Well…another day, another group of trump toadies who can’t remember anything…and didn’t do anything…and who don’t know anything….it has been all over the news how trump used the justice department as his personal vengeance machine, investigating everyone who ever said a bad thing about him…including his own WH counsel, Don McGahn…along with Eric Swallwell and Adam Schiff. Just today, every person who was in charge of the justice department under trump said they didn’t know who authorized the subpoenas to go after the data of the dems…or who took the info to the grand jury who issued them…so now we are told to believe that the grand jury and the subpoenas just made themselves and served themselves on Apple and Google and then used that information themselves and trump’s toadies didn’t know ‘nuttin….what a load of bullshit. Every damn one of these criminals need to be hauled in front of congress, under oath, and when they lie, which they will, they need to go to jail for these and all the other times they lied to congress…which Barr did multiple times…at least there is an investigation starting into this crap and with an IG that isn’t a trump toady, we may just find out how corrupt these idiots are…and soon…

Barr and Sessions should be in jail…
Well…as the drips of information coming out about exactly how corrupt trump and his cronies were, it continues to get worse and worse…as reported by the NYT Thursday, both Bill Barr and Jeff Sessions used the justice department as trump’s vengance machine trying to get information to attack his “enemies”…but, it gets even worse…it’s not enough that Barr lied to congress about investigating people, but those people were dem members of congress like Adam Schiff who sits on the intelligence committee all the way down to his kids who Barr sent a subpoena to Apple to try to get their information…what would be the justification for that, and who the hell was the judge that approved the subpoena? This is just the start of the revelations of corruption that permeated the justice department under trump…and now the question has to be what the hell is Merrick Garland doing? Not one head has rolled for this misuse of power and many of the same investigations are still going on…why haven’t the prosecutors who lied to get these subpoenas been fired? Any and all people who supported this crap need to be rooted out and fired for violating their oath to uphold the constitution and for having no ethics…they knew this was wrong but did it anyway…and that is justification for them to be gone….geez…
Why hasn’t bill barr been disbarred?
Well…we all know that former AG bill barr was as corrupt as they come, but the revelations of this week where he used the full might of the justice department to investigate to try to get dirt on a reporter from the Washington Post in direct violation of the first amendment…and this wasn’t the first time barr tried this crap…he got involved in trying to find out who was behind the parody accounts that went after devin nunes know as “devinnunescow” and others who tried to hold trump’s cronies accountable for their bullshit and lies. I really can’t understand why bill barr hasn’t been disbarred yet and his law license taken away for failing to follow his oath of office and the rules of the American Bar Association…look, I know we are all weary of hearing how bad these guys are…but we need to figure out how to get the Biden admin to hold these assholes accountable or the next ones will be worse and we’ll no longer have a democracy anymore…geez…

Well…with all the damage that Bill Barr has done to this country and the rule of law, no matter what he does from now until forever I will still hate him…I wonder if there should be a but here, but that would mean I excuse his crap just because he acted like a real AG one damn time…but I don’t at all…over the past few days, since his resignation, he has stood up to the idiot trump a few times and who cares what the reason is…after the election, while he let trump go on and on about “voter fraud” before he weighed in and said there was no evidence of widespread fraud, he could have said bluntly there wasn’t any, but I guess that’s better than nothing…and just today he came out with a statement that there is no evidence of voter fraud so he will not appoint a special counsel to investigate that…and the second part of that statement is that he will not appoint one to investigate Hunter Biden, either, stating that any investigation is being handled through normal channels so there is no need….so, I wonder if idiot boy is now going to “fire” Barr even after he resigned and install a toady as AG that will do it? It appears that the Barr reputation cleansing tour is on with these statements but there is no way it should be allowed to work…every time this asshole pops his head up after trump is gone, he needs to be asked the questions about all of the crap he has pulled as AG, especially turning the justice department into a trump protection racket and not let him even try to be the “elder statesman” that he has not earned…geez…

