Well…feel like crap this morning and I really don’t know why that would be…probably from not eating enough so I’ll have to eat something before I do the run out to Ada…up at 3:40 but stayed in bed til 5:35 and I don’t know how long I can do that…just getting old I guess….my allergies are bad this morning and they are just going to get worse this month…ick…it really sucks that I made bean coffee this morning and can’t taste it at all…life is pretty boring when you can’t taste anything…need to get on the bike by 7am so that give me about a half hour to get going and that seems like a daunting task right now…but I will suck it up and get moving since that’s what I do…I probably could have left this place open overnight with the low being around 70 and I’m already sweating through everything…just had an inkling of pain on the bike yesterday but my legs hurt already just sitting here so the rides will be painful today…not much to do today…just the library run after the rides and then out to Ada…but that seems a lot of work right now…more later…
