Well…the climate change denier administration that we are currently saddled with ran up against reality in Europe the other day when booing and protesting shut down their presentation…or propaganda that coal was a “clean fuel” and everyone should use it. This coal nonsense won’t fly in the rest of the world where every country, except us, has signed the Paris climate accords and are at least doing something to try to keep the planet from frying. Why these idiots thought they would get a sympathetic hearing for dumping more and more CO2 into the skies escapes me…here in the US they have their own propaganda channel that denies that climate change is real, but in the rest of the world, fox news is known for the joke that it is….and now, with the cost of new solar/battery storage constantly falling, coal is not competitive anymore…and almost 1/2 of all coal plants even in the US have shut down in the past 10 years. I’m not sure why the idiot trump an his minions love coal so much…but, there is not a damn thing they can do to stop the downward spiral of coal…impeach…

Well…it was quite a busy day yesterday and I am feeling it today…I think the bug is back with my lungs just burning and lots of coughing…again…but, I think I know why that is and it will just take time for them to clear up…the cracks in my heels have started early this year and it hurts like crazy to walk…but, my back doesn’t hurt so maybe that’s something…..oh, I did lose at pool yesterday…just couldn’t hit anything and I’m not sure why….I finally got back on the bike yesterday an that may be part of why I am so sore today….and I’ll be back on it here in a while…but, I need coffee first….not much to do today…I think I’ll just take it easy and try to feel better….I do need to cook but don’t feel like it right now….more later….

Well…the idiot trump’s propaganda minister, Kellyanne Conway, was on the Sunday shows yesterday, and showed once again that she is really not too bright. Commenting on the pedophile Roy Moore, she went on to say that if the allegations against Moore were true he should step aside…but then the idiot went on and said this: “if there is anyone currently in public office who has behaved that way to any girl or woman, maybe they should step aside”…now, Kellyanne….you do know that your boss has admitted to sexually assaulting at least one woman…so now you say he should step aside? No, of course not…whatever the idiot trump does is just fine…and the 13 women who have accused him are all lying…right? So much for the “family values” party…impeach…

Well…getting ready to do some work but thought I’d do this first…it was an okay day yesterday but didn’t get much done and today will be much the same…after the project that I have to do in a few minutes that is….slept okay last night but it felt a little off….just couldn’t get comfortable and I’m feeling that a little this morning…but, my back still doesn’t hurt this morning and that is a good thing….today is going to be busy with the project, getting back on the bike, pool, and picking C up at the airport after pool….so I’m going to be running most of the day but that is okay….it’s nice to have something to do…okay, need to get moving here so I’ll get going….more later….
A dreary day….
Well…some days you just can’t win….got up early today to get out on the bike before the F1 race but I was a little late even at 8:15…and it has been a dreary, rainy day ever since so it looks like another one off…for 4 in a row and the guilt has shifted into overdrive today…and with all I have to do tomorrow, I may not get on the bike tomorrow, either…I did try to cut my calories down for lunch today and was somewhat successful…only had one chicken thigh, a small baked potato, and some frozen corn…still about 500 cals with a glass of milk so that’s a start….might do another baked pork chop for dinner to keep the day to under a thousand….I’m going to try to come back for another one today if I can come up with a topic…
November 12th
Well…running a little late this morning since I wanted to look at the ads that came in the paper….slept okay last night but the bug is still with me and I feel a little run down…but, I am going to get back on the bike today….feel like I’ve gained 10 pounds with being off the bike for three days and that just can’t go on….one good thing is my back is not hurting anymore…at least it hasn’t for the past couple of days and I hope that continues….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but didn’t need to and today looks the same…might clean a little but probably not….I do have a project for tomorrow morning and that will take a little time….today looks like a football and racing day again so I will probably just veg it out….more later….

Well…another day, another bout of abject stupidity by the idiot trump….the idiot was shooting his mouth off yesterday at some conference in Vietnam after he was asked about Russian meddling in our elections (something they are still doing right now) and idiot boy said that he talked to Putin about it and then whined that he couldn’t keep asking Vlad about it because he may get mad….well…damn, how many times do we have to listen when this ass just lies and lies…when Putin was asked about it, he said that the topic never came up and trump didn’t ask him about it…so now, this is where we are…that the murderous former head of the KGB is more trusted than the so-called president…but that wasn’t the worst thing…in that same interview, idiot boy threw the entire US intelligence community under the bus saying that he trusts Putin more than the “political hacks” who are running our intelligence agencies…let that sink in a bit…the idiot just committed treason by favoring a foreign power over the US…and what was the response of the repubs in congress while this ass was denigrating our military…on Veteran’s Day? Yep, that’s crickets you hear…impeach this ass….

Well…running late today since I didn’t get up until 7:30 but that didn’t help my energy level….still feel run down today so it will be another rest day….and that makes it three and my guilt level is through the roof….I feel like I’ve gained 10 pounds this week and haven’t been successful in cutting back the calories…..oh, well….it was an okay day yesterday and I really didn’t do much…thought I was feeling better but the coughing is still there and I was sweating all day so maybe not…I have been thinking about getting out on the bike today but it is still too damn cold and I don’t want to put the full thermasuit on yet….not much to do today…just going to watch football all day and I think there is a race on, too…but I think I’ll still be bored…more later….

Well…just a short one on an article I just read about he reaction of Mike Pence on the allegations of child molestation against Roy Moore…this is what the idiot’s spokesman said that the veep felt: “found the allegations in the story disturbing and believes, if true, this would disqualify anyone from serving in office”….now, does anyone else see the blazing hypocrisy here? His boss, the admitted serial sexual assaulter is just perfectly fine since the women he assualted were of age? Can the modern repubs be so self unaware that they can say this with a straight face? I have had it with this bunch of criminals and degenerates….impeach them all….

Well…anyone else tired of all the winning already? When I asserted that the repubs were the party of criminals, I was right in more ways than one…the latest revelations hit yesterday when it was reported that Michael Flynn, the idiot trump’s first national security adviser, was offered 15 million dollars by the Turkish government to facilitate the kidnapping of a Turkish dissident who lives in the US. Yep, you heard that one right…one of trump’s inner circle was working with Turkey to set up kidnapping….I know Mueller has that one on his plate, too, and that should be making ole Flynn sing like a little birdy…and the second bombshell from yesterday was the fact that the repubs still support Roy Moore after it was revealed that he is a frickin pedophile who preyed on underage girls when he was in his 30′s….and the condemnation of the rest of the repubs was tepid at best…saying that maybe he might have to withdraw from the senate race IF he really did it…never mind that the Washington Post has interviewed 30 people that corroborate the facts that he fondled a 14 year old girl….this is the party of morality, folks…this is the party that elected an admitted sexual assualter because of Hillary’s e-mails, or uranium, or something, something….impeach…
