Well…as Bill Barr runs rampant over the rule of law in this country, the one person that can put a check on him has given up…the chair of the house judiciary committee, Jerry Nadler, said over the weekend “there’s no point in impeaching Barr, the corrupt senate will just let him go”…Jerry, Jerry, no, no, and damn no! Just because the senate repubs are corrupt, is doesn’t mean you should stop doing your job…and your job is to hold these criminals accountable…and what really sucks here is that Nadler hasn’t even used all of the tools available to him to force accountability….he could use “inherent contempt” to force Barr to show up and testify and if he doesn’t, Nadler can have the capitol police arrest him and have him brought to the house…but why not start with a subpoena? At the very least a subpoena…and then Nadler needs to make these criminals understand that the election is not a “get out of jail free card”…when trump loses…things are just getting started in bringing trump and Barr to pay for their crimes…but, these assholes don’t seem too worried even though Biden has said catergoricly that there will be no pardons for any of these criminals….if they were as smart as they think they are, they would stop criming all damn day and start trying to figure out how to minimize their jail sentences….tick, tock Barr…the noose is closing….

Whiny baby says what?
Well….god, I wonder if the idiot trump ever gets tired of being a big, whiny baby? With the impeachment hearings moving over to the Judiciary Committee this week and the perfectly reasonable invitation of chair Jerry Nadler for trump and his lawyers to come and participate to defend trump, all we got from the whiny baby and his lawyers was a letter Sunday saying that they wouldn’t come…I guess they realize that Devin Nunes or Jim Jordan aren’t going to be in charge and trump would really have to answer to the facts that he committed multiple crimes and not just get fluffed by his moronic minions. But, what this invitation does is put to rest the talking point that the “process” is unfair to trump and he doesn’t get to defend himself…hey, idiots…you had your chance to come and refute the evidence and you chose talking points instead…and that just isn’t going to cut it when more and more of the facts come out….and I think it’s funny that not one repub has come out to refute the facts that trump is a criminal committing daily crimes by obstructing the investigation…because they can’t…facts are facts and trump’s cronies can only whine about the fact that they don’t think crimes are crimes, and anyway, a repub president can do whatever he wants and it is just peachy keen with them….so, keep piling up the felonies just as long as the sweet, sweet Russian cash keeps rolling in to their campaigns….they are going to have to pay at some point….
How much bigger of a green light do you need, Jerry?
Well…with the spectacle of Corey Lewandowski lying and refusing to answer questions form the Judiciary committee this week with the smarmy, entitled look on his face, disrespecting chair Jerry Nadler all the while, and Nadler not doing a damn thing about it…Nancy Pelosi gave an interview where she said that Lewandowski should have been held in contempt ‘right then and there”…and my only question I have for Nadler is “how big of a green light do you need to hold these little pricks accountable for their lies and obstruction?” Look, I know that people on our side are still hoping for a return to “normalcy” in the congress but wake the hell up, there will be no normalcy until every damn repub is gone…have you had your frickin eyes closed for the past 30 years? Have you not seen that the repubs will break any law and lie, cheat, and steal to stay in power? Jerry, you have no choice here…you are the one with the power to restore the rule of law and every time you sit on your hands and let these assholes get away with not following the law, you aid and abet their dismantling of our democracy…so, get off your ass and hold these criminals responsible…or history will not treat you well….geez…
Okay Nadler, it’s time to lock them up…
Well…I have a message for Jerry Nadler, the chair of the House Judiciary Committee…lock them up, lock all or them up if they ignore you subpoenas or do what Corey Lewandowski did to you today…laughed in your face and refused to answer any questions you put to him…you need to protect the rule of law in this country and it appears the only way to do it is to cause some pain to these assholes who think they are above the law…and if you’re not ready to do that, you might just as well hand over the country to Putin since he already runs trump and you are allowing him to break the law every damn day and you are the only one who can hold him accountable…and yet, you sit there letting these pricks either not show up or lie to your face and you do nothing…you have the power, use it to save this country…lock these criminals up until they follow the law…every damn one of these smarmy assholes deserve jail time…they deserve to rot until you say they get out…it’s the only way to get the truth of trump’s criminality and you are blowing it in front of our eyes….get off your ass and drop the hammer…
It’s official…impeachment has started…
Well…as of yesterday, it’s official…the impeachment inquiry has started and not a damn day too soon. I’m not sure why no one else has noticed it…even after Jerry Nadler went on both CNN and Rachel’s show yesterday and said bluntly that what the Judiciary committee is doing right now IS an impeachment investigation and that he predicts articles of impeachment will be filed before the end of the year….and he is not hanging his hat on only that investigation but has sued Don McGahn in federal court to compel his testimony to his committee and has also sued to get an unredacted copy of the Mueller report along with the underlying grand jury testimony and evidence. So, it appears that things are gathering speed to get a full accounting of trump’s criminality…and that is in addition to every bank that the idiot boy did business with turning over all of the records pertaining to how and who trump did business with in Russia…it appears that bringing in Bill Barr to protect the moron in chief is rapidly becoming a moot point as the House is getting information that trump has been trying to hide since the Russians installed him…and there is more and more to come…I’m waiting for the meltdown from idiot boy that will happen this weekend with him being on “vacation” and having all the time and adderal he can use…the meltdown is going to be epic…I would end this as I have for a couple of years with impeach….but I don’t have to anymore…it’s happening…about damn time…

