Well…running a little early today and it was another night of choppy sleep and getting up early…don’t feel too badly today, though, so I guess it wasn’t too bad…..and I was good again last night so that helps….it was an okay day yesterday but they had the water shut off here all day and that is annoying…and the wind was blowing over 20 all day so I skipped the bike ride to let my legs heal up a little…don’t think it did much good since they still hurt quite a bit today and I had cramps in my feet all night….and that is not really normal….probably should take some ibuprofen for it in a few minutes but I want to wait until just before the bike to help my hand cramps….and that won’t be until this aft since it won’t be warm enough until later….didn’t get much done yesterday but there is cleaning to be done today that I will get to…soccer is off for the week for the international break so that makes things a little more boring…but, F1 starts tomorrow and I need to figure out what channels it is going to be on this year….more later…

Well…running a little early today with not sleeping well and getting up early…and they are shutting the water off here for the day so that is a pain that I’ll have to deal with here in a few minutes…had an okay day yesterday and even had the top down on the car…and there is a reason for that that I’ll relate later….oh, and I won at pool….didn’t get anything else done but I will try to get some cleaning done today since I think I’ll skip the bike ride with not being able to shower after….and it is only 21 degrees outside so it will take forever for the temp to come up enough….and my back is acting up again so maybe it could use a rest….I do need to pay some bills today so that will keep me busy for all of 5 minutes….so there may be some vegging going on today….more later….

Well…have been up for a while already but I’m moving pretty slow so far….just poured the first cup of coffee so that isn’t working yet and I wish it was….slept okay last night but I think I’m sore from the bike ride yesterday…it was the first day of going hard and taking a long ride so that is to be expected….it was nice to get out in shorts but that will be the last time for the next two weeks…it is going to be cold and I’m not sure I can take much more of it….I need spring to come soon…it is even supposed to snow next weekend so I think I’ll leave the winter tires on the car for another week….didn’t get anything done yesterday and I am not motivated to do anything today….I think I’ll leave that for tomorrow and just veg today….more later….

Well….not sure where I’m running this morning…but, I did remember that it is Sunday…and that meant I had to go out and get the paper…and I read it already and it’s not even 8 yet…had an okay day yesterday and finally got out on the bike without a stocking hat…something I need to do again today but that won’t be until noon or so…may even be able to go out in shorts  if I wait….but that means I need to find something to do this morning…and the boredom is already bleeding in so there may be a little sense of urgency…nope, none at all….my right heel is finally healed for the first time this year and I have no pain when I walk and that is a relief…but, I have huge cramps in my hands when I’m on the bike and ibuprofen doesn’t help so I’m not sure what that is about….they kick in before I’m out a mile so that leaves 14 in pain…not much to do today….I should clean some and I might but I’m not sure when that will be….more later….

Well…running a little late today and it’s because I just can’t get started….Just poured the first cup of coffee and it hasn’t had enough time to work so I guess I’ll have to ease into it again today…I did just notice that my right heel doesn’t hurt any more and that is a good thing…but, it’s going to take a while to get my walk back to normal since it has been so long that I have been favoring it…and my allergies are flaring up already and that is not a good thing…oh, well…slept okay last night but I don’t think that’s helping today…feel pretty slow today…had an okay day yesterday but the weather is still too damn cold for me…I mean we are already more than halfway through March and we haven’t had a nice day yet….I am itching to get out on the bike in shorts and to not have to warm the car up to melt the frost off the glass…not much to do today…the 12 hours of Sebring is on this morning and then there is basketball on that will keep me from being too bored…Happy St. Patrick’s day…..more later…

Well…running a little late today with staying up to watch Michigan play…didn’t make it to the end of the game but just checked and Michigan won….so, I can continue to watch the tournament and not feel bad about it…had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get much done…again…but I did get the grocery run in and a nice ride on the bike so maybe that is something…but, it’s still too damn cold for it being the middle of March…I wonder when it’s going to warm up….looks like not until April….crap….still having a hard time figuring out what day it is when I get up…yesterday, I thought it was Sunday and all I had to do was to go out to get the paper…how I thought that, I don’t know….oh, well….I should clean the bathroom today but I may watch basketball again instead…who knows? Well…running a little late today…the computer did an update overnight and I had to restart chrome and all the tabs that I normally have open and that takes a while…slept okay last night and feel pretty good today with being good the past three nights…have had a little bug the past few days and I started the day today with feeling warm and with a little cough….but, I don’t feel too badly so I’ll just let it do it’s thing….did get a good bike ride in yesterday but I may take today off depending on the temp…I think it’s only…okay, just looked at the weather and it just may be warm enough to go out later today…probably after lunch….I did get out to see G for a couple yesterday…and I now remember that it’s not that much fun anymore…oh, well….I am a little excited with the NCAA tournament starting tonight with Michigan at ten so I won’t see all of that game….not much to to today….going to make a pork stir fry for lunch and I should clean the bathroom but, who knows?  More later….

Well…running early today with getting up too damn early and I am feeling it….slept crappy again with way too much tossing and turning all night and my stomach has been roiled up for the past couple of days…might have to take something for it this morning since the water is not working…have been trying to eat enough to keep up with riding every day but that is not going too well…maybe that’s the reason for the stomach problems? Didn’t get much done yesterday and I don’t hold out a lot of hope for more than that today….still can’t get motivated to do much but don’t have much to do so I guess that works out….not much to do today…with the cold, I may skip the bike ride today since yesterday was pure torture but that would mean taking tomorrow off, too, since it’s going to be colder than today….more later…

Oh, forgot to say happy Pi day!

Well…running a little early today and it’s just that I’m already a little bored…and my stomach is  a little wonky today that I really don’t understand…oh, well…slept okay last night…kinda….tossed and turned enough so that the extra pillows were across the room again…I’ll probably feel that later and have to get a little rest later this aft…and I do have to watch Man U play in the champions league later today….didn’t get a lot done yesterday with shooting pool…oh, and I won the week….but I will try to get some things done today…will have to wait to get out on the bike until after 11 since it is still too damn cold to go…froze my feet and hands yesterday so I have to be careful about the temp….more later….

Well…had another set of earbuds fail this morning so I decided to go out and buy a new set even though I do still have a working set but, they are like apple buds that just hang in your ears, and I just don’t like them…so, I went out and spent 20 bucks on a new set of Skull Candy Ink’d that are the same as my favorite ones that quit last week. And, since they break so often, I bought a three year replacement warranty for 4.99 that I’m sure I’ll be using before the term runs out…and I just love the way these buds sound…can’t figure out how they get such clear bass out of something so small…and, with being on the bike so much, why not have good sounding buds? Yeah, I am still trying to justify spending 25 bucks on them…I guess I could have bought cheaper ones but then who knows how they would sound? And, I’d probably just have to replace them after the bad sound bugged me enough…that’s enough…
