Well…sitting here feeling as bad as I can remember in a long time…have no energy at all and I think that from what I’ve eaten the past 4 days with only a burger and a dog and a few chips for each day…so worn out that I gave up cooking my second meal today and that leaves me with only about 500 calories today and that is not going to help…darn….but the worst part is my question in the title: how the heck do you hurt yourself just swimming? My right shoulder, elbow and thumb are throbbing and my hips have joined in the action, too,…along with that, I got scorched just being out in the sun an hour and a half and that is not helping….so, it looks like I’m going to be forced to take the day off tomorrow if it rains….or if it doesn’t….I think I’ve hit the point that I need to do a rest day…okay, my back now hurts, too….and my thighs….I think I’ve used my body up finally and this sucks….darn….