Well…hey, can you tell I’m still bored? I am…so let’s do another one…just yesterday, the worst AG int he country’s history announced that he is “resigning” effective on the 23rd of December to spend time with his family for the holidays. I’m sure this has nothing to do with the “heated” meeting this crook had with the idiot boy after he announced that there was no widespread vote fraud that the justice department could find that directly destroyed all of trump’s lies about the election. I think Barr is afraid of trump’s delusional followers since he wrote the most ass kissing resignation letter I have ever seen…praising trump’s “leadership” and all of his accomplishments…and all of the other bullshit that his synchophants always put in these letters…even though Barr’s damage is already done…at least he won’t be able to do more before January 20th…but the trump lover who takes his place could so we still need to watch out for that…good riddance asshole…

Well…the lies aren’t getting much traction this time since people have figured out that all this administration does is lie. Over the past few days, two of the right’s biggest conspiracy theories have fallen like a lead balloon…just as I said months ago….the “biggest scandal in the history of the country” as touted by trump has just been shown to a huge nothing burger…so much so that the lawyer who was tasked with the investigation by the criminal Barr has even resigned from the justice department after he found that the whole “unmasking scandal” had no basis in fact…to recap…the right wing went nuts when the Obama administration “unmasked” some names of people who were in contact with the Russians that had been redacted as they normally would be…and it was all part of the counter intelligence investigation into the trump campaign’s collusion with the Russians…something that has been proven many times over…and this unmasking process has happened over 17,000 times during the idiot’s administration…and the investigator found absolutely no wrongdoing on anyone’s part….so no “October surprise” that Barr and trump could use to attack Biden. But, since that one didn’t work…they tried the Ukraine bullshit again early this week with a story so filled with Russian disinformation that both facebook and twitter shut down multiple right wing accounts for pushing these debunked lies…including the idiot’s official campaign account…and now guess what the biggest scandal in history has changed to? Yep, CENSORSHIP! Finally, these social media platforms are following their own rules prohibiting lies in political tweets and posts…where the hell were you guys in 2016? At least this time the dirt has fallen flat, although the NYT parroted this crap yesterday and I’ve not seen an apology today….3 weeks and trump is gone…
Bill Barr thinks he’s king…
Well…just when you thought Bill Barr couldn’t get any worse, he open’s his mouth and spew more garbage into our air. Just the other day, Barr came out and justified his interference in the Michael Flynn case by saying that he can do anything he wants in any case in the US…and he can investigate anyone he wants and the rules that every AG in history has followed don’t apply to him….he can charge anyone he wants and the FBI, instead of being the independent investigative service that it has always been is his own personal police force that he can use any way he wants and they have a personal duty to him and not the oath they take to defend the constitution. This is some pretty fascist stuff right here and you know whey he said it…he is getting ready to announce bogus investigations into Biden with information that came from a Russian spy and he’s coordinating with Ron Johnson and rudy to get that done before the election…the so called “October surprise” that is supposed to tip the election to the idiot trump. Oh, and to show how batshit crazy Barr is, he went off at a speech at the ultra right wing Hillsdale college here in Michigan that lockdowns and requirement that people wear masks are the greatest threat to civil liberties in the history of the country to which the historian John Meachem replied that he was just so much bullshit, to paraphrase. This is what is at stake in this year’s election…fascism or our democracy….should be an easy choice, huh?
Mail in ballot fraud is a lie…a big lie..
