Well…as always, when the dems get voted into office, they are the ones that have to clean up after the do nothing repubs…and, after two years of the repubs doing nothing but protecting trump and his criminals, a reckoning has started with the dem controlled congress doing it’s constitutional duty of oversight of the most criminal administration in the history of this country. Today, that oversight continued with Jared Kusher being criminally referred to the justice department by Ted Lieu for his lies and omissions on his SF-86 form that he filed to get his security clearance…the security clearance that was denied by the Intelligence community because of the many shady connections that Kushner has made around the world, and that was then ordered to be given to him by the idiot trump. Here’s the thing….the repubs are screaming that this constitutional duty that the house has taken up is some sort of a personal attack on trump and his minions…but, if there wasn’t any evidence of wrongdoing…piles and piles of evidence, there would be no investigations started….and the repubs had all of this evidence that Kushner lied on his SF-86, and that trump obstructed justice and has abused his power…with the latest revelation that he intervened in a merger deal between ATT and Time Warner just because he was mad about the negative coverage he had gotten from CNN. So, repubs, just shut the hell up…you didn’t do the job you swore an oath to…so we will do that job and root out the criminals who now infest our government….and all of you who subverted the government to protect trump, you day of reckoning is coming…buckle up…impeach…
March 5th
Well….I really don’t know how I’m running this morning but I do know that I was up at 3:17 to start the morning…but, I got all the way to 5:27 before I got out of bed…I was so worn out last night that I feel asleep on the couch 3 times before I gave up and just went to bed…and I know that is from not sleeping too well so I wonder how last night’s sleep is going to effect that? Oh, well…at least I got out of here for a while to shoot pool yesterday and we tied so that was kind of appropriate after not going for a month…woke up this morning to more depressing snow on the car but I am not going out to clean it off until I have lots of coffee and read the news….trying hard to not be depressed about March starting out so cold and crappy but I am hoping that the old adage is true this year and it will go out like a lamb…it is supposed to be 44 on Saturday so that will be a welcome change…didn’t get anything done yesterday and I don’t feel a lot of motivation right now so I may not get anything done today, either…who knows? Jerry Nadler gets it started…
Well…you know that people are starting to sweat on the right when the chair of the Judiciary committee, Jerry Nadler, issued document requests to 60 people to try to get to the bottom of the idiot trump’s obstruction of justice, abuse of power, and other crimes and the response from Jim Jordan, one of trumps most ardent supporters, slid right into anti-Semitism and personal attacks on Nadler. Let’s not forget who Jim Jordan is to put his complaints about investigations into context…when athletes were being abused at Ohio State, where Jordan was a coach at the time, Jordan was told about it and did nothing…trying to protect the abusers. This all tracks back to the lawlessness that the repub party has embraced over the past 20 years or so…that they are supposed to be immune to being held accountable wherever and whenever their lawbreaking has occurred….that same playbook is being run by the repubs right now when they try to say that trump’s crimes before being elected should be off limits since they happened “so long” ago. With the dem control of congress, those days are over and we are going to rebuild the rule of law that applies to everyone….and that includes Jim Jordan and the idiot trump….impeach….
March 4th
Well…not going to bitch today about not sleeping…it’s getting boring to me and probably to you, too…okay, just a little bitch…back to getting up at 3:30 and then up for good by 5:14…again…ick…don’t feel too crappy today even with the cold coming on and taking the day off the bike was s good idea since my legs hurt much less this morning…but, I’ll be back on it here in a little while for more torture since I need to burn the calories I piled on with a total veg day yesterday just watching sports all day….I did get some cleaning done but that was it…and, we are having a pool day today so I won’t do anything but that today….I will have to warm up the car with it being only 8 degrees right now and the high only getting to 11 or so today…that’s 30 degrees below normal and the cold is going to stay for at least the next two weeks so no break until April it appears…and that is depressing…but, there’s nothing I can do about it so I’ll just live with it I guess…more later….
Cool stuff….
Well…with all of the criminality and idiocy coming out of the right these days, it is nice to think about something else for a change since there is some cool stuff happening. Just Saturday morning, SpaceX launched it’s first Crew Dragon on a test flight to the ISS as part of the certification process that will lead to a manned flight later in the year…and just this morning, the flight was completed with the spacecraft automatically docking with the ISS after a series of maneuvers testing the craft and it’s ability to pace the station and match it’s orbit. I didn’t stay up to watch this launch and landing since it didn’t launch until almost 3 am…but I was able to watch it Sat morning with the videos being uploaded to Youtube from SpaceX…and that just made a thought come into my head….we really don’t have many shared experiences in this world anymore…at least as related to tv, as we did when I was a kid. When the first moon landing happened in July of 1969, everyone in this country and across the world were watching it and could then discuss it the next day….and that made these events even more exciting knowing you were part of a huge community that was participating in something special…not like today where there are other things to do and watch. Now, I’m not going to go on that the “olden” days were better than today…different, yes, but they both have things that made them special…and, I’m glad I’ve lived through them both….

