Well…damn, up at 5:42 this morning but laid back down til almost 7 and that has made me late getting here…have been grinding my teeth a lot lately and I’m not sure why that is happening…have to make a conscious decision to stop doing it and I really don’t want to think that hard right now…wasted the day with the rain yesterday but it was good to finally get some after almost two months of it being dry out here…and it looks like it may rain again tomorrow but only a 50% chance but I’ll take it if it does…have had cramps in my feet and pain in my Achilles the past day or so and I wonder if it has something to do with staying off the bike yesterday? Talked to my daughter yesterday and she is buying me a complete bed for the spare room so Tom, you don’t have to clean the frame you have up….I will have to clean up the spare bedroom for her to use when I have my surgery and that means getting the dropped ceiling down and fixing the overhead light and I should start on that soon…I need to get out on the bike here in a minute but it’s still only 52 out there and I’ve only had one cup of coffee so I’ll wait a few minutes and gulp another one….not much to do today…just the rides and figuring out the meals for the week…I am going to post some photos of the garden on Mastodon this morning to see if anyone can tell me what is what in the garden…going to have beans to pick in a couple of weeks so that is cool…more later…
