Well…running a little late this afternoon with getting everything done before coming here…but, when I got back from the second ride, there was a pleasant surprise in the news when I read that the House committee that is investigating the January 6th attack has sent out subpoenas to all of the idiot trump’s inner circle who were involved in the planning of the insurrection…now all we need is to have them subpoena trump and get him into a deposition where he’ll lie his ass of and perjure himself…idiot boy is already bleating that everything they are requesting is covered by “executive privilege” but that privilege ended when he was kicked out of office and Biden is the one who is going to be making the decisions on what info is going to be provided….and a lot of what has been requested and that trump is pissed about has already been provided by the national archives since they belong to the American people, not idiot boy. This committee needs to work fast and it appears they are doing just that…I’m sure there will be lawsuits from almost all of them to try to get out of telling the truth about their attempt to overthrow the government…and I really hope that the justice department follows up with charges against these treasonous bastards…geez…

The crap is going to hit the fan…
Well…with all of the stonewalling by the trump crime family that includes Bill Barr, the crap is going to hit the fan this morning with contempt of congress citations for Bill Barr and Don McGahn being presented to congress for a vote scheduled for tomorrow for their refusal to comply with legal subpoenas to turn over the unredacted Mueller report in Barr’s case, and to show up for testimony in McGahn’s case. With a change to rules that happened last week, the chairman, Jerry Nadler, can then go straight to the courts to force them to follow the law and may even knock down the rest of of the cases of stonewalling that trump and his cronies were hoping would delay the inevitable compliance with the House’s legal right to those people and that information. Oh…I get it now…that’s what the whole Mexican tariff thing was about…to distract from what is going to be a huge loss to trump this week and he was trying to crowd it out of the news cycle…what a predictable, sorry excuse for a human….impeach…
Okay Nadler, time for contempt of Congress…
Well…the stonewalling continues with the WH ordering Hope Hicks and others to not comply with lawful subpoenas as the House investigates the clear obstruction of justice done by many in the WH over the past two years. So now Jerry Nadler, what the hell are you going to do about it…this is clearly contempt of congress and this lawlessness has to be stomped on right now as it spreads to trump and his cronies even defying court orders to turn over documents in the Roger Stone case…something that has never happened in the history of the country. This one act is enough for impeachment to start and the dems need to get to it right frickin now…the future of this country is a stake and it is not the time to think of politics at all…it is time to defend the Constitution with all of the tools available including locking all of the subpoena defiers up until they comply….impeach…
Subpoenas are coming…
Well…with Bill Barr still trying to obstruct justice by withholding the entire Mueller report from the House committees, the chair of the Judiciary committee, Jerry Nadler, has had enough and is readying subpoenas for the report and all supporting information to be issued by the end of the week. In a normal administration…or any administration before the criminal trump and his cronies infested the government, it was normal for the special counsel to supply the report and the underlying data as soon as the report was issued…every SC in the modern era has done this and there is no reason why Barr should not follow precedent…other than he can’t protect trump if he does…and let’s remember why there was a SC in the first place…to ensure an independent investigation that would be free of interference by the trump political appointees who run the justice department. So now, the real fight starts…and if Barr ignores the subpoenas, Nadler can send officers of the House to round up those who are ignoring the subpoenas and they can be held in contempt of congress until they comply….this could be an interesting week…
Nothing to do with the White House?
Well…with the bombshell report that the trump inaugural committee has been subpoenaed basically for every bit of records they have with the SDNY and Mueller looking into money laundering, illegal foreign contributions, influence peddling, and many, many other crimes, we have the press secretary coming out yesterday and saying “it has nothing to do with the WH”…..now it appears to me that Sarah Sanders has just given up even trying to understand that there is truth out there…that, yes, it has EVERYTHING to do with the WH and the crime family that is running it…and the fact that trump has had the for sale sign out front since he was installed. I wonder if Obama’s inaugural committee was ever accused of any of these crimes? Yeah, we know the answer to that one…nope…and yet not one damn repub has said anything about all the criminality since trump has given them the unqualified right wing judges they salivated for and the tax cuts they were instructed to enact by their owners. Is there any damn facet of trump, his administration, or his businesses that isn’t under investigation? Nope…impeach…
