Well…haven’t looked outside yet but it was supposed to snow all night last night and I wonder if I’ll have to shovel today….looked at the radar and it appears that everything has moved off to the east but it’s still cold out here at 34 degrees…I did get my property tax bill yesterday and it’s almost a thousand dollars that is due in Feb…oh, well…don’t feel like I slept at all last night but I know I did and I need to get moving soon to get the two rides in before I get started making turkey soup today…took the carcasses out of the freezer last night to make it easier to fit them in the instant pot…I was thinking of using the food processor to chop the veggies but I like doing knife work so it will be knife and cutting board…I am going to use a red onion to add a little color to the soup since it’s the oldest onion and it needs to be used….I have only 35 minutes before I need to get on the bike but I am struggling to even think about it right now….not much to do today…just going to make soup and watch some soccer and let the day unfold…I am so tired of my compulsion to do and stay busy all day….I wonder when I get to just live and do nothing?
