Well…we all knew that the idiot trump would need a new distraction to try to hide the fact that he just got his ass kicked in the latest budget standoff…and didn’t get funding for his damn wall..and today we found out what that is. Without consulting anyone in the state department or the military, idiot boy has decided to claim victory over ISIS in Syria and bring all the troops that are still there home…now, normally I would applaud any action that would get our soldiers out of harm’s way, the motive for this withdrawal is suspect to say the least and it is just what Putin wants…it will leave Russia as the only power left in the area and trump gave it to him without any concessions on Russia’s part…some damn fine negotiatin, huh? This also plays right into Turkey’s hands by leaving no buffer to keep Turkey from attacking the Kurds in northern Iraq…something that Erdogan has been pushing for since trump was installed and it is also something that every other president would not do since the Kurds are our staunchest allies in the region…and now trump has abandoned them. I wonder if this order came down from Putin to trump now since he knows that once the dems take control of the House, this kind of crap just won’t go? It sure looks that way and we all know that trump is too ignorant and stupid to have thought of this on his own…let’s just add this as another log for the impeachment fire…in the dumpster that is the trump WH….impeach…
December 19th
Well…got all the way through the night and didn’t get up until after 6…but, I’m having another one of those mornings where I can’t get started too easily…the coffee should start to help soon…just noticed that my hamstring isn’t hurting today but just a little tight so that is an improvement…it hurt on the bike yesterday but not enough to keep from riding the full 15 miles….still not sure if it has to do with not being able to get my back to crack…normally I have the same pain caused by my back but this is a little different with the tightness…at my age, it is a good thing that I have exercise related pain…most people can’t say that…didn’t get much done yesterday but wash the car after the normal stuff but I will have to clean some around here…and I am finally going to get some different food cooked today…am a little tired of eggs and kielbasa so the chicken I have marinating will be a welcome change….might even make mashed potatoes to go with it…but, right now the coffee has gotten cold so I need to warm it up and have another cup…more later…
The trump crime foundation is shut down…
Well…just a shorty on the news that just came out that the trump foundation will be shut down due to repeated criminal activity….now, let that sink in for a minute…during the election all of the breathless coverage of the Clinton Foundation went on and on as fox news and the right screamed lock her up continually even as there was no finding of any wrongdoing…and they ignored the fact that the trump foundation was little more than a personal slush fund that was committing crimes every damn day on trump’s behalf…and guess what? The Clinton foundation goes on today, doing good work around the world with the best rating for honesty and transparency by every charity rating agency…while there will be criminal charges to the entire trump crime family that ran their “foundation”….just another of trump’s frauds that has been the definition of his life…impeach…

Well…just got back from washing the car to the news that Michael Flynn’s sentencing has been delayed after the judge tore him a new one for his lawyers bullshit feeding of the conspiracy theory that Flynn was entrapped into pleading guilty to lying to the FBI and didn’t know it was illegal. Giuliani and all of the shows on fox news have been pushing the lie that lying to the FBI is not even a crime for a couple of weeks now but the judge was having none of it…pointedly asking Flynn if he knew that lying to the FBI was a crime and Flynn said he knew when he did it that he was breaking the law and he was not entrapped into pleading guilty…but, that wasn’t enough for the judge as he continually asked the lawyers for Flynn if he was ready for sentencing, telegraphing that there was going to be jail time if he was…so, the lawyers asked for a delay in sentencing so Flynn could continue his cooperation and maybe take jail time off the table…one of the cool things that I read was that the judge laid into Flynn telling him he “betrayed” the US by his actions, essentially driving the last nail into the coffin of the right’s attempts to minimize Flynn’s crimes. I think Flynn’s lawyers really stepped in it by trying to pooh pooh Flynn’s crimes in the sentencing filings and I applaud the judge by not having one bit of that crap…after all, Flynn is a traitor to this country who worked to undermine the sanctions on Russia for interfering in our elections and installing idiot boy trump…no matter how much he cooperates, he should still go to jail…impeach…
A new day starts….Jose Mourinho is gone…
Well…as you know, I have vented my frustration with how Manchester United has been playing this year with it’s worst start in 28 years and no hope of getting to the Champions League next year. Today, though, we Red Devils fans got a Christmas gift with the sacking of Jose Mourinho as manager and I say it has been way too long coming. Under Mourinho, Man U has looked an ordinary team for more than a year even with all of the talent they have and the money they have spent…Jose turned them into a plodding, ugly team to watch and every game has left us guessing what team is going to show up…and I put that squarely on the manager…now, there is plenty of blame to go around and much of it is the players themselves who seem to be phoning it in at times and I’m not sure if it was conflict with Jose or what but maybe, just maybe we can have some hope to see our Man U team be Man U again…it will be interesting anyway….
