Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done…again…that’s starting to be a pattern and I’m sure I don’t like it…slept okay but no dreams again and that is not annoying but puzzling…still can’t get on the bike and the calorie reduction is sapping all of my energy but there really is nothing else to do…my back seems to have plateaued with some pain but not a lot so I guess I can live with it….just like the tendon pain that seems to move around my body at random….it is a bitch getting older…I am a little chagrined that T didn’t say goodbye before she left for the Bahamas but I’ll get over it….winter is here and it was cold cleaning the car in shorts this morning and the temp is only supposed to get into the teens tomorrow…I am glad I bought the battery booster so I don’t have to worry about the car starting…not much to do today…have an errand to run this morning but that is about it…and more coffee that I need right now…more later….

Well….it was a nothing day yesterday and I got nothing done…slept okay last night but had no dreams so that is a little disappointing…my back is a little better today but I am really grumpy since I haven’t been on the bike in a week…I do need to reset the computer on the bike to keep track of this years mileage….I have been successful in keeping the calorie intake down but that leaves my stomach a little hinky and irritated but I guess I’ll have to live with it…my back is a little better today and I have been wondering if it’s not my hip instead of my back…will have to think about that today…I did get to watch “The Hateful Eight” last night and I’m not sure if I liked it or not…kind of complicated and reminded me of “the Petrified Forest”…..not much to do today…going to watch soccer now and have more coffee but that is about it….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made some cash so there will be groceries this week…slept okay last night but no dreams to speak of so I won’t….with all of the sports on, I didn’t get anything done and today looks the same with Man U playing at 10 and then right into the Wings at 1….my back has been holding up so far but the twinges have started so it will get worse as the day goes on….I think I have a cold, too, so I won’t be doing a lot today…have been coughing this morning so there is something going on…just going to make tacos for lunch and then do a little cleaning….might just go out and ride the bike around the complex since the trails are covered with ice and snow…not much to do today….oh, I’ve already talked about what I’m going to do…so, going to go back to the couch and have more coffee…more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I didn’t get anything done…again….and today is going to much the same but I am going to make a little cash so that is cool…and lunch at Ming Ten so I won’t have to cook today….slept okay last night and had some weird dreams again that happened after I woke up…yeah…I was barely sleeping and there were dreams continuing and I don’t remember that happening before….it was an ugly night for sports last night with MSU and the Wings both being crushed so I have to hang my hope on Michigan today…I am looking forward to that game but will miss part of it since I will be out to lunch…I am going to do one on the new year starting later today but I don’t want to touch on that now….not much to do today….going to just veg until I need to head out and then it will be football the rest of the day….more later….

Well…needed to do one more to get to the goal for the month so I thought I’d get it done before the college playoffs start in a few minutes…it has been a year this year…lots of disappointments…lots of laughs…and a car that has gone another year without having to be repaired at all. I wonder why I’m still optimistic after more thousands of resumes out and no bite for more than 6 months…but what else do you do? The kids are all healthy and happy and that is pretty cool…and I’m going out to meet K for a couple in a little while to start the evening off…I am a little down since T is going to be gone on vacation for the next two weeks but she sure needs the recharge how hard she works…and I get new soap that she brings me from the Bahamas every year which is pretty cool….not sure what the new year will bring but at least I get another one and I get this weekend of football and movies and that, too makes me smile…so, we start this whole thing again tomorrow and we’ll see where it goes from here….

Well…running a little late this morning since Cheers and Jeers at Kos was longer than normal and I wanted to read it before I got to this…slept okay last night and had weird dreams that had my old, old Motorola flip phone and my new battery booster in it…yeah, and the rest of it was ever weirder but I don’t remember much of it….my back is a little better today and I think the ibuprofen worked to get some of the inflammation down in the muscles so I think I’ll keep that up today and see if I can get a pain free day….didn’t do much else yesterday but I did try to get a bike ride in and that didn’t work with the trail covered in ice and snow…and it looks like I won’t be able to get on it until next week unless I want to ride on the road and I don’t…not much to do today…it is going to be a sports day with the Wings and State playing later…I may even watch the early playoff game, too so it looks like a pretty veggie one for me…two more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got some things done for a change…the bathroom is now spider-free for the first time in weeks and I can see in the mirrors…it really wasn’t that bad but the shower did need a cleaning…slept okay last night and feel okay today…but my back is starting to make me angry…the day starts out okay and then the pain comes on as the day goes on…it is better than it was and one ibuprofen knocks most of the pain down so I guess I shouldn’t bitch too much….I am a little grumpy with not being able to get on the bike for the third day today but I may suit up and just go take a look to see how covered the trails are…not going to be warm enough to melt them for the next couple of days so I guess I won’t get to 3K miles for the year…only 35 miles short so that’s okay…not much to do today…going to clean some more and watch some soccer but that is about it….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and the huge storm that was supposed to paralyze the entire world ended up being a bust….not even any ice on the car this morning but there is a little snow and I am glad I put the snowies on the car…it looks like people forget how to plow just as they forget how to drive in the snow….huge piles of snow in the road and I was plowing it with the front bumper…but, even the worn out tires got me through with no problems…slept okay last night and feel okay today but a little cranky since I won’t be able to get out on the bike the rest of the week unless the snow melts today….didn’t get anything done yesterday and I should have with just hibernating around here but there is always today….not much to do today…need to clean the bathroom but that is about it….just need more coffee right now so that’s what I’ll do…more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I got a few things done…slept okay and feel okay today…my back is the same but there’s not a lot of pain right now and that is a good thing….I did have to get out and get supplies early today with the ice storm coming and now I’m ready to hibernate for the day…no bike ride since it is going to start raining/snowing in a minute and the wind is blowing way too hard to go out…..and there is soccer on in a while with Man U playing Chelsea at 12:30 and the Spurs on at 10….so, it looks like just a workout today after coffee….not much to do today…I am wondering where the spiders in the bathroom came from and they need to be removed today so that will be a project to work on…but that is about it…I am going to get a political one out later today but I have to find the topic first…more later…
