Well…when I started to collect my earned SS benefits, I never thought I could live well on it…and I just got the latest statement and with the raise that starts this month, I’ll get over 30 grand this year and even with that little money, I’m putting away over 1K a month and if I don’t buy a new car, I’ll have well over 50 grand in cash in the bank by the end of the year…there has never been a time in my life when I’ve been this comfortable with money and not worried about affording even health problems or having to buy a new car…but, I am done with spending money after cancelling prime yesterday…not really anything else that I need…I guess it paid off that I was frugal my entire life…and still am…
