Well…it was a long day yesterday but I won at pool so that was okay….with that long day, I feel a little crappy today and slow so this one will be short for now…not much else to report….today looks like a car cleaning day since I need to head up to Mt. P tomorrow…okay…I need more ice water and couch so that’s where I’m going..more later…

Okay…got the bike ride in and waxed the car so I feel much better and the brain is starting to show signs of life so I thought I’d come back and add to this one…haven’t had the tv on yet today and it is after noon so I feel good about that…but I did eat way to much salty foods yesterday and I look like a blow up doll…could hardly get my shoes on this morning…oh, well…ice water should help that and I’m on my 5th glass of the day already….there are many things to comment on later but I may have some lunch first…
