Well…haven’t been out on any of the sites today so finding a topic has been a bit of a chore…and I still haven’t found my keys and that sucks…that means I’ll have to go out next week and have another one made for the car but I have spares for the door keys so that’s okay…was going to look if I may have dropped them in the yard but with the snow last night it will be a week or so before I can look for them…I did get a bike ride in this morning and I’m going to ride again today in a few minutes…and I think I’m done with food after having small chunk of ribs (3×5 inches) and I’ll probably have an orange for later this afternoon and that will keep me at about 400 calories for the day and 1K combined for two days….must have gained 5 pounds when I was off the bike even with keeping the cals under 800 for the three weeks and I can’t stand it…feel so fat that all the work I did over the past year is gone…I wonder why no one else has to do this to maintain their weight? I mean, I’m burning an extra 1200 calories and not taking anything in so why am I gaining weight? This just sucks and I need to get on the bike again in 10 minutes….oh, well…
