Well…as the drips of information coming out about exactly how corrupt trump and his cronies were, it continues to get worse and worse…as reported by the NYT Thursday, both Bill Barr and Jeff Sessions used the justice department as trump’s vengance machine trying to get information to attack his “enemies”…but, it gets even worse…it’s not enough that Barr lied to congress about investigating people, but those people were dem members of congress like Adam Schiff who sits on the intelligence committee all the way down to his kids who Barr sent a subpoena to Apple to try to get their information…what would be the justification for that, and who the hell was the judge that approved the subpoena? This is just the start of the revelations of corruption that permeated the justice department under trump…and now the question has to be what the hell is Merrick Garland doing? Not one head has rolled for this misuse of power and many of the same investigations are still going on…why haven’t the prosecutors who lied to get these subpoenas been fired? Any and all people who supported this crap need to be rooted out and fired for violating their oath to uphold the constitution and for having no ethics…they knew this was wrong but did it anyway…and that is justification for them to be gone….geez…

Repubs are just evil…
Well…this is what our country has come to…one of our political parties has shown itself to be nothing but evil…as evidenced by the stealing of children from asylum seeking parents. Let’s get this straight…it is not against the law to seek asylum in the US…these people are NOT breaking the law by coming here…and the lawbreaking repubs are putting them in jail, holding some of them for years without a hearing in direct violation of the 4th amendment and the repubs in congress do nothing…they just let trump’s gestapo do whatever they want when they could stop these human rights abuses today….there are treaties we have signed with the UN that makes separating children from their asylum seeking parents a crime against humanity that can be prosecuted in the world court at the Hague…..I hope someone in a country not run by evil bastards will refer this to the court and then lock up Sessions or trump when they travel outside the country….evil, evil bastards….impeach…

Well…as we all know, Jeff Sessions is a liar….he constantly lied about his contacts with the Russians during the campaign, and he also lied about the meeting where Papadopoulos told him that he could set up a meeting with the Russians and Sessions lied that he “pushed back” on the whole idea. Remember that the investigation into trump’s conspiracy with the Russians started when Papadopoulos got drunk in a London bar and told an Australian diplomat that the Russians had “dirt” on Hillary in the form of thousands of e-mails…and, in an ironic twist, the same thing happened with Papadopoulos this past Friday night in Chicago….where he was out drinking with his wife and revealed to a stranger that “Sessions encouraged him” to find out anything he could about the hacked e-mails that a Russian operative had mentioned to Papadopoulos. This means that Sessions is still lying to everyone and that Mueller knows about it…how does that feel, Jeffey? Next stop…federal prison for perjury and for lying to congress….couldn’t happen to a bigger hypocrite….
Sessions has to go….
Well….I guess we all know by now that Jeff Sessions is a liar…he lied about meeting with the Russians during the campaign…and he lied about the substance of those meetings, calling them just by chance and nothing “substantive” was discussed. We now know that they were much more than just by chance…the New York Times reporting yesterday that the intelligence services caught the Russian ambassador reporting to the Kremlin that he and Sessions DID have substantive discussions including sanctions and policy that the Russians wanted enacted….yep, you heard that right…the Kremlin was telling the trump campaign what they wanted done in return for electing trump…and we see those policies being carried out with our abandonment of the rebels in Syria….giving Putin one of the things on his wish list. Now, to me, doing the bidding of a foreign power in return for their meddling in our election sure smells like treason….but will the repbs do anything about it? Nope…we can see the repubs in the senate still trying to derail the Russia investigation with the Grassley cancelling the testimony of donnie jr and manafort that was supposed to be held this week. When is enough enough? Impeach….
More Russian connections…
Well….it’s starting to look like ole Jeff Sessions is in hot water…again…a while back, I did a post on the surprising settlement of a money laundering case that was moving through a NY court…and that case was being prosecuted by Preet Bahara…who was fired by the idiot trump. Most observers said the Russians were going to lose the case and it was about a week away from going to trial…and the Russians were a little while away from getting a huge fine on the 230 million dollars they laundered….but, the case was settled by Sessions justice department for only 6 million dollars…and no one went to jail for breaking the law…now for the new connection..the Russian lawyer who was representing the money launderers is the same one that donnie junior met with to collude with to get dirt on Hillary. What a wonderful little coincidennce…This shows that collusion with and working for the Russians is still going on with all of trump’s cronies and it needs to be stopped….I hope Mueller has sessions in his sights, too…and it’s not just for the perjury he committed during his hearings….the noose continues to tighten…..impeach…..
