Well…a small smile came to my face this morning when I read that the trump shill, Jason Chaffetz, won’t run for re-election in his safe Utah seat 2018. I guess he’s not cashing in enough being in congress and I’m sure he will end up on the wingnut welfare circuit and make a few million dollars a year being a lobbyist or go to work for fox news. I wonder if this has anything to do with the information he has seen concerning the trump collusion with Russia? I wonder even more if he sees himself being caught up in the investigation…after all, he was involved with the trump campaign and it seem like everyone that had a finger in that rotten pie is going to go to jail. All I have to day is good riddance….maybe the protesters who have shouting “do your job” about the trump investigation he has been stalling have had an effect…impeach trump….

Well….running a little early today and that is starting to become normal…not sure I want it to but it is what it is….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but didn’t need to….and that is starting to get boring…I did get a nice bike ride in yesterday but not a long one with the wind blowing and today looks the same but I will need to get out early today before it gets worse…and it is already over 60 so I can go as soon as I get the workout done….my lungs seem to be better today but I’m still coughing a little…hope it’s done soon since it’s been 3 weeks and I’m tired of it….I am going to clean a little today…yeah, said that yesterday, too…but today will be different…maybe….more later…..
That fleet heading toward NK…just another lie….
Well…you remember the tough talk by the idiot trump last week that he was sending a fleet of navy ships toward North Korea? Yeah, just another lie from the blowhard who thinks foreign policy is just a series of threats to both friend and foe alike. Today it was revealed that trump’s fleet that was being sent to intimidate North Korea was actually 3,500 hundred miles away heading for an exercise with the Australian navy…the idiot trump’s WH lied about where the ships were, where they were going and what they were doing….and they think this would deter anyone? This is “showing North Korea we mean business”? All this has done is shown the world that they have nothing to fear from the incompetent idiots in the WH…this is making america great again? Impeach….

Well….to those of you that live near the Great Lakes and like the idea that you have clean drinking water that comes from them and who voted for trump, here’s your reward idiots. Trump and his cronies are going to close the Chicago EPA office whose primary function is to ensure that no one pollutes the drinking water of 30 million people and they are going to eliminate the Great Lakes Initiative, the 300 million dollar program that was passed to help clean up the Great Lakes and to control invasive species…so, you’ve seen the pictures of the big head carp that have taken over rivers in Illinois and that jump in the air when a boat passes…imagine that enlarged to a huge scale when they get to the great lakes since the program to control them is part of the GLI. You voted for this you idiots,,,you voted to allow polluters to start the Cuyahoga river on fire again, you voted for dirtier water and air that is more polluted and that will kill more than 30,000 people every year…I cannot believe how stupid trump voters are…all of these effects will fall disproportionately on you, you idiots….and you’ll kill a bunch of us with your stupidity, too…impeach….

Well…I think I may be on time today but I’m not sure…things are still a little scrambled around here….I did get some stuff done yesterday but not a lot of cleaning so I think I’ll do that today…still walking around in pain and I can’t figure that one out….got a long bike ride in and I plan on the same today since the leg pain is gone…and it was nice ending up in the park yesterday….still coughing and that is really annoying but I think it’s allergies now….not sure what I’m going to do today….don’t have work to do around here anymore so I guess I’ll have to find something new to do…more later….
Trump on tape?
Well…just read of a new report that there is a tape of trump offering to make policy that would be helpful to the Russians if they would help hack the election…and this is being reported by the same reporter in England that broke the story that trump and his cronies were were caught on tape by multiple intelligence agencies and by the FBI talking to the Russians. Now these sooper geniuses thought that by physically carrying the tape to the Russians that no one would find out about it…but, you hand a loaded gun to Putin and you don’t think he is going to use it? The big thing here is that since trump has gotten away with multiple crimes throughout his life, he didn’t think there would be any danger to doing the same thing in the election…to use the Russians to commit treason and steal the election….now, I wonder if THIS will be enough for the repubs to do their jobs and impeach this asshole…nope, probably not….impeach….
No politics today…
Well….had a nice bike ride today and since I’ve been back, I just don’t feel like doing anything political today…just wasted an hour with videos on youtube that started with looking for Michigan ermine or stoats and ended up with looking at plane crashes and all kinds of other stuff…man, I could spend a whole day out there looking at plane and boat crashes and other weird stuff that you just don’t see anywhere else….but, I won’t…I still think it was cool to see an ermine on the trail Sunday….they are more common than I thought but never having seen one before, it was a surprise…not getting anything done again today….oh, I did a load of laundry, does that count? Might be back for another one later….
April 17th
Well…about on time this morning but I’m late on the coffee and that is not helping….was up early again today and my back still hurts so I think I’ll try to do something about that….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I really don’t have anything to do so I guess that works out…have an errand to run this morning and will make the last of the cash but I’m really okay with that….got a really good bike ride in yesterday and I hope today will be the same…..I am a little sore from going hard but that’s okay, too….need to get back on track and lose some weight….okay…the coffee just finished and I need a cup…more later….
Something you don’t see every day…
Well…there haven’t been a lot of things to see out on the trail lately…until this morning that is….I did see a snake about a week ago and just forgot to write about it…okay, back to this morning…I was on the part of the trail that winds through Kentwood and came across an animal I’ve never seen before…at first, I thought it was a ferret since it looked so much like one but when I got back here, I found out that there are no indigenous ferrets that live in Michigan but I did find that there are little animals called ermines that are native to Michigan and this one looked just like the pictures I saw on the net…with a really cool looking dark brown, fluffy fur…in all of the years I’ve lived here, and all of the time I’ve spent outdoors, this is the first one of these I’ve ever seen…pretty cool….
April 16th
Well…running really late today…not really late since I have been up since a little after 6 but just forgot to do this before I got the bike ride in…and that never happens….oh, well…didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I did get out to see the twins for a couple and that was fun….I did roast a chicken for lunch and that came out great after I brined it overnight….so darn juicy that I’m having it for lunch again today….I was going to clean and I did a little but I’m not sure how much I’ll get done today with Man U and F1 on this morning…no races or other sports this aft so maybe I will get something done….still feel like I have a bug with all the damn coughing last night but the confusing part is I didn’t cough once on the bike….hmmmm….more later….
