Well…with the news that the Russian spy Maria Buttina is changing her plea from not guilty to guilty and is cooperating with the FBI, the NRA is done. If you didn’t read about this one, during the 2016 election, Buttina did her best to insinuate herself into the NRA to use the NRA as a money funnel to the trump campaign…with the NRA spending almost 3 times what they have ever spent on a presidential election…and the money came from an arm of the NRA that didn’t have to disclose it’s donors…again, something that had never happened before. Buttina’s handler in this whole spy operation (and it has all of the hallmarks of a Russian spy operation) was Alexander Torshin, who is a close ally of Putin’s and sits on the board of Russia’s central bank….and someone who had access to all the money he needed to funnel to the NRA. Oh, a twist to this story is that, after it was revealed that Buttina was going to flip, Torshin “retired” from his roles in government in Russia and has disappeared…or Putin has disappeared him to try to sever the ties back to him and the Russian government. Tomorrow is going to be the day that Buttina is heading back to court to change her plea so there should be some more details coming…on thing we can’t forget is that Don Jr. met with Torshin and Buttina at some conference in DC during the campaign…I wonder what that was about? Impeach….
December 11th
Well…so much for sleeping in…up again at 5:34 this morning and didn’t sleep well at all…and I am sore from getting back on the bike…I wonder if the pain has anything to do with not sleeping? Had a pretty good day yesterday with getting out of here for a while to shoot pool…which I won for the first time in 3 weeks and the drive out and back was fun, too…okay, that’s how boring my life has become that the highlight is driving my car for a while…Tom did give me some of the best corn bread I’ve ever had…it is so fine grained that it does look like pound cake and very tasty…going to have some of that with my coffee in a few minutes….got a bike ride in yesterday but the trails are still treacherous in spots and they my be worse today with the little thaw and re freezing from yesterday….and that makes it a lot of work…my hands were cramped like crazy by the time I got back here so I think I’ll take something for it before I get out today…and that will be a soon as the sun comes up since it is 33 and I can take that….didn’t get anything done yesterday but running a couple of errands but I do need to at least try cleaning a little today…oh, I did get the dishes run and some laundry, too so I guess that is something…more later….

Well…with the idiot trump bleating that the information included in the court filings against two of his cronies “exonerated” him…we just need to remember this…even with only the un-redacted parts of these filings in view, which is less than 20% of the total document pages, trump is implicated in at least two felonies already and there are still many, many investigations ongoing that are turning up much more damning information if these document are any indication. The ones filed last week only deal with the campaign finance violations, not the profiting off the presidency or the bribes that the Saudis are still sending his and Kushner’s way, or the entire Russian conspiracy to steal the election for trump and the many, many counts of perjury and obstruction of justice that have yet to be filed…so, the idiot boy’s delusional thoughts that he is in the clear are going to be exploded in the coming months and they will have the “smocking” gun (as trump tweets) that puts him in prison for the rest of his life…impeach…
December 10th
Well…running late this morning with not getting up until the coffee had already started…and that never happens…but, it is pretty cool that I was able to go back to sleep after waking up at 3:54….I am sore this morning after finally getting a bike ride in after being off for 6 days but I don’t mind that at all…and it looks like I’ll be able to get out again this morning before I run a couple of errands…slept okay…kind of…last night and I feel okay this morning…have a little energy and that is probably from eating enough yesterday and I am going to keep that up today…have some more chicken legs to cook and have some hard boiled eggs for salad later…still have some of that weird bacon left, too, but that will be for tomorrow….didn’t get much done yesterday and probably won’t today with having pool later today but it really doesn’t matter does it? Will get back to it tomorrow….more later…
trump’s going to be surprised…
Well…it just dawned on me that, with trumps’s delusional response to being named “individual #1” in the Cohen filings, tweeting that the filings “Totally clears the president. Thank you”…that there must be many people in the WH that are just blowing smoke up trump’s ass…telling him only what he wants to hear to keep the man-child in chief from throwing tantrums. If this is the case, and I think it is, trump is going to be really, really surprised when more shit hits the fan and he finally realizes he is screwed and faces many, many years in prison after he is out of office. Here’s the thing, all of these idiots in his circle, and in rich people’s circles across this country have been able to lie and steal and do whatever they want with little or no consequences so why wouldn’t he think he could continue to do it? There are finally people in the government and in the general public who have had enough of this crap…and they are starting to make people understand that the laws apply to everyone, and being rich is not a get out of jail free card…it’s about damn time…impeach….
