Well…with the indictment of Steve Bannon on charges of contempt of congress, all I have to say is it’s about damn time…these assholes have been in contempt of our country and the rule of law for way too long with no consequences…but now, the first domino has fallen and stevie boy is looking at 2 years in the klink and no trump to pardon him…and this is an open and shut case…there is no question that he did what is alleged in the indictments and the judge in the case issued an arrest warrant but stevie has said he will voluntarily surrender to the cops on Monday…I just hope they are watching him closely so he can’t make a run for it…I wonder what Mark Meadows and the rest of the refusers are thinking now? If I were them, I would be scrambling to get my interview scheduled and get the papers ready that the committee has subpoenaed and that they refused to provide….finally, Merrick Garland has seen fit to do his duty and uphold the rule of law but let’s see if that continues..it better….geez…

How much bigger of a green light do you need, Jerry?
Well…with the spectacle of Corey Lewandowski lying and refusing to answer questions form the Judiciary committee this week with the smarmy, entitled look on his face, disrespecting chair Jerry Nadler all the while, and Nadler not doing a damn thing about it…Nancy Pelosi gave an interview where she said that Lewandowski should have been held in contempt ‘right then and there”…and my only question I have for Nadler is “how big of a green light do you need to hold these little pricks accountable for their lies and obstruction?” Look, I know that people on our side are still hoping for a return to “normalcy” in the congress but wake the hell up, there will be no normalcy until every damn repub is gone…have you had your frickin eyes closed for the past 30 years? Have you not seen that the repubs will break any law and lie, cheat, and steal to stay in power? Jerry, you have no choice here…you are the one with the power to restore the rule of law and every time you sit on your hands and let these assholes get away with not following the law, you aid and abet their dismantling of our democracy…so, get off your ass and hold these criminals responsible…or history will not treat you well….geez…
Okay Nadler, it’s time to lock them up…
Well…I have a message for Jerry Nadler, the chair of the House Judiciary Committee…lock them up, lock all or them up if they ignore you subpoenas or do what Corey Lewandowski did to you today…laughed in your face and refused to answer any questions you put to him…you need to protect the rule of law in this country and it appears the only way to do it is to cause some pain to these assholes who think they are above the law…and if you’re not ready to do that, you might just as well hand over the country to Putin since he already runs trump and you are allowing him to break the law every damn day and you are the only one who can hold him accountable…and yet, you sit there letting these pricks either not show up or lie to your face and you do nothing…you have the power, use it to save this country…lock these criminals up until they follow the law…every damn one of these smarmy assholes deserve jail time…they deserve to rot until you say they get out…it’s the only way to get the truth of trump’s criminality and you are blowing it in front of our eyes….get off your ass and drop the hammer…
Been busy today…
Well…have been busy as heck with my normal exercise routine and the lunch with T and now working on the house so I haven’t had time to really think about anything political today…I know there are plenty of outrageous things going on…like the idiot Barr telling people that don’t even work for the justice department anymore that they can’t talk to congress about the Mueller report….and Barr’s essentially threatening Mueller if he goes through with his testimony on the 17th…I mean, when does the House charge Barr with contempt of congress? Or when are they going to impeach Alex Acosta for his lawbreaking in the sweetheart deal he gave Jeffrey Epstein? Cripes, something came up and I was off taking care of it and almost forgot to come back here…so, I’ll end this one here…
The crap is going to hit the fan…
Well…with all of the stonewalling by the trump crime family that includes Bill Barr, the crap is going to hit the fan this morning with contempt of congress citations for Bill Barr and Don McGahn being presented to congress for a vote scheduled for tomorrow for their refusal to comply with legal subpoenas to turn over the unredacted Mueller report in Barr’s case, and to show up for testimony in McGahn’s case. With a change to rules that happened last week, the chairman, Jerry Nadler, can then go straight to the courts to force them to follow the law and may even knock down the rest of of the cases of stonewalling that trump and his cronies were hoping would delay the inevitable compliance with the House’s legal right to those people and that information. Oh…I get it now…that’s what the whole Mexican tariff thing was about…to distract from what is going to be a huge loss to trump this week and he was trying to crowd it out of the news cycle…what a predictable, sorry excuse for a human….impeach…
Okay Nadler, time for contempt of Congress…
Well…the stonewalling continues with the WH ordering Hope Hicks and others to not comply with lawful subpoenas as the House investigates the clear obstruction of justice done by many in the WH over the past two years. So now Jerry Nadler, what the hell are you going to do about it…this is clearly contempt of congress and this lawlessness has to be stomped on right now as it spreads to trump and his cronies even defying court orders to turn over documents in the Roger Stone case…something that has never happened in the history of the country. This one act is enough for impeachment to start and the dems need to get to it right frickin now…the future of this country is a stake and it is not the time to think of politics at all…it is time to defend the Constitution with all of the tools available including locking all of the subpoena defiers up until they comply….impeach…

Well…with William Barr’s testimony to the Senate yesterday that was filled with lies, half truths and obstruction…even the normally circumspect Nancy Pelosi stated that he committed a crime with his lies, as did every dem that had to listen to his bullshit about his behavior with the Mueller report…and there is a chorus in the country calling for this liars resignation. That was before he blew off the House today where he was scheduled to undergo questioning by staff lawyers about the obvious lies he told even before he lied to the Senate yesterday….and that Senate testimony would be a road map for the House to get to the truth…but, Barr is so terrified of being exposed as the perjurer that he is that he is using the excuse that the House doesn’t have the authority to use lawyers to question him, it can only be done by the members themselves…I got news for you Billy, the co-equal legislative branch sets their own rules on testimony, and the executive branch has not one damn thing to say about it…you don’t get to blackmail the House by saying you won’t show up unless they conduct the hearing your way….in fact you will be held in contempt of congress and prosecuted if you don’t show…and that is where we are today…Barr blew off the House and now the vote to hold him in contempt is going to happen this afternoon…and guess what, Billy, you can be arrested if you don’t show up and held in custody until you do testify….is this what you envisioned when you decided to join the trump crime family? Oh, that’s right, you were already one of the slimiest operators in DC even before you begged trump to hire you…now, I just hope that Nadler and Pelosi follow through and restore the rule of law…and make this ass pay for his part is destroying this country…impeach…
