Well…still too cold to get out on the bike so I did make the run over to Meijers to pick up a couple of pork loins…got 9 pounds for only about 12 bucks and that makes it 1.33 a pound and that is a pretty good deal for how high pork has been lately…and I even got some apples for 79 cents a pound since I need to put more fruit and veggies into my diet…I may even pick up a couple more to stock the freezer when I do the big grocery run wed….now I need to figure out what to cook with them…maybe some stir fry? I am going to marinate some of one of them to have some chops tomorrow but I need to figure out how to keep them tender when I cook them….need to look for a political topic right now and will be back later for one of those….more later…