Sessions lawyers up…
Well…another day, another person in the idiot trump’s administration realizes that he needs a lawyer…just yesterday Jeff Sessions hired his own private attorney…for a bunch of idiots who continually screamed that Hillary’s administration would be the most corrupt in history, after Obama’s, there sure are a lot of lawyers being hired to defend them from what exactly? That they are too clean? That they follow the law too correctly? That they think there should be welfare for lawyers and they are doing their part to keep them working? Did anyone not think that this would be the logical conclusion of the repub thinking that the law doesn’t apply to them? After all, bush and his cronies weren’t prosecuted for admitting that they broke the law when they tortured people and no one that crashed the economy in 2008 was held accountable, so why would trump and his cronies think they would be for colluding with Russia to steal the election? Everyone else has to follow the law…but just the little guys….impeach….
Don’t get too excited abut Sessions….
Well…counting down to 2:30 this aft and the testimony of Jeff Sessions about his role in the Russia scandal and the breathlessness of some on the left is misguided in my mind…now, I’ll be the first to say that I was a little off about the Comey testimony..with it being much more explosive than I expected but he had an axe to grind that Sessions doesn’t…the only thing that Sessions is trying to do is cover his own ass and try to stay out of jail for his part in the obstruction so I really don’t expect him to say much even though the dem senators have some useful questions to ask…including why he lied to the senate during his confirmation hearings and didn’t disclose the third meeting he had with the Russian ambassador….I really want to know what they talked about…or get it confirmed that he was talking about lifting the sanctions that Obama put on them for interfering in the election….one other question that I want asked is why isn’t the idiot trump concerned with continued interference in our democracy by the Russians? He never talks about it or does anything about it…that kind of leaves the impression that he thinks it’s okay that the Russians hacked 39 state election systems last year and used the information to elect trump. I will be watching until ole Jeff makes me sick with his lies…might just wait for analysis later in the aft….impeach…
The real reason Comey was fired…
Well….forget all of the bullshit and lies that are coming from trump and his cronies about why they fired James Comey yesterday….there is only one reason, and it’s not how he handled the Clinton e-mails…a few days before he was fired, Comey went to the justice department to ask for more money and personnel to expand the trump/Russia investigation…after the preliminary work found a massive connections that he needed more money and investigators to unravel. Once sessions heard about it, he ran to trump in a panic and convinced him to do something…and that something was obstruction of justice by firing Comey. With this little tattletale move by sessions, it is clear that it was a lie that he recused himself ..from the Russian investigation, but, everyone knows that there are only liars in this administration and this is just the latest lie from the creepy Keebler elf. Sessions needs to resign right now…and the repubs in the house and senate need to start doing their damn jobs and holding trump accountable….impeach….
Jeff Sessions should be in jail….
Well…the problem with normalizing liars in our government like trump, is that everyone thinks they can get away with it because trump does. So, now we have the attorney general, Jeff Sessions, lying under oath in his confirmation hearings, which is felony perjury by the way, and he is still in office. This is just another part of the trump/Russia conspiracy where Sessions met multiple times with the Russian ambassador who, according to our intelligence services, is Russia’s top spy here in the US….and who knows what they discussed? One thing we do know is that right after one of those meetings during the repub convention, language harsh to Russia on the Ukraine was taken out of the repub platform…the only change that trump asked for. What does it take for these criminals who colluded with Russia to throw the election to be held accountable? We need a special prosecutor to get to the bottom of this…after Sessions is charged with perjury and perp walked out of the government…impeach…
Racism silences Elizabeth Warren…
Well…how much clearer is the overt racism of the repubs these days when they defend a known racist, Jeff Sessions, by using a senate rule that was put in place in 1902 to protect another racist in the senate from being called on advocating the murder of AA’s? And to have the turtle McConnell silence her just when she was reading a letter from Coretta Scott King from the 80′s that made clear that Sessions was a racist then and should be excluded from consideration to be the new AG. Back in the 80′s Sessions was up for a federal judgeship and had such a racist trail that he couldn’t get approved then, but in the new repub party that doesn’t matter…the only thing that matters is power to them and they really like the idea of having a racist AG who will take voting rights away from those damn minorities who vote for the dems. This one is a two fer for the repubs…they shut up an uppity woman who dares to think she is equal to the men in the senate but they then allowed two male senators to continue to read the very same letter…these actions distill what the repubs are about these days…hatred for women and minorities are at the top of their agenda…and this crap needs to be slapped down hard….