Well…I wonder if this is a normal Sunday or if I’m running late? It is almost 7:30 and I am just now getting to this so maybe I’m a little late…I did get up at 5:54…for the second time after waking up a couple of hours earlier but that meant I got to try to go back to sleep and it kind of worked…even had a dreams that had dense fog in it along with hair clippers and I am really not sure what that is about…I am going to take the day off the bike today to let my legs heal up some since I have been stiff and sore for a couple of weeks now and I know I should rest them periodically….so that makes for a veg Sunday that I am going to enjoy…I may clean some but I’m not thinking about that right now…soccer has already started and I have three matches to watch before noon so that takes care of the morning…and there will be napcar later so my background noise is set for the day….it’s also a leftover day so I don’t even have to cook today…I am going to make a chicken burrito later today that I am looking forward to…I wonder why I’ve never made those before? Hmmmm….more later….

Well…I think I just gave myself whiplash shaking my head at the latest bit of utter stupidity from the stupident when, after a speech to the CPAC hate group, he announced with the idiotic, smug, self satisfaction of an idiot who thinks he’s smart, that he is going to sign an executive order to guarantee freedom of speech….okay, see shaking your head that hard does hurt. Where to start with this one? I guess now we know idiot boy has never read the constitution let alone understand it…I mean, geez…it’s the first damn amendment…you don’t have to read too far to get to it…and it doesn’t take any interpretation either….you know, I’m am so damn tired that other idiots foisted this moron on us here in the US and we have to live with this stupidity every damn day…okay…this is harshing my Saturday and Pink Floyd is on AXS…so, I’m going to do that instead….
March 2nd
Well….woke up early again today but had to get at some news before coming here…but, it was another morning of 5:14 bullshit and I wonder how I always wake up within 5 of the same time every day…hmmm….still feel like I have a little cold but it hasn’t gotten worse since yesterday…yet…and I have the entire day to rest so I think it will be okay…I did have to take something for my shoulder yesterday and it helped the constant pain in my legs, too, so I may do that again today…but I slept on the shoulder again and that just doesn’t help with the healing…I did get out to get some chipotle seasoned chicken breast from daily deals yesterday and it is great to use to make chicken burritos and sandwiches…I had to buy almost 5 pounds but at 69 cents a pound that is still only $3.25 for the whole thing and half of it ended up in the freezer….don’t think I can fit one more thing in there so I’ll need to eat out of the freezer for the next couple of weeks….that errand and washing the car were the only things I got done yesterday but I need to do more today and at least start on the kitchen…but not just yet…I need to get more coffee in me and read some more news…oh, and find the videos of the SpaceX launch from last night…first launch of the crew ship and I want to see that….more later…
What to write about?
Well..have been feeling a little crappy today and I’m not sure why that is other than I may be getting a cold…have had a headache all day and have just now started coughing and sneezing…but, that’s not what this is about…have been in overload mode for a while now with all of the criminality and stupidity coming out of the idiot trump’s WH but there is one thing I wanted to remind people of as they investigate how the hell Jared Kushner got a top secret clearance. The latest reporting has idiot boy just ordering his chief of staff, John Kelly, to approve those clearances, disregarding every intelligence agency in the country who knew that Kushner is a huge security risk and had no business being able to access top secret material…but, trump ignored the entire process and just gave them to him and let’s remember what happened when the clearance was issued…immediately after, Kushner got a list of all of the dissidents that were opposing bin Salman in Saudi Arabia and handed it over to MBS so he could then use that list to jail and murder his opposition and consolidate his power. Just after that, Kushner magically got a loan from Saudi allies to get him out from under his bad decisions on a building in Manhattan that was going to bankrupt his company. So, Kusher and trump used the intelligence services of the US for personal gain and to aid a repressive regime in the middle east to murder people…and not one damn repub has said a word about it….but, but, but…Hillary’s e-mails…yeah, sounds pretty ridiculous doesn’t it? All of these criminals need to be locked up…impeach…
March 1st
Well…running a little early today with getting up at 5:14 again…there seems to be a pattern with that time with getting up around then almost all the time but I’m not sure what it is yet…feel pretty lousy this morning and I hurt everywhere…noticed that yesterday afternoon and I am still trying to figure out why….haven’t done anything out of the ordinary or changed my workouts at all so that is a little confusing…oh, well…had an okay day yesterday and finally got my bathroom cleaned so today will the be the kitchen’s turn or maybe vacuuming…not sure yet and I don’t really want to think about it right now…I did get the grocery run done yesterday and bought my first red meat since last September…just getting damn tired of chicken all the time and I don’t think a few pork chops will kill me…and at 99 cents a pound, I couldn’t pass them up…so there may be pork chops in the next couple of days but I have some leftover chicken that needs to be used up first…more later…