December 9th
Well…running a little late today with having to warm up the car before I could go out and get the paper…it’s only 13 degrees out there and the frost was pretty thick on the glass…feel a little better this morning after trying to eat more yesterday and I think I’ll need to keep that up today…have been under on calories since I haven’t been able to get on the bike but that may end in the next couple of days with the thaw that is coming…may go out later to see what the trails look like but it needs to warm up quite a bit before that…probably in the afternoon…had a good blood pressure reading this morning with it getting down to 110/81 and my RHR of only 56 so that was cool….has been pretty good lately so I’m no longer concerned…but it is fun to play with the machine…didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I am going to clean a little today…still eating leftovers…kind of …I did get 3 dozen eggs Friday at 79 cents each and found a pound of bacon in the freezer so eggs, toast, and bacon was dinner last night and there will be some egg salad in the future,too…and Tom is getting a dozen tomorrow…it’s nice to have a change from veggies and chicken….but, I still have chicken to be cooked tomorrow so maybe wrap it with bacon? More later….
There’s a perp walk coming…
Well….I wonder if the idiot trump really understands what happened yesterday? After his final tweet of the day where he thinks he was exonerated, it is abundantly clear that he has sunken into a pool of delusion and is completely detached from reality. What really happened and what is clear to everyone in the reality based world is that trump has been named by the SDNY as a felon who directed Michael Cohen to commit campaign finance crimes…and the key thing to remember is that this is not Mueller saying it…it is trump’s own justice department saying he’s a felon so the whole “illegal” Mueller investigation bleating that the idiot has done just doesn’t work here. No matter when trump gets out of office, whether by removal or by the ending of his term, there is a perp walk in his future…after all, Micheal Cohen is going to do 4 years in prison for these same crimes so there is no way the SDNY is going to let trump walk free and he can’t depend on a pardon to save his ass. This is just the start of the revelations of trump’s criminality and once the dems take control of the House in January, the shit is going to hit the fan for trump…it is going to be delicious watching the criminal in chief twist in the wind as it is found that he is the most criminal president in the history of the country…and if he actually could read, he would have plenty of time in prison to read all about it…impeach…
December 8th
Well…running a little late today and there is good reason for it…woke up at 5 and decided to try to go back to sleep…for the second time this week it worked and I didn’t get out of bed until 7 so that was kind of cool…not sure if it helped with energy or not but we’ll see a little later…I did have a nice lunch with T yesterday with lots of fun and laughs so that made a it a good day…but I didn’t get on the bike and that makes it three days now…that makes me grumpy and today looks like another one so I may have to start working out every day to make up for it…the weird thing is I’m still sore everywhere and I shouldn’t be…so now maybe it’s not from riding the bike? Still may take something for it today but we’ll see about that, too. Not much to do today….have been talking about cleaning the kitchen for a week now and just might get to it…but, there is soccer on in a few minutes and I need more coffee so cleaning will have to wait…more later…
Trump directed a criminal conspiracy…
Well…the Cohen sentencing documents just dropped and the SDNY has what should be a bombshell…that the idiot trump “directed a criminal conspiracy” to violate federal election laws to increase his odds of winning the presidency by deceiving voters. Where’s your witch hunt now donnie? There is evidence that trump is and was a felon who cheated to “win” the election…yep, read that one again…in the first case coming from one of his cronies, trump is accused of being a cheating felon…I wonder who will lead the chants of “lock him up”? Will this matter to the repubs? Not one bit if their actions to this point are any indication…the thing to remember is that this isn’t even part of the Russia investigation, this is a separate crime that trump committed while he was conspiring with the Russians. So, what will happen now? Will the repubs do anything now that they have the evidence that trump is a felon? I’m going to stop here and wait for the Manafort sentencing documents to drop…and maybe that will make trump a multiple felon….should we start a trump felony count? That may be fun…impeach…
It’s 7:41 and I’m bored…
Well…it’s 7:41 and I’m bored already…with knowing I won’t be able to get on the bike today the boredom has set in early and I’m not sure if it’s part of the returning depression or something else entirely….this has been going on for a couple of weeks now and the one thing I do know is that I don’t like it…I suppose I could start cleaning but I don’t want to right now….I know I recognize the feeling with being depressed off and on over my life but it has been quite a while since I have had to use the methods I know to ameliorate it…and I’m not sure I want to…have been feeling quite numb lately and this may be a way to reset that and start to enjoy things again…okay, enough whining…need more coffee and to read more news…there are some bombshells coming this afternoon and I want to be ready to comment…more later….