Well…it looks like Jerry Nadler of the Judiciary committee has had enough of the stonewalling from trump and his cronies and is getting prepared to issue subpoenas to just about everyone who had anything to do with trump/Russia and the Mueller report. This is going to be a major test of the powers that the Legislative branch is granted by the Constitution and that have never been questioned by the courts…every time, the courts have ruled that yes, the House does have the power to compel testimony from anyone, no matter what the sychophant Bill Barr does or says. That includes Robert Mueller, who Barr has dangled help to avoid going in front of the House on the 17th in just the past few days…imagine that…the AG of the US trying to protect a criminal instead of upholding the Constitution as he swore to do…yeah, I know, after the past two years it appears quaint that the laws should apply to repubs but they still do and the only people in this country who still uphold them is the dems…this is a fight this country needs…impeach…
It’s time to pull the trigger and go to the courts…
Well…as days go by, trump and his cronies are now creating legal defenses out of thin air to try to justify not answering any of congress’s questions. Just yesterday, the WH counsel prevented Hope Hicks from answering any questions from the House Judiciary Committee…even including where the hell her office even was…making up a new legal term called “total immunity” from answering the questions that the House is legally allowed to get the answers to. So, now it’s time to pull the trigger and go to the courts to have these criminals compelled to answer or suffer the consequences of either jail time or huge fines until they comply…and the supreme court has already confirmed that these types of inquiries are a legal, constitutional duty of the House and they have the power to investigate anything they want and call any witness they want and any bogus new legal claim is not going to prevail in court…we know why trump and his cronies are doing this…so they have more time to pack the courts with hacks who don’t care about protecting the constitution, as their oaths require, just protecting trump…and this just can’t stand…Jerry Nadler, it is time to drop the hammer on all of these criminals and use every damn tool to force them to comply with the rule of law…impeach…

Well…with William Barr’s testimony to the Senate yesterday that was filled with lies, half truths and obstruction…even the normally circumspect Nancy Pelosi stated that he committed a crime with his lies, as did every dem that had to listen to his bullshit about his behavior with the Mueller report…and there is a chorus in the country calling for this liars resignation. That was before he blew off the House today where he was scheduled to undergo questioning by staff lawyers about the obvious lies he told even before he lied to the Senate yesterday….and that Senate testimony would be a road map for the House to get to the truth…but, Barr is so terrified of being exposed as the perjurer that he is that he is using the excuse that the House doesn’t have the authority to use lawyers to question him, it can only be done by the members themselves…I got news for you Billy, the co-equal legislative branch sets their own rules on testimony, and the executive branch has not one damn thing to say about it…you don’t get to blackmail the House by saying you won’t show up unless they conduct the hearing your way….in fact you will be held in contempt of congress and prosecuted if you don’t show…and that is where we are today…Barr blew off the House and now the vote to hold him in contempt is going to happen this afternoon…and guess what, Billy, you can be arrested if you don’t show up and held in custody until you do testify….is this what you envisioned when you decided to join the trump crime family? Oh, that’s right, you were already one of the slimiest operators in DC even before you begged trump to hire you…now, I just hope that Nadler and Pelosi follow through and restore the rule of law…and make this ass pay for his part is destroying this country…impeach…

Well…since it has now become clear that William Barr sees his job as protecting the idiot president versus upholding the law, there have been some interesting developments in a case that was brought before a judge by a news organization using FOIA to get the entire Mueller report…now, this judge didn’t rule that he will order the report to be released, but he did say that he is going to look at the entire report to see if the redactions done by Barr and his team of lawbreakers are really necessary…and he has also said that he finds the fact that Barr is muddying the waters around the report “troubling” and has telegraphed the he doesn’t think Barr is following the law or legal precedent in the case. So, on this front, Barr is losing the fight to keep the damaging parts of the report secret, just as he did when he tried this crap before while he argued that kidnapping foreign nationals was supported by a “secret” report that he “summarized”…sound familiar? Just this morning, Jerry Nadler, the chair of the Judiciary committee in the House, has signaled that he has had enough of Barr’s crap and is preparing a subpoena for the entire Mueller report and all of the supporting materials that will be delivered to Barr Friday which means it should end up in court by the early part of next week when Barr refuses to follow the law and honor it. I wonder if Barr is so dumb that he doesn’t see that he has fallen into the trump mire and is opening himself up to contempt of congress charges at least, and obstruction of justice charges if the congress wants to play hardball…which they should to protect the rule of law. So, the next few days are going to be interesting but I don’t think the bastardized Barr report is going to show anything when it is released tomorrow…we’ll see…impeach…
Subpoenas are coming…
Well…with Bill Barr still trying to obstruct justice by withholding the entire Mueller report from the House committees, the chair of the Judiciary committee, Jerry Nadler, has had enough and is readying subpoenas for the report and all supporting information to be issued by the end of the week. In a normal administration…or any administration before the criminal trump and his cronies infested the government, it was normal for the special counsel to supply the report and the underlying data as soon as the report was issued…every SC in the modern era has done this and there is no reason why Barr should not follow precedent…other than he can’t protect trump if he does…and let’s remember why there was a SC in the first place…to ensure an independent investigation that would be free of interference by the trump political appointees who run the justice department. So now, the real fight starts…and if Barr ignores the subpoenas, Nadler can send officers of the House to round up those who are ignoring the subpoenas and they can be held in contempt of congress until they comply….this could be an interesting week…
