Well…running a little late this morning and I just can’t get started…still depressed about losing the house yesterday but I am only going to let that affect me a little while longer…need to move on and keep putting one foot in front of the other…slept okay last night and made it all the way til 7 in bed…woke up at 5 but didn’t get up til 7….was feeling like I was getting a bug yesterday and I still feel like I have a cold or something and usually get at least one every year so I’m not too surprised…don’t feel bad enough for it to be the flu or anything else so I guess I’ll just take come vitamin C and hope that helps…it could also be that I’m not eating enough with only one meal for the past three days in a row and I’m sure that 800 calories a day is not enough to feel good…didn’t get on the bike yesterday but I am going to do two laps of my 6 mile loop today since it’s already 33 out there and that’s warm enough to go….I do need to clean some today but that won’t be til later…I do need more coffee and to catch up on the news and I need to register to get the vaccine when it’s available…so that will give me something to do this morning….more later…

Well…who would have thought that being the worst person in the world would have some fallout? I was laughing yesterday when Deutsche Bank announced that they would no longer do any business with the idiot trump, his idiot kids, and the trump organization…so no bank for you? Deutsche bank was the last bank that would launder Russian money to give “loans” to trump and the idiot boy has over 300 million “loans” from them that he personally guaranteed and that are coming due year after next….and no damn way to pay them back. So, this on top of the hundred or so indictments that are waiting for him after the 20th is really going to drive him further over the edge…oh, and the PGA has removed the PGA championship from one of idiot boy’s tacky golf clubs after he incited his thugs to attack the capitol on the 6th…so chip by chip reality is intruding on the asshole in chief…and it couldn’t happen to a more rotten person….

Well…have been sitting here wallowing in self pity after just losing another house today and now I’m kicking myself in the butt for it….I feel somewhat ashamed when this is on the same day that my friend’s father died and I feel so bad for her….and I need to get off my ass and get back to work here…so, here goes….the news just came out a little while ago that there are going to be criminal charges against former governor Rick Snyder and some of his cronies for poisoning the water supply in Flint that led to lead poisoning and an outbreak of Legionairres disease that killed a bunch of people…and all that just because they just didn’t care and they thought Michigan should be run like a business by businessmen who do nothing but cut costs with no thought of the consequences to the people of a minority majority city. The really sick thing is they knew it was happening and kept it secret for months as the poison was spreading through the city…and they were warned that what they were going to do would be dangerous but, again, they didn’t care and would have kept doing it without the brave whistle blowing of a doctor who had seen the same thing in another state. I’m not sure what the charges are going to be but I hope there is at least one felony in there for all of them for the damage they have done to a generation of Flint’s residents…lead damage is more terrible for the young people and it can cause lifelong learning disabilities that Snyder didn’t care about…I hope he goes to jail….

Well…this really sucks…the house I wanted in Muskegon was sold this morning and now I don’t think I’ll find one in time to be out of here in March….man, I’m depressed….
January 12th
Well…feel pretty crappy this morning and I think I have a cold…darn…slept okay but I think I didn’t eat enough yesterday with only having a meal at lunch since I didn’t get on the bike…just couldn’t do the cold….I think I may have found a house but it’s out in Muskegon and I’m not sure how I feel about that….only 89K and it’s 2,000 sf with a garage big enough to hold two Miatas…small lot but only 2 miles to a cool bike trail that would take me out to Lake Michigan…and, I don’t see anyone around here anymore so leaving GR isn’t that big of a deal…so, I think I’m going to drive out to take a look at it today….after I do the grocery run so I might not get on the bike for a second day….and I may even offer less for it if I like it…has been on the market since November and they may take 85 for it…and that would make the payments only about 350 bucks a month….and I can swing that…I do need to not get my hopes up since houses always look better in the photos….didn’t get anything done yesterday and I think it’s from being depressed about my housing situation…just can’t get motivated to do anything right now….not much to do today…just going to look at the house and then take the rest of the day off….I am prepping myself for more disappointment….more later….
Nancy is not screwing around…
Well…I think it’s about time that we on the left started to grow spines and respond in kind to the crap coming out to the right…and I am happy to say Nancy Pelosi appears to have taken that idea to heart yesterday and today when she sent a letter to the house members letting them know she is asking Mike Pence to invoke the 25th amendment and remove trump from office, and if he doesn’t, she will bring the first article of impeachment to the floor of the house on Tuesday that specifically deals with idiot boys incitement of the attack on congress on the 6th of Jan that led to the deaths of 6 people. I’m sure Pence is going to do nothing since he couldn’t even be bothered to return Nancy’s calls on the 6th so the vote on the second impeachment of idiot boy is going to happen tomorrow. One little thing that was buried at the end of the letter was that she wanted to discuss the 14th amendment with her caucus and that should be sending chills down the spines of the repub traitors that went along with trump’s efforts to overthrow the election results since she specifically mentioned article three that deals with the expulsion of members who are part of the traitorous group that did it….last used to throw out supporters of the confederacy after the civil war…and that would be fitting since these repub assholes really are supporting people who took confederate flags into the houses of congress during the attack. I think every damn one of them need to go since they gave aid and support to internal enemies of the US by lying about “voter fraud” that does not exist and that includes both Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley in the senate who knew they were lying to the American people and were doing it just for personal gain…it is going to be interesting to see where this goes over the next few days…the idiot boy has proven he is the best at something…getting impeached for the second time in a term…never happened before….geez…
January 11th
Well…damn, running late again today and it’s just because I can’t get going…no motivation at all and I wonder why that would be…probably because I’m running out of time here and that is pretty depressing…there appears to be light at the end of the tunnel with my heel since I can put a little pressure on it this morning and the pain seems to have changed to more of a dull throb than the sharp, piercing stab that it was…but, it still hurts to walk and it appears that both feet hurt from all of the favoring I’ve been doing to my right…will probably take a while to get my gait back to normal…I did get a bike ride in yesterday and went pretty hard but I need to up the mileage…6-8 miles is just not enough…I may go over to take a look at the trail this morning and see if any of it is passable but it’s been so cold overnight that there hasn’t been much melting going on…and the bike lanes on the road are clear…for now…so I don’t have to think much when I’m riding and that’s the only way to clear my head on the bike…I think I’m begining to be a slug with not getting anything done for another day yesterday…I know it’s hard to walk or stand with the foot pain but I need to drag my ass up and get going today….at least to start packing for the move…going to try harder today with the improvement in my foot….but not right now…need more coffee and to tread the news first…my last little luxury and I’m not ready to give that up yet….more later….

