on to governing for the people of this country, not just for the rich and corporations…we can expand SS and Medicare, we can restore the tax rates that taxed billionaires at 50%, and we can fix the corrupt Supreme Court…good goals to have and tell everyone about so they will understand the stakes…geez…
June 2nd
Well…I think I’ve hit a wall this morning after being on the bike for 30 miles a day for almost a month now…feel so worn out that I’m thinking of taking the day off today…I need to go out and run an errand this morning to get a new garden hose since one of mine now has 5 leaks in it and I am tired of getting wet using it…I did notice that a couple of bean plants have flowers on them but they are only 6 inches tall so the beans are going to be pretty small…everything is just stunted other than the radishes….it was damn hot yesterday and I did get a little color at the beach but that means my right foot is a little swollen and pink…so I need to keep it raised a bit…it is going to be hot again today and tomorrow but it looks like we may get some rain tomorrow and I’ll keep my fingers crossed for that…will probably go out and stand in it if it does….need to figure out what the second meal is going to be today..DD has stuff on sale that I want but I have no room in the freezer…I guess I should use some of the stuff in there first…not much to do today…just need to run the errand but I sure don’t feel like it right now…and I need to do the bike rides…crap, too much to do…at least it was cool enough to not put the AC unit in the window….more later…

Well…the idiot trump’s reason for taking all of the classified documents was that he declassified them in his mind and all he had to do was think “declassified” and they would be magically transformed…and that has been proven to be all lies with the reporting coming out of “The Guardian” that there are tapes of the idiot showing that he knew at least some of them were still classified and he knew there was a process for declassifying them but didn’t use it….and the document he talks about on this tape were top secret war plans about Iran that he showed to people who didn’t have any security clearance at all…and right there is another felony that is shown on this tape….I wonder when Jack Smith is going to get around to indicting this ass? Reports say that this investigation is coming to an end so I have my fingers crossed that it will happen soon…and let’s add another dozen or felonies to the 34 in NYC…and get him to trial by the end of the year…geez…
June 1st
Well…darn, I’m going to say something that I never thought I would…I think I’ve lost enough weight…yeah, my entire life has been focused on restricting calories but now, I think being in the 160′s is enough for now…down almost 40 pounds in the last year and now I need to have a new mindset….had a good day yesterday and don’t have a lot to do today…thinking about going to the beach to even out my color and veg a bit…it’s going to be 90+ for the next few days and that would be great if the lake was warm enough to swim but it’s still in the 50′s and that is way too cold…but it is June 1st so it will be getting there soon…I need to get a bigger pan to put water out for the animals out here since it hasn’t rained in almost a month and they empty the 2 quart one I have out there overnight….it’s a leftover day today but I am going to make potato salad this morning after the bike rides…I can start on the rides at any time since it is warm enough to go out in a t-shirt right now…got out of bed at 6:30 this morning and I may have slept a bit but sure don’t feel like it…not much to do today…just going to get on the bike by 7:30 so I can finish the second ride by 10 or so…man, I’m tired….more later….
