Well…made progress on the door frame today but it was all backward since I just couldn’t do it half assed like the previous owner…so today I pulled all of the trim off the frame so I could get to the backing lumber that was held together by just a couple of nails on the left side…so I cut a shim and drove some screws through the side trim and shims and that anchored the entire left side so the wall doesn’t move at all anymore…and the saw blades for both my circular and trim saws are so dull it took me minutes to just cut the shims so I’m picking up new ones at Menards on the grocery run tomorrow…then I’ll start re assembling the whole thing tomorrow but not before I try to get an outdoor ride in…the trails will still be ice covered so it will be a road ride…but it is supposed to rain, too so I may just wait it out…I did get the computer on the outdoor bike reset so it’s ready to go with just air in the tires left to do…man, I can wait to get outside for the first time this year…I am stopping at DD tomorrow to get some thin sliced turkey for 1.50 a pound and I have just enough room in the freezer for a few pounds…but I don’t need much at Meijers or Aldis so it will be a cheap week….a little more reading and then some tv…
