Well….damn…I think I have a cold…my head is plugged up and I feel like crap…we’ll see as the day goes on…slept okay last night and stayed in bed until almost 6 so that was cool…still tossed and turned a lot but slept on my right shoulder and it hurts like crazy this morning…okay…going to stop bitching right now…had an okay day yesterday with a good, long bike ride and it is cool that all the ice is gone and I got some sprints in finally…and I can’t wait to get out today with the ice fog outside…hope it’s not making the trails icy…didn’t get anything done yesterday other than a little cleaning and today will be the same….might have to figure out what to cook since I am getting bored with eggs and kielbasa although I made an omelet yesterday that was pretty good…and I may do another one of those today….but, not right now…I need coffee and and to watch the formula e race that’s on now…more later…
