Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I won at pool so that was cool…and the ride out and back with the top down was fun….slept okay last night but no dreams but I am getting used to that…not sure why I’m not sore today since I have been for the past week or so…just haven’t been able to get comfortable on the bike and I’m not sure why…and the legs have been good and then flat alternating from day to day…going to do a hard ride today and see what the deal is…not sure if it is the fallout from the bug I had a few weeks back or what but I sure don’t like it….it looks like a nice day out there with no wind so it will be a good one to go hard….not much to do today…bought a 10 pound frozen mass of chicken that I have to let thaw so I can break it up and put it back in the freezer and then I’m going to grill some pork for lunch…I should clean since the spiders have invaded again but I’m not sure I have the motivation to do that…we’ll see…right now I need more coffee…more later…

Well…it’s be a long week of my site being down but I’m back and I hope  few of you who have been here since I started this will take one more chance and come back and take a look…..it has been a week where not doing this has left a big hole in my days and I have so much to say that I will be overloading for a few days…I do feel bad to not make the goal for the month but not being able to access the site is a pretty good excuse…I think my son is going to move it to a more stable server tomorrow…but, right now is cocktail time and I need to get back to work on that…but, I will be back with a full slate tomorrow…I have a lot to say so come back and see if it makes any sense….more later…and that feels damn good to say….

Well…haven’t done a trail one lately but today there was something that was just so cool I had to talk about it…sitting at my last water stop on the bench in the park today, looking out over the open field that is in front of it, there was a cloud of tiny little fighter jets that were hunting through the tall grass…well…actually they were scissor tail swallows that just look like tiny little fighter jets when they were twisting and turning in high g turns as they chased the bugs they were hunting….but, I think there was more than just feeding from some of them…one especially looked like it was just having fun….pulling up until he stalled but then still didn’t flap his wings…he just fell a few feet until he started to glide again….and he kept this up for a few minutes as I watched…just made my day to see this kind of stuff…nature is pretty cool when you pay attention….

Well…as you can see, I’m back up finally after being down since last thurs…the server’s CPU burned up and replacing all that stuff takes time…it was an okay day yesterday and I have to say I lost at pool…I do miss doing these…I was getting antsy when I knew I had things to say and nowhere to say them….but I did lose one about JEB! that I am going to have to try to recreate…I thin it was about Medicare…maybe I’ll do that one after I finish this one…it has been an okay weekend so far but a little too warm for me…I am still having problems with my legs on the bike but I think it’s from not eating enough so I have been trying to fix that all day…with no luck…maybe I’ll get on with the JEB! one…more later…

Well…as you can see, my site has been down for the past day and it has been really, really hard waiting for them to fix the server where it resides…but I’m back now ans I hope that some of you will make the effort to come back and read some of this stuff…it was an okay day yesterday but the server was down then, too…okay, enough of that….I did get a few things done and even got out to lie in the sun for a while and I am even making some progress on erasing the biker’s tan…still not there yet but I scorched myself today so maybe tomorrow it will be better…man, I missed this….it would have been my older brother Dave’s birthday today and I do think of him sometimes….it is funny that in a family of 9 kids 4 of us were born in July…and two of us on the same day but 13 years apart…weird….hmmm…can’t do the “not much to do today” thing today since the day is almost over and it is quickly racing up on cocktail time…okay…going to end here but over the next few days, I am going to have to catch up since I am two days behind now..and there have been things happen that I really want to comment on…maybe now….

Well….as you can see, the site has been down today and I’m waiting to hear from my son for the reason….but, it’s up now so I guess I’ll get to work…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t do much…slept okay last night and that makes it 4 in a row and I’m not sure what I’m doing…I guess that’s the funny thing, not doing anything different and getting different results…hmmmm….I did make some cash this week so I have been able to buy groceries again and that is pretty cool…I did watch “Sharknado 3” last night and it was one of those good “bad” movies but there was way too much product placement in it….still fun with a couple of cocktails…broke my rule last night since you just can’t watch any of the Sharknados without a few of those….I would say not too much to do today but the day is almost over…I guess that was still true…didn’t do much today and tonight looks the same….I am still going to try to get to my JEB! one but there is a soccer match on that I want to see first….more later….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made a little cash so that was cool….slept okay for the third night in a row and that is some kind of new record….there were dreams again about some fair or fireworks or something, and there were lots of Miatas but they were rear engined so that was weird…..and there was no parking so everyone was jockeying for position….I did get a bunch of cleaning and other stuff done around here yesterday so I feel good about that…but, today is going to be just working out and the bike ride to take it a little easier…have been really busy since Sunday and I’m not sure I like it too much….not much to do today…I may have to run an errand this aft but other than that, it’s going to be an easy one while I wait for “Sharknado 3” that is on tonight…too much stuff on tonight…the truck race from Eldora on dirt, the USA plays in the gold Cup semi and then the movie…wish I had a DVR….more later…

Well…learned last night that a friend of G’s and mine was in an accident that put him in the hospital with only a 50/50 chance of surviving. The bad part is that it was no fault of his own…stopped to make a left turn on his motorcycle, a pickup truck just ran over him from behind…and now he has multiple injuries and will never be the same….how can the idiot that hit him be so damn stupid? Just like the accident that destroyed my MX-6…some idiot not paying attention just destroyed the lives of a young family…and I am having  hard time getting my head around it…..

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I made some cash so that was cool…slept okay, too, and feel good this morning…have already been out to get some corn for the grill for lunch and I had the top down doing it…really nice morning….got a bunch of stuff done yesterday and today looks the same…may even make some more cash if I can get things done…I do have to return the used mp-3 player today and clean up around here…not sure how I can be so busy being unemployed but I guess things just expand to fill the time….didn’t have any dreams last night but that was okay, too, two out of three days is a good average for me…no, even better than average so I’m not going to complain…not much to do today…that’s not right, I have lots to do if I am going to be ready to make a beach run tomorrow morning…have to check the water temps in lake Michigan to make sure I can go swimming….more later…

Well…not sure if you’ve seen this before, but today, I saw a guy running on the trail with no shirt but a fricking stocking hat on…yep, shorts, no shirt and a stocking hat…is this a fashion statement of some sort that I don’t know about? Hope not…just too darn weird for me to process…..
