Well….god, I wonder if the idiot trump ever gets tired of being a big, whiny baby? With the impeachment hearings moving over to the Judiciary Committee this week and the perfectly reasonable invitation of chair Jerry Nadler for trump and his lawyers to come and participate to defend trump, all we got from the whiny baby and his lawyers was a letter Sunday saying that they wouldn’t come…I guess they realize that Devin Nunes or Jim Jordan aren’t going to be in charge and trump would really have to answer to the facts that he committed multiple crimes and not just get fluffed by his moronic minions. But, what this invitation does is put to rest the talking point that the “process” is unfair to trump and he doesn’t get to defend himself…hey, idiots…you had your chance to come and refute the evidence and you chose talking points instead…and that just isn’t going to cut it when more and more of the facts come out….and I think it’s funny that not one repub has come out to refute the facts that trump is a criminal committing daily crimes by obstructing the investigation…because they can’t…facts are facts and trump’s cronies can only whine about the fact that they don’t think crimes are crimes, and anyway, a repub president can do whatever he wants and it is just peachy keen with them….so, keep piling up the felonies just as long as the sweet, sweet Russian cash keeps rolling in to their campaigns….they are going to have to pay at some point….

It’s started…
Well…no matter what Nancy Pelosi says, the impeachment inquiry has started in the Judiciary committee with it’s request to a federal judge to release all of the Mueller report and it’s underlying material including basically everything including the grand jury testimony and evidence…and they specifically name the idiot trump in the filings referencing his or anyone else’s criminal acts including basically everyone in idiot boy’s orbit and specifically Don McGahn who has ignored the subpoenas issued to him by this same committee. Now, never in the history of this country have the courts denied the fact that the House has the power to investigate a president and has denied them the means necessary to do that….it is their right under Article 1 of the constitution and even trumpster judges will get slapped down if they try to involve themselves in this clearly political process that has no place for the judicial branch at all. So, it has started, and the meltdown by the idiot in chief should be coming soon….and there is not a damn thing he can do about it…impeachment…is finally here….

Well…it looks like Jerry Nadler of the Judiciary committee has had enough of the stonewalling from trump and his cronies and is getting prepared to issue subpoenas to just about everyone who had anything to do with trump/Russia and the Mueller report. This is going to be a major test of the powers that the Legislative branch is granted by the Constitution and that have never been questioned by the courts…every time, the courts have ruled that yes, the House does have the power to compel testimony from anyone, no matter what the sychophant Bill Barr does or says. That includes Robert Mueller, who Barr has dangled help to avoid going in front of the House on the 17th in just the past few days…imagine that…the AG of the US trying to protect a criminal instead of upholding the Constitution as he swore to do…yeah, I know, after the past two years it appears quaint that the laws should apply to repubs but they still do and the only people in this country who still uphold them is the dems…this is a fight this country needs…impeach…