Well…I just can’t believe the crap coming out of the mouths of those on the right today after the attack on this country last wed…they seem to be okay with it and most of them think we should just “move on” with no consequences at all for the planners of the coup attempt…and they seem to be more concerned with losing twitter followers than they are with the capitol being ransacked by this group of fools. I am at a loss to even understand how the most severe attack on our country is being taken with absolutely no outrage by the repubs in congress…they instead are outraged that Joe would call it a problem and call on them to condemn it…and some repub house members have even sent a letter to Biden asking him to stop the impeachment of the idiot trump that is going to start on Monday saying it would be too “divisive” and would tear the country apart…hey morons, that ship has frickin sailed with your gleeful support of trump and all of his crimes….and do you notice one other thing…the WH has not made a peep after the attack happened…not a damn word out of them which shows they instigated and support the attack and don’t really care that the majority of the country want trump gone…today…I say the hell with them all…every damn repub needs to go…especially Cruz and Hawley…and their 150 repub enablers in the House who tried to steal the election for trump….this whole mess is the result of the repubs letting trump off in his first impeachment and they know it…but they don’t care…and that’s why they have to go…geez…
January 10th
Well…running late this morning with not getting out of bed until almost 7 but I still feel a bit slow today and I think it’s from staying up late and not eating enough…but that’s becoming normal for me and I’m not sure if I like it or not…no luck on healing up the heel yet and that makes it two weeks I’ve been hobbling around and I fear that this is going to be a permanent fixture in my life….and I sure don’t like that…I did get a ride in yesterday and I hope to today, too, but it will have to wait again until the afternoon with the temp being too damn cold right now…didn’t get anything else done yesterday but I am going to get back to packing stuff up to get ready for the move in two months and I need to clean, too, but I need a lot more coffee before I even think about starting that…and I am a little depressed that I’m not getting any houses in my e-mail, didn’t get one yesterday and that is not good…will have to pull the trigger in the next week to prevent having to move into an apartment but that looks less and less possible….not much to do today…and that is true…I do need to sign up for the vaccine so I can get it as soon as it’s available but that will come in a little while…need coffee and more coffee right now just to stay awake…more later…
Twitter bans trump…ha,ha
Well…hey, Twitter finally banned trump permanently after letting him use their platform to spew lies and hate for 10 years….and that follows Facebook, Instagram, and others that have finally realized the damage that idiot boy had done to this country…my only question is “what took you so long?” He has been fomenting violence against this country since at least 2016 in direct contravention of the supposed rules that apply to us little people but I guess not to people who bring in money for these platforms. Acting like a 7 year old, trump tried to use other accounts like the official presidential account that were also shut down after about a minute and accounts of aides that were also shut down…and then idiot boy went ballistic and threw a screaming fit at whoever is left at the WH after the waves of resignations that flooded it this week. I am counting the days that I don’t have to write about this asshole any more and can start some positive stuff that Joe and the dems will be doing to help the people of this country that was blocked by the repubs…can’t wait…
