Well…have had a bit of a busy day today that started with two bike rides and as soon as I finished them, I started on the turkey soup around 10 or so and had it done along with the clean up a little after 1…soup came out great and doing it in the instant pot is just so much easier than in a stock pot…made 3, 2 quart containers and put two of them in the freezer in the room that I made taking the carcasses out…so now I have a container of ham soup and two of turkey in there…and I’ll be taking the ham soup out as soon as I finish the soup in the fridge…the soup was so filling that it is going to be the only meal today…still have enough ham bones in there to make a batch of ham soup but I need to get more stuff out of the freezer first…not sure if I’m going to buy a ham for the holidays this year…I didn’t even keep the bone and leftovers from the last ham so I’m not sure if I need it…still looking for a political topic for today…
