Well…the second storm of the day is rolling through here and the lights just blinked and I don’t like that one bit…at least it’s still over 50 and the furnace hasn’t been on all day for the first time this year…I did get out on the outdoor bike in shorts today but it really wasn’t pleasant when I forgot that the temp is 10 degrees colder out at the lake…so I cut the water stop short and got to the north side of the dunes where it was warmer…the detour route isn’t bad but going the wrong way through the tunnel of trees is a little weird…my legs held up a lot better with just a little stiffness but my right thumb has been howling all day so I’ll hit it with some voltaren soon…can’t pass up protein at 85 cents a pound so I’ll be getting another ham tomorrow since the pork shoulder is no longer on sale…darn…and that means I only have to make mashed potatoes again and I’ll be eating for another week…okay, want to finish the book I’ve got going…