Well…as you’ve seen for the past fifty years, the go to whine of the repub party is that there is “widespread” voter fraud and they have taken this lie to use it to make sure that eligible voters (that vote democratic) can’t vote by shutting down polling stations, voter ID laws, and lies….but their latest, that mail in voting is rife with fraud and can’t be relied on is just them lying again to try to make sure that only their motivated voters will be able to have their votes counted. We even had Bill Barr this week lying his ass off that there has been “massive voter fraud” associated with mail in ballots and that other countries can just print off fake ballots and send them in to skew the vote. First, I have been taking advantage of Michigan’s no reason absentee voting this year and I can tell you that there is tight control over who gets ballots and how they are handled when you send them in…each ballot has a registration number that applies to that ballot alone and a barcode that has my information on it…and if those two don’t match, the ballot is invalid…so how could a foreign country do that kind of a match? They can’t…they could print up a ballot but unless they have a spy in every precinct stealing the information, there is no way they can get past the security measures in place here. The second thing that would prevent mass cheating by a foreign country (or the repubs) is that every town, city, and township in Michigan and across the country has it’s own ballot that include local issues like school funding and millages along with local elections like sheriffs and water commissioners, etc. so anyone trying to mass effect the mail in ballots would have to print the exact ballot of every entity that is holding an election…it’s not just one generic ballot. But, Barr knows this and he is cynically stoking this uncertainty since he also knows that trump is so far behind the only chance he has is to use the entire government to cheat…and we all know they have no problem lying, cheating, and stealing every damn day. It is heartening to see the immediate pushback from Secretary of States across the country calling this fraud claim a bald faced lie…it’s never happened before…ever… and now we need the media to tell the truth that they are lying and take this weapon away from them….
Now we know why Barr fired Berman…
Well…I know there has been tons of speculation of why bill Barr chose now to fire the US atty in charge of the SDNY last week and, of course, it’s more obstruction of justice on Barr’s part. Just yesterday, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s conspirators in the procuring of young girls for the rich and powerful in New York, Ghislaine Maxwell, was indicted and arrested by guess who? The SDNY and the new US attorney that Barr did his best to try to sideline with his bullshit firing of Berman…let’s back up a minute…Barr tried to say that Berman “resigned” which would give him the ability to appoint another of his toadies to an essential prosecutor’s office just like he did in DC which made all of the trump investigations go away…but Barr is not too bright and didn’t realize that Berman refusing to resign and Barr getting the idiot trump to fire him triggered another process that put the number two in the SDNY in charge instead of his toady. Without his guy in charge, the investigations of trump and Epstein’s co-conspirators have gone forward, resulting in the indictment and arrest of Maxwell…and guess who she has info on? Yep, trump attended many, many of Epstein’s parties and there have been rumors flying around that he was involved with raping underage girls just like Epstein was convicted of. But, with Epstein dead, the person who knows the most about those parties is Maxwell and do you think she may have some incentive to flip on trump and the rest of those pedophiles to get a lighter sentence? Yep, if the SDNY operates like any other office, they will trade a lighter sentence every day to get at the powerful people who were behind the exploitation of minors. That’s why Barr was so hot to get his guy in charge…to make the investigations of anything trump go away including the rest of the Epstein investigation…now we have the AG of the US trying to protect child rapists…I think this may be a problem for Barr when trump loses…you can bet he will be called to the congress to explain and there could even be criminal charges included…couldn’t happen to a worse person….tick tock Barr….
Come on Nadler, drag out a subpoena..
Well…as Bill Barr runs rampant over the rule of law in this country, the one person that can put a check on him has given up…the chair of the house judiciary committee, Jerry Nadler, said over the weekend “there’s no point in impeaching Barr, the corrupt senate will just let him go”…Jerry, Jerry, no, no, and damn no! Just because the senate repubs are corrupt, is doesn’t mean you should stop doing your job…and your job is to hold these criminals accountable…and what really sucks here is that Nadler hasn’t even used all of the tools available to him to force accountability….he could use “inherent contempt” to force Barr to show up and testify and if he doesn’t, Nadler can have the capitol police arrest him and have him brought to the house…but why not start with a subpoena? At the very least a subpoena…and then Nadler needs to make these criminals understand that the election is not a “get out of jail free card”…when trump loses…things are just getting started in bringing trump and Barr to pay for their crimes…but, these assholes don’t seem too worried even though Biden has said catergoricly that there will be no pardons for any of these criminals….if they were as smart as they think they are, they would stop criming all damn day and start trying to figure out how to minimize their jail sentences….tick, tock Barr…the noose is closing….