December 18th
Well…woke up really sore this morning and I’m not sure what it’s from…I think I pulled something in my left hamstring since every step I take is like someone is stabbing me in the back of the leg and I can’t remember ever having this pain before…not sure how that will affect the bike ride today but I think I’ll take something for it before I go out…but that will wait for a while with it only being 22 degrees right now and I am not ready to take that cold….had a pretty nice day yesterday but had a little scare with the car…noticed a puddle of something under it at the bar after shooting pool but it must have been from some other car since the car ran fine and didn’t have any leaks when I got back here so that was cool…and I won at pool…it appears the coolant is down about a half pint and I’ll take care of that today as I wait for the temp to come up….have to add a little coolant about once a year so this will be the yearly top up…I did get a bunch of stuff done yesterday morning so that means that I really don’t have much to do today but clean a little and watch the SpaceX launch at 9…more later….
December 17th
Well…it’s 6:09 and I’ve already been up for 45 minutes…not sure why that’s important…or if it is important…I wonder what it would be like to start my day later like a normal person…oh, well…still feel a little off today and I hope that stops soon…this has been going on for a few days now and it makes getting started a little tough…again…oh, well…didn’t get much done yesterday but go out and have a couple with K and the bike ride which was some fun going out in the ice fog but I froze with getting wet and that took some time to thaw when I got back here…and that wasn’t fun…have a bunch of stuff to get done this morning starting with getting my hair cut and then to Target to get some 3 buck t-shirts and then over to daily deals to get some chicken and ham…and a small apple pie for 99 cents for dinner next week…but, right now…I need some coffee and to just sit here and veg for a while until I feel better….more later…

Well…sitting here watching Man U lose again so I thought I’d just do one of these for a minute to talk about nothing really…there was one weird thing that happened to me when I was going to bed last night that is still confusing me some…if you’ve ever heard of tinnitus, it is constant whistling or screeching in your ears that is normally the result of exposure to high noise levels…and I have had it for years and years…but, last night when I went to bed and put my earlpugs in, it stopped…and it kind of confused me…I knew something was different but it took me a minute to figure it out…the unfortunate thing was that it was back whistling when I got up this morning and that was a little disappointing…..I wonder what I did that made it stop…that could be a project or a science experiment for the next few weeks and could help with being bored….
December 16th
Well…it’s Sunday and I’ve already read the paper and had my first cup of coffee and it’s only 7…that is going to make for a boring morning but I do get to get out on the bike here as soon as the sun comes up so that is something to look forward to…it really hasn’t been a bad December for the bike and I have my fingers crossed that the weather will continue to cooperate…and it looks like it will for the next week or so…no snow at least and that lifts my mood some…I did sleep okay last night and didn’t get up til 5:47 so that makes it almost 7 hours and I’ll take that any day…but, I felt like crap for the first half hour or so and I’m not sure why that would be since it was a light night last night…I do have a headache and I think I’ve had it for a week now so I think I may have to take something before I get on the bike…and that may help with hand cramps I’ve been getting lately…didn’t get a lot done yesterday but a little light cleaning and I think I’ll do a little more of that today…but, I need to see Man U at 11 first and that means I need to get out on the bike as soon as the sun comes up…not going to rush that, though….I do have time after all and have to remember that I don’t have to rush anymore….that’s a hard habit to break….more later…
Doesn’t trump know anything?
Well…I am just shaking my head about the debacle of the idiot trump trying to find a new chief of staff and having everyone he wanted turn him down since they don’t want to be the chief of dumpster fire and go to jail themselves. After a couple of weeks, idiot boy settled on Mick Mulvaney to be his “temporary” chief of staff along with being the head of OMB….a job that he had to be confirmed for by the senate. That right there is why this pick is so damn dumb and to be expected from trump and his cadre of third stringers…they don’t know anything of how the government works and that is why they made this stupid pick…anytime that the House or senate wants now, they can call the COS to testify on any topic in front of any number of committees since he was confirmed by the senate…and he must tell the truth under penalty of perjury… so now anything that Mulvaney hears from trump or his cronies is going to be available to the dems….I wonder if trump knew that he was hiring a mole? Of course he didn’t…he doesn’t know anything so why would he know this? I thought I’d seen the dumbest acts from the dumbest person in the country before…but this is the gold standard of dumb….impeach…
